Purchased 13 trees from this location and 5 of them died shortly after planting. Go to Ooltewah Nursery, better selection for the same price and a one year warrantee on trees.

I was just over there and legit spent 15 to 20 minutes trying to get somebody to talk to me. All the employees just sitting around inside and it almost seem like they were all high. I came inside two different times trying to get somebody for pricing. Dude at the front desk just stared at me like he had some sort of a disability giggling. I doubt the owner of this place wants it to operate this way.We need to buy a very large amount of product for a house we are building. Pool decking, stone steps, and stone for the patio. We’ll find somewhere else to buy from

Purchased plants, rocks etc as a home owner from these guys several times. They don't walk around and shop with you, but they've always been great to deal with. I feel their plants prices are towards the upper end, but feel their 1- ton bagged rock is cheap.

The guys at the Ooltewah location are very helpful. They will even go through their yard with you and personally show you the materials that could work for your project. They are also very knowledgeable. We use their services and products for almost every one of our projects. I highly recommend them.

The people there are great in helping you with what you're looking for or they can help you design something just for you. I called today to check on availability of T-Nex and get a price. They had it in stock but I decided to order it online elsewhere when I was told the price of $240 per gallon. My guess is that the salesman figured he would hit me with a high price since I'm not a professional. I'm sure he didn't care if I bought or not. I understand that I might not get a price break since I'm not a regular and I would even pay a premium to not have to order it but $100 more per gallon feels excessive to me. One day these types of stores will be out of business and they'll blame online retailers for their demise but the reality is their behavior is the reason.

The staff is amazing!! Never have i left there with a question unanswered. Ryan is the Mngr and goes out of his way to help with all aspects of the job info i share with him. My material count has been been high on jobs and ran short on occasion. Don’t have that problem now, thanks Site One.

I bought 17 plants, mulch and organic soil from this locations. I was given incorrect pricing multiple times. I’m new to gardening and was not given any advice on how or when to plant my nandinas. Six of my plants did not look like they were surviving and when I called I was just told they were receiving too much water and to stop watering them. I did so and the plants only got worse. When I called back they informed me it sounds like they just received too much water and I should have planted them in the fall (I was not told this before). They did not offer any sort of replacement or discount on replacement plants. I did not water them more than once a day and sometimes not even that much. I understand it’s not an exact science and there are a lot of variables that you can’t control. However, it seemed like they were just trying to get my money and get me out of there. As someone new to the gardening/plant world, I do not recommend this place as you will receive minimal to no guidance.

Got my landscaping from 3 different places when redoing the landscape at my house - SiteOne, a local nursery, and Lowe’s. The landscaping from the local nursery and Lowe’s thrived and did well. However, 70% of what I got from SiteOne eventually died or is requiring constant attention to get back to health. When I called to inquiry, they essentially said “sorry for your loss” as they do not warranty anything. Even Lowe’s warranties their plants.

They supplied plants for our new house. I went up and told them what colors we wanted for our azaleas and crepe myrtles but when they showed up they were wrong color. I called them and they never called back. So we are stuck with colors we didn't want.

I've been doing some major landscaping to my yard in Ooltewah. Needed several trees so decided to give SitOne a try. After careful planting and care(I've been trained as a master gardener) one of the trees seemed to have problems and was dying after planting 5 months ago. I called SiteOne to see about getting another tree and they informed me they had no guarantee on their trees. In the future I will buy plants, trees, etc. from Ooltewah Nursery, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. that offer one year warranties.

I just called this place mainly because I live down the road. I asked Hunter, the employee that answered the phone if he could answer a question regarding weeds/ chemicals. He placed me on hold for over 10 minutes without any answer or update. I do not do business with companies with poor customer service.
