I had to get some flowers for my hair for prom I'll walk in there and it is a very nice looking place already and you get greeted with a cute little baby bunny sitting at the counter they didn't charge me for the little bit of flowers which was very thankful they were very nice and welcoming and nice to be around 100% recommend they do have beautiful bouquets and corsages for father-daughter dances and prom! And even though they didn't have the color of flower that I needed they were more than happy to spray paint it the proper color that I needed! 100% come back here again if I need flowers!!

I had the pleasure of working with Miss Ruth for my Father's Celebration of Life service. She was so kind and helpful to me to select exactly what I wanted. She went beyond by informing me of how to transport the heart wreath back home to CA on the plane, how to preserve it, and have it mounted inside of a shadow box as a keepsake. So many people commented on how stunning both arrangements were. Miss Ruth's attention to detail goes without mention, and wish she lived closer to me so I could have more of her flowers in my home. My husband called Ms. Ruth to have a Mother's Day bouquet made and delivered to my office. He told me she spent almost an hour on the phone with him, finding out information about me, and assured him she'd blow my mind with her creation.She did blow my mind. My bouquet was stunning! The roses were beautiful, and she included plants and flowers I'm set on growing in my garden next year. The Bells of Ireland and alyssum were perfect. I didn't realize how much time she had spent on the phone with him, but when he told me about their conversation, my bouquet meant that much more to me.She made my husband's experience unforgettable, and she made new clients for life. She was very helpful choosing a bouquet which was a gift and offered quick same day delivery. The flowers are gorgeous! My best friend said the delivery driver was so kind. I’ve had the great fortune to have received two beautiful bouquets from Ruth’s Florist over the last year. The first one was sent last May by the roofer who came to assess our damage from the Easter tornado, and figured we could use some cheering up. It not only did cheer us up (because it was gorgeous)but it still is cheering us. One of the pieces of greenery the florist used was a branch of a Schefflera plant, that actually took root and got repotted and is a plant now growing next to the kitchen window. The next bouquet was one my husband ordered for me for Valentine’s Day, and I told him in all honesty that it was the most gorgeous bouquet I had ever seen. The flowers were fresh and very colorful, and in fact, one of the roses had multicolored petals! Ruth’s Florist does an amazing job with their flowers!

Being from GA and needing flowers delivered in Chatanooga could have been a problem, but I THANK GOD we found Ms. Ruth!I knew immediately when talking with her there was no need for concern because she would do more than any other florist in town.Her love for people and genuine care for the service she provided to her customers was more than obvious.She and the plant EXCEEDED my expectations! I was so surprised to see how big and full it was. I would have expected to pay at least twice what she charged for a plant that size. Miss Ruth is gone. I went to get Valentine flowers that I had ordered and the new owner tried to skip me and I spoke up. She didn't like it. I was charged the same price for pickup as delivery would have cost. She said it was because it was last minute. I ordered them at 9:30 a.m. I feel if it were Ruth she would have deducted the delivery fee. I feel the young lady owner didn't like me speaking up about being skipped. I would never have questioned the integrity of Ruth. I do not question this new owner either. Flowers were very nice. Still are 2/21.Was contacted the same day of this post and Ruth’s helped me. It was a very long day for everyone and I am impressed with the customer service. They were truly concerned that I felt slighted and I am definitely going to continue my business with them.
