I am only giving this store a 3-star rating. My experience with Brody at the meat department was exceptional! But, I am only giving this store a 3-star rating because I have had other negative experiences in the floral department specifically.I agree with a previous post I read regarding this store thinking that they are superior to other local competitors, as their prices are quite a bit higher.I am grateful for Brody, as he was very attentive and personable and helpful and did exactly as I had asked. In fact, at one point, no one was at the seafood department and I stood waiting for several minutes, as did a fellow customer who eventually walked away because there was no one there to assist. But Brody came along and did an excellent job. But as far as this store in general, I have doubts and I'm not sure I'll be returning. Brody, keep up the excellent excellent work!

Quality abounds here. Pricing reflects that they feel superior to their competitors. I dont usually shop here except today they were convenient. Paying one-third more for bananas and such doesn't seem logical. The staff is polite and the store is clean. If that is a preference, you are willing to pay extra for then this is your store.

The people who designed the store layout at Ooltewah know a thing or two about setting a mood. Immediately upon entering you are greeted with a beautiful array of fresh flowers and seasonal decor items. As you make the first right turn, the bakery greets you with a tempting display of pastries, cakes and baked bread. If you want a piece of chocolate heaven, try the Chocolate decadence cake. Layers of chocolate cake separated by a light chocolate mousse and topped with a glazed chocolate frosting. At $25.99, it is well worth the splurge. If you need a card to go with your special cake, you will be awed by the selection. A huge full-on-both-sides aisle of cards from which to select. Overall Publix is a little pricier than Food City, but not quite as pricy as Fresh Market or Whole Foods. In my opinion, their produce is superior and the meat selection as well. Great parking and friendly staff make this shopping experience very pleasant.

The young lady in the bakery today at about 1130 am was beyond hateful to my sister and I as we were drooling over the bakery items. Her comment to us about better dietary choices to be found in the fruit section against the other wall was met with shock and the thought of wanting to cuss her like she needed to be for her remark to 2 older women that were being nice to her. Maybe she needs to find a job that doesn't require customer service skills.You make the job, the job doesn't make you.

I absolutely LOVE this store. It’s always clean. I typically order through Instacart and they bring my groceries right to my car. All the associates are extremely personable and helpful. The store is always clean. I shop here several times a week and it’s always the same.

This is definitely one of my favorite places to shop in town! It's always so clean, the employees are so nice and helpful, and the product quality is always great. Some items are higher dollar, but with their BOGO deals and in app coupons, you can find some of the best grocery deals here.

Great local grocery store. Good selection of produce and groceries. It also has a good wine selection, nice deli, fresh seafood and a good floral department. The staff are very polite and helpful. It is always clean and I’ve always had a good shopping experience there. I would consider this my preferred grocery store in this area of town.

Super rude florist (or Manager, but he was working in the floral department.) My pregnant wife tried to inquire about flowers, and he was very short with her. Stated “You should talk to a florist if you want a specific flower.” She pointed toward a flower they had in stock asking if she could buy several for her baby shower. His response? “Once again, talk to a florist.”Not helpful. Rude. Don’t go here for any floral needs. You may not know how to help, but being rude on top of it is unacceptable. Terrible service. We will not be back.

My husband and I love shopping at our local Publix. They always have everything we are looking for. My favorite part about Publix is the buy one, get one sales every week. Even though the items change, the BOGO deals are always great and you save money…. And we all know saving money is what we want to do when we go grocery shopping! We definitely recommend the Publix at Snow Hill Village for all your grocery needs.

Wow Isam in the Bakery is the best! He’s always there, everyday, and always on time. Isam even stays overnight like a robot until the store opens again. So essentially, he’s always around to help out when you need it. I think that’s why the bakery is always so clean and organized. The pizza dough he makes from scratch makes amazing calzones and focaccia to say the least. Isam also made me some marble rye bread that looks like an alligator eating a snake. AMAZING! The rest of the store is ok too I guess..

Quality of food is exceptional. Meal kits and unique extras make it worth stopping in. If you download the app, there are a lot of extra coupons that make it more affordable. Everyone working here is very friendly and helpful.

This location is always a pleasure to shop. The store and lot are clean and easy access. Parking is ample and there are other merchants at same location (resturants, ups, nail shop, etc) that offer one stop shopping. The service staff are always pleasant and happy to help you locate an item or consider adding to the store. The check out staff are courteous and helpful, willing to help bag as desired and carry out. I am looking forward to August when tax free on groceries kicks in. A nice relief signed in by Governor Lee.
