Got an appointment rather quickly. The haircut was somewhat uneven. One front leg looked like she was wearing a furry boot & the other normal. Nails were not cut hardly at all. They were still so long I had to take her elsewhere to have them cut just to make her comfortable.

This place has been taking care of our pets’ grooming needs for a few years now. They always did such a great job with Bentley, our now deceased Yorkie. But today was the first visit for our precious new Irish Doodle pup, Sadie, and we could not be happier with the job that Susan and her team did! They are very detailed and competent as well as friendly with our puppies. Pricing is also much better than the big places like PetSmart. Thanks again!

Wonderful staff who give the best dog grooming in Chattanooga. Your dog is lovingly clipped, shampooed, and even his/her teeth brushed. Why go anywhere else?

We had a great experience here with Peticure grooming. They took the time to listen to the concerns and special details of my dogs. The results were exactly as requested and the groomer provided details of their stay. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the cost was very reasonable.

Took my almost 5 month old puppies here for their first groom, did a good job considering. I was told incorrect prices on one of my pups when I called to make an appointment. Luckily, the owner (or manager) was kind enough to honor the price I was given originally. Will be bringing them back, and maybe my senior dog also, whom I've been grooming at home for 8+ years. *sigh* Grooming is hard work.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for an opening to get my dog groomed only to have them call 2 days before and cancel my appointment with no offer to reschedule. I wish this business was better managed because it's much more convenient than having to drive to East Brainerd. Will not be back.

I have heard great things about this place, but was very disappointed with my experience with them. I called them and confirmed on the phone that my golden retriever would need a summer "puppy cut" because his hair was getting really long and he was getting really hot with all the heat. They said it was no problem on the phone and scheduled me for a week later.I brought him in this morning and the woman in taking him acted like she had no clue what a puppy cut was and kept asking me specific details on how I wanted my dog to have his haircut. Is it just me, or isn't it their job to know how to cut the dogs hair? Specially something as simple as a puppy cut.It got to the point where I had to show her pictures on Google of what A puppy cut was, and she still didn't understand and kept staring at me waiting for me to continue to explain to her how I think she should do her job.I told her that I needed his haircut down because it was getting really long on his butt and his back and her reply was " so you want me to trim his hair down on his butt and his back?" No! I want you to groom him all over like you would any other dog.I told her that she was making me feel like I was stupid for expecting this to be a common thing, and she told me that they don't usually cut golden retrievers hair because of the texture. To me, that's completely ridiculous! I have so many family members that have had their Golden trimmed down and groomed just like any other dog.I was not about to pay $60 for her to barely cut him down, so I asked them to bring my dog back out to the lobby and I left. I then called Petco and they said that they do puppy cuts on golden retrievers all the time and it would be no problem to get me in. The staff came off extremely incompetent and if it were me working there I would have said "no problem, we do this all the time. He'll be looking great for you in a couple hours!"

Friendly caring staff. I’ve been to multiple groomers and they always do a horrible job. This was my first time here and I was shocked at how wonderful my little girl looked when she came out. She looked beautiful and you could tell she felt great. I absolutely recommend this place! 🤗

We HIGHLY recommend PETicure! Susan takes excellent care of our English Springer Spaniel while grooming her and even makes us aware of potential medical concerns (i.e., ear issues) so we can seek appropriate treatment from our vet. Susan also knows the proper grooming technique for our breed, so our dog continues to look like an English Springer Spaniel rather than a cocker spaniel! :-) We drive 20 miles each way because the staff at PETicure is so good.

If I was a jealous pet owner, I would hesitate to take my dogs back! It seems my dogs are more excited about their grooming visits more than being with me! Professional cut, to owners or recent styles.

These people are very rude. I walked in to inquire about pricing and to see if it was a reputable and safe place to bring my pet. I opened the door and a lady inside yelled at me to close the door and leave. Take your business elsewhere, if she speaks to an adult looking to bring her some business, there is no telling how she treats pets behind closed doors. I wish that I could leave zero stars!

Marty at PETicure Pet Grooming has been grooming our golden retriever, Sampson, for about 2 years now. He is older dog and can get a little cranky but he does great with Marty. She is patient with him and understands his needs. He looks and smells so great when he comes home.The best part of PETicure is the cost. The chain stores are overcharging compared to PETicure. You can afford to take you dog in for regular groomings with their price structure.I HIGHLY recommend PETicure Pet Grooming of Ooltewah.

Unfortunately I heard great things about this place, called in advanced to confirm my appointment, and while I arrived they acted they had no idea about the appointment. After Figured things out got my dog back and they barely cut him down and changed me almost $60 bucks
