Biggest Dollar Tree I've ever been to! Girls were constantly stocking and replenishing the shelves while I was shopping. Cashier lady was super friendly. Had to take my mother the very next day, and she agreed.

Store is still closed. Don't worry I'll give more stars and change my review when it opens! I hope you guys get good AC and better treatment 💕 appreciate your work guys, I know dollar tree pays ~$8/hr and treats you guys poorly. Please if anyone reads this, do your best to help bring awareness to the mistreatment of these employees!

I don’t know if they are understaffed or what, but every-time I go in there, there is hardly any stock on the shelves. I don’t know why they can’t keep employees all of a sudden. It used to be a great store but over the years it’s gone downhill.And now for the past 1 1/2 weeks so far, they have been closed. You don’t know though until you get there and see a big temporarily closed sign written on poster board. There is nothing on the website about it closing so hopefully everything is ok.

Usually full and well-organized. They we're a little light on stock today. Perhaps they've a few weeks understaffed because of the rise in COVID cases. I'm sure they'll be fully stocked soon. This location is solid.

Very convenient location. Lots of great snack foods and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff as well.Edit (04/18/22):- Nearly everything is $1.25 now. Generally the same stock with some new items arriving weekly.- Added an aisle for $3 & $5 items. Consists of things you'd expect to find in a Dollar General.

The store had finally been totally stocked. It was nice going in and seeing the shelves filed. When i would usually go in they would be empty it wasn't clean and the manager not helping. I was pleasantly surprised this time, I hope they keep it this way.

Wonderful Dollar Tree. Always has good deals and fun things for every holiday. They used to have a lot more in the fake flower selection, but there is still see good picks. Clean and relatively organized, the staff super nice and helpful.

Great place for super deals on a multitude of household items way to many to mention and if you've been inside a Dollar Tree you know what I mean. If you haven't what are you waiting for stop by check them out and save a load of money I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Always a great time here. They usually have everything I need. Great for last minute shopping and you can't beat the price! They sell baking ingredients, most kitchen supplies, and many other things!

I don't know exactly what store the other reviewers visited, but it could not have been the one in Collegedale. The shelves are most certainly not stocked. There are never any storage bins and cleaning products. The frozen section has been empty for 3 months now. I don't know if it's because this area is becoming over populated or just poor management, but Walmart and Aldi are the same way. The aisles are usually cluttered and boxes sitting in the floor. The area of Ooltewah and Collegedale aren't what they used to be for shopping. Is it due to more population moving to the area, or is it from the Pandemic😷? Who knows?! Other states I've been to over the summer seem to have well stocked stores. So trucking companies have been shipping products. All I can say is happy hunting and good luck finding what you need!

store manager is consistently rude, she constantly talks down to people, acts bothered, & is generally just in a bad mood. today i’d had enough of being treated shïtty by her & decided to post.. here’s how it went: the store was packed, of course — 3 lanes were open. i picked a line & got in it (4th person). i was in a real hurry as i needed to make it in time to post office get a letter mailed to my son at Marine boot camp. as the lady in front of made it to the belt to place her items, the manager reaches up & flips her light off & says, “ma’am my light’s off, please get in another line” indicating she wanted us to go get into one of the other two long lines. when i objected, & said i was in hurry, & i’d been waiting in this line already, she proceeded to say, “i only have 6 minutes left on my lunch, but sure i’ll check you out — even though i only came to help with the long line.” i told her that was nice of her since we were in line when she had her light on.. she rang up the lady in front of me, but my items went down the belt with hers, so as i was scooting them back, in a very patronizing voice she asks me if i’m with the lady checking out.. “no, i’m not.” so, still patronizing me, she says, “you’ll need to scoot back 6ft so we don’t get sick & can keep our doors open.” um, yeah.. that’s why i was moving my stuff. i work in hr, & she’s still behind her register talking about being a manager & working off of the clock, to which i reply, “i’m grateful, however, you are legally not allowed to work off of the clock.” she says, “you’re not grateful & i have to; i don’t have a choice, they make me..& by the way, before you ask (LOL!) yes i’m looking for another job, so i don’t have to deal with people like you.” so i say, “yes, i am grateful, i wouldn’t say it if i didn’t mean it..& okay, good.. then customers won’t have to deal with people like you.” by then, i’m checked out & am just trying to get the fučk out of there, while she’s still talking & saying some bull$hit about me to other customers, & i don’t even know what it was as, like i said, i was in a hurry.. next time i’m in there i’ll make sure she knows this is up, get her name, & tell her i can’t wait for her to find another job. :)

3 Stars and here’s my reason why:Not only is it just one person working. But they barley have anything in stock like normal. And I’mNot complaining about it. It’s just sad to see such a store I grew up going to go to waste and tumble down.They literally have hiring signs on the buggies.

This is my closest Dollar Tree and the best one in my area. It is always well stocked, the cashier's and other employees are so nice and helpful and they keep getting more and more craft items.

The store manager was very rude, but the employees are nice. There’s always moldy bread and expired foodstuffs on the shelf so I’d recommend thoroughly checking dates of any consumables before purchase.

All meds are probably made in China and aren't safe or approved for u.s. sales. Even worse, I was in there for the first time today (6.17.2020) since the pandemic..and not one employee was wearing a mask. Nothing over there mouths or noses! Gross and we won't go back even when the pandemic is over.No masks, I wonder how well they wash their hands or if the sanitize carts and the counters? Not wearing a mask is a great indicator of how clean and how serious a store takes the pandemic... regardless, everybody should be wearing them, not at dollar tree though. Everyone looking at me like I'm the weirdo 😂😷🤯🤭

There's NO cameras or censors in the Collegedale location, so if you're into stealing, this place would be easy pickings! Anything could be going on in there, there's always empty boxes and wrappers hidden on the shelves. Idk how they stay in business with no loss prevention smh.

I love this Dollar Tree, Ohh it reminds me of the Dollar Tree in Conyers, Georgia. I love to go to this location (Ootelwah) on Saturdays, make me feel like I am back home. Thanks for always having your shelves stocked.

I love my Dollar Tree in Collegedale. It is one of the best around. It has friendly workers but is beginning to need some work in the stocking area.

Very Rude employees. The store is closed for some reason but you don’t know until you get to the door. One employee points to the door and say “we closed” with a irritated look on her face and walk away.

This location in Ooltewah, needs to fix their freezers. They've been torn up for weeks. Need to keep the stock up too. Out of a lot everytime I go.
