It is obvious that the staff of Blluum have created a business culture fiercely dedicated to customer service and flexible, consultative floral and event design services. The owner's vision is tasteful and classic, but not ordinary. I would trust her advice regardless of the type of event and location. She knows the questions to ask to offer options that you may not have considered but will 'wow' you. I am located in Toronto, Canada and needed to send a floral arrangement for a Syrian family member. Sensing that I was in a hurry and hadn't decided what to order, the owner expressed her sympathy for our loss and reassured me that she would select something appropriate. Having no knowledge of the sentimental significance to my family, we found out that she researched the history of Jasmine in Syria and made numerous calls to locate Jasmine to place in the arrangement. Her thoughtful act of kindness really meant a lot at a very vulnerable time for our family. I cannot think Blluum enough and highly recommend this company even if you're not located in Chattanooga. A very satisfied customer.

They don’t just do flowers!! I always have an amazing experience here! No one does floral arrangements like them! Incredibly unique and personalized. I also recently got to visit their shop and the selection of items is amazing! They literally have something for everyone with gifts, household decor, accessories, and even furniture with most coming from local talent.
