Get some freaking new carts! I am pregnant and carrying a toddler and a 6 year old around. This makes for a completely unpleasant shopping experience. I will not be shopping here again. Everyone I ever talk to about this store in town talks about how terrible every single cart in the store is. You literally have to drag it around the whole store. Not to mention the bathrooms are smelly and dirty. Do better. I feel bad for the elderly trying to push these carts. This should be embarrassing to whoever manages this place.

It’s Walmart, so you probably know a lot from that. What’s nice is that it’s consistent, it’s clean, the people you interact with are friendly. We came in to kill some time before a ghost hunt and to get some supplies. Had a lot of fun, knocked out a little Christmas shopping. The clearance shelf is a trip down a lane of unexpected products that didn’t make the grade with Walmart shoppers. It’s always interesting to try to understand why one thing makes it and another doesn’t. And, you can get some neat stuff at a steep discount.

They are always changing products. I prefer consistency. Very inconvenient when you return to purchase an item you bought just a few days before and it's been replaced with another item. Getting very close to only carrying Great Value brand.

This has to be the very best Walmart that I have ever graced the doors of. Everywhere I went I found an associate that’s was always offering to help me find what I needed or asking if I needed assistance.Store Management is absolutely awesome. I got to meet a couple of the Managers including the Store Manager and they were so friendly and just great to spend some time and chat with them. This store always goes all out for Holidays and different events and things they do. Like having Santa Claude walk around and greet the children during the Christmas holidays, they also have other things they do like the Easter bunny, The Shop with a Cop Program, and lots more. There store is always decorated too match the season and it’s always so clean and neat, especially the restrooms. This is now my home/local Walmart and the employees have become familiar faces to me, I know most of them on a first name based now. I love my rural town and all the people in it. Thank you associates and Management of the Oneida Tennessee WalMart Supercenter. You guys are great and your customer service is next level. I want to sincerely thank you guys!

Love the workers, very knowledgeable, came through the doors and ask my grandkids if they knew where the candy isle was so we could get candy for the movies, one of the workers over heard out conversation and simply said isle 17 A, I wish I had of gotten her name to give a special shout out! Our time was hassel free, thank you walmart!!

It's a Walmart we all know it .it is clean and well stocked.. customer service needs two people working there at all times during busy hours the wait there can be crazy

We ordered a custom cake from the bakery for my step sons 2nd birthday. They did so good on it! It was ready right on time and he absolutely loved it! It was only $18! If I would’ve gotten this cake from a regular bakery it would have been outrageous! Thank you so much!

Been going there for a year now and they totally disrespect me and my girlfriend every time we go.Usually a church group treating us like we are evil or wrong for being together and I'm the only above knee amputee that walks in there with my prosthetic showing.I wouldn't recommend this walmart to anyone they do not appreciate disabled customers or my rights.

If you ain't white, you're not right!That was my personal experience from this specific Walmart. The moment I walked in, I started getting looked at like I was going to hold people hostage or something ,but to be honest, it's probably because I am not white! I was told by multiple people that it's a small town, so it is understandable, but why would you treat somebody with such disrespect? Especially if they're not assaulting anybody or stealing or drawing a huge audience - then again my skin color drew the attention so I understand - but if they're not causing a huge life-threatening disruption then just leave them alone! It's very simple. Not everyone is a bad person.But you know what really sucks about all this? It's the fact that I actually have always loved white people! I really do. White people are awesome. They're nice, laid back, cool, and very friendly. After today's experience, I don't even know anymore.........

This particular Walmart has by far the most disappointing customer service I've ever encountered at any Walmart. I've made no less than seven or eight phone calls and was only able to connect with a representative twice. Unfortunately, both times, the operator repeatedly talked over me, ultimately hanging up on me, or transferring me to a seemingly endless ringing lineWhen I to called and pressed 2 for the tire and car department instead electronics, is where I finally received assistance. They had the electronics employee answer my call but to my surprise, the employee there was unaware that they had iPhone 15s in stock, even though this is a common item at all Walmarts currently. I explained this to her and asked her to verify. She left me on hold for a whopping 12 minutes, whereas the Corbin Walmart managed to check in just four seconds.It's evident that corporate oversight is urgently needed to reassess every role at this Oneida Walmart. Struggling to reach anyone after seven attempts and then being unable to obtain relatively simple information while enduring a 10-minute hold is indicative of a serious issue. I'll make one more attempt, but I'm not optimistic about my chances for a better experience.

Usually, do Grocery pick up due to mobility issues. Have only had one delay where I had to cancel the order. Which was a busy time of month and holiday. Otherwise great experience.

Prices have gone up - like everywhere else. Friendly tellers. Few deals really to be had but nice clean store except for staff shopping carts with empty boxes and work supplies blocking many aisles

Lower prices my you know where the Sun dont shine ? Why does Oneida Walmart have "LOWER" price signs ,when Obviously its not? Other Walmart s don't put these signs up. Any other places be considered false advertising ?? 8$ 12pk sprite? 😢

During my visit to the Walmart store in Oneida, TN, two weeks ago to pick up an online order, I had an average experience. The pickup process took longer than anticipated, as I had to wait before the staff assisted me. Although the store was well-maintained and orderly, the delayed pickup was a noticeable inconvenience. I hope the store can improve the timeliness of its online order fulfillment for a smoother customer experience.

When I went to this store it took about a half an hour to get help in electronics and then the associate told me that if I buy 2 laptops tonight that I couldn’t return the next day to buy more when they are going to some Christian Schools in preparation for next school year. That being said if the manager of this store is like that, she hates kids and could care less about their education and their shortcomings. By the way, her policy is not a corporate policy.

Overall good for a supercenter. Often out of specific products in season. If you buy them out of something it may be a few days or week before they get more. Seems like stock supplies are low which may be a supply chain issue.

Nothing against this Walmart in particular, However I will go to just about any length to avoid going into a Wallmart. Walmart as an entity is an abomination that should be cleansed from the face of this beautiful planet. Long live Kroger!

I shop at Walmart al least once a week. With everything going up, it is nice to compare prices on the different products. We only have Walmart and Save-a-Lot to choose from. With gas prices constantly increasing, Kroger is out of the question for me. I love to see those Walmart Rollbacks!!!

Staff is not well trained, waste your time. Almost entirely self check out. Had issue with coupon. Employee voided my entire transaction and was going to have to scan entire shopping cart again. Wasted over an hour of my time between shopping, checking out which took much too long due to self checkout then was told I'd have to unbag and check everything out again. Walmart is a horrible experience now if you ever have to go in.

Had a lot of out of stocks in grocery section, but we're putting a truck up. Thanks to the lady who dug through a cart of cases to get the one Oreo cookie we wanted. Cashier's could be a bit friendlier. Overall not a bad experience. Room for improvement.

There's never anyone to help. If u do find someone they say This isn't my department. Very few if any human check outs open. If I have to check myself out I should get paid. I've had to check out older people before because they didn't know how and no human registers where open ☹️

This Walmart took me back in time to when Walmart was not just a shopping trip, but an experience. The prices were great, but the attention to detail was what really stood out. The little touches in every section added up and I wanted to buy a lot more than I came there for. I actually did wind up doing just that, but I wanted even more. Well done y'all. As an out of towner from a big city, I was impressed.
