Had a wonderful experience with our local Oneida TN. store. I bought 2 safes and the store manager Mike and another employee Ben delivered them both to my house. I had mentioned that I didn't know how I would be able to get them to my house, and Mike offered to deliver. I extremely appreciate that. Couldn't ask for better service

Only giving a star so I can review!! I didn't make a purchase because I watched the cashier this evening treat a customer like they were beneath them and was not showing any appreciation for them as a customer. She was rude, disrespectful, and intentionally spiteful in order not to help her. Shame on you!! He personal issue affected her doing her job because the issue was clearly her own. How is this ok?

I have been a regular customer of pet supplies and food and after a few purchases of bird food and corn for squirrels I have to say I'm disappointed. It goes bad before I can feed it all to them and I keep it stored in a dry place with it closed air tight. I afraid I will have to consider other sources for my wild animal food in the future.My most recent purchase of 3 planters that I paid $25 ea. For lasted 2 summers and now they are finished. ☹️☹️☹️

Husband and son went in to check out chicks. The lady who helped them was great. But the manager was very rude to them and also told that they would not price match with rural king.

Mike and his whole team are always warm welcoming, helping, friendly and always a great experience. Customer service is a lost art. Tractor Supply has a bunch of employees that know customer service.

The staff went above and beyond to help me with my troubles with a shock collar system. I can't remember their names but the gentleman and lady both went out of their way to help me find a solution to my problem. Thank you both will definitely visit this store again when I'm in the area!

My husband shops here more then I do (almost daily)... the workers r sweet and always say hello to u if they see u walk n. They don't get rude when u ask for help like some of the workers at WAL*MART does..(rant for my day).. lol..

They have a little bit of everything, from nuts and bolts, to clothing, to pet supplies. They carry high quality brands of dog food and even beat Walmart on the price of motor oil and carry much better quality oil filters. These things are important to me and my family.

They are very helpful people and they have a lot of stuff in that store I couldn't believe it all little bolts and screws and washers and tools and everything you would think that the prices are a little high but you get what you pay for better quality you have fun shopping there I'll write the place at 5

Looking for a cub cadet trimmer the dude on the phone told me they have a used on i told him i wanted a new one. He told me that all he had was a used one . I wanted to know when they would have one again told me he had a used one . Worst customer service ever

Bathroom was reasonably sized. Not the cleanest but still pleasant. Please exchange blow dryer for towels.

The people are kind but they can be difficult to get them to listen to you if you get an bad employee but that's any place if you find the right employee they will be the best of help to help find what you need another down side is that their prices are marked a little high
