This place is a joke. Ordered jumbo buffalo popcorn chicken and received old, cold, and gross popcorn chicken with no buffalo, ordered a strawberry cheesecake blast and received a strawberry shake after they forgot it twice. They forgot both of our milkshakes as well as our ocean water. They acted like it would be a chore to pay with 2 cards. We might as well have flushed 50$ down the toilet.

This is the worst Sonic I've ever eaten at and I'm a otr trucker who has been across the entire country. The fries in the picture provided were cold and stale, had probably been sitting out for at least an hour. On top of that the amount they put in a large size container could easily fit in a small. Ridiculous food quality especially since you're paying small restaurant prices for fast food these days.

Sweet tea is extremely nasty taste like mold or something took one little drink and had to throw up instantly PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE TEA and yes tried to call several times and no answer at all I was there today which was 4/22/24

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I sat waiting for almost 2 hours for them to get my order wrong and then for them to make me wait for 45 minutes more to get a sandwich that had the tomatoes and pickles on the outside of the bun.

So it kinda looked like my two Burger was smashed like they got mad and smashed it I didn't really get a lot of bacon I got one little strip on it that and they added the wrong stuff on my chili cheese taut like switch them around i had two a small and a mid but the manager I talked to was really nice and did offer to fix it but I do not have time to get it fixed but the man was really nice a respectful 👌🏼 time was like 10pm

Had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker box, got to the window to get my food and surprise surprise it was incorrect. Told the guy what was wrong with my order, got that fixed after waiting a few minutes. He forgot my drinks. Had to ask for them. He gave me my two "sweet" teas. Pulled out on to the road and took a drink, they both honestly taste like water with a tiny splash of tea flavoring. Got home 3 minutes away, came inside to eat. My popcorn chicken is hard as rocks, fries are hard and cold, tots taste like nothing but grease and cold. Burger was okay but cold. I don't get why it takes so long for food at this restaurant but yet it is never even warm or correct. I think I'm good after this one, thanks for another disappointment Sonic!

I don't complain much about fast food because it is what it is but this is the worst Sonic I have ever been to! The order was totally wrong. My husband got the burger toaster and it didnt have the onion ring and his tea was supposed to be blackberry tea and did not get thr blackberry. We ordered a "small cup of ice cream" for my grandson and got a small milkshake!? My drink was mediun and was supposed to have been large with no cherries (in a cherry limeade), the onion ring bag had grease dripping out of the bag and my buffolo chicke. was mostly pieces of hard dried up breading. Big huge waste of $27 & a dissapointment after being on the road for 4 hours and thats what ya get! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

At first I ordered a number 12, and they told me it was out, which was fine. After ordering pretzels and mozzarella sticks, we waited 30 minutes in the drive through. Then to find out there were no sauces for either meal. I go back up to ask for the sauce, and they’re out of them completely but did not tell me when I ordered. Knowing they were out I could’ve ordered something different. Not a good experience.

So it was 10:30 pm October the 22nd of 2022 I stopped in at Sonic and you might want to prepare yourself because they do not have change at night the cashier said she was sorry but couldn't give me change she was completely empty out of change and I'm talking about coins so she couldn't give me change also be cautious on the food I ordered chicken slinger and a cheese stick and I'm pretty sure they eat the cheese out of my stick cuz there was no cheese in my cheese stick and I ordered two drinks a Cherry Coke and a strawberry sweet tea and received two drinks of unknown proportions now try not to complain but probably one of the worst sonics I've been to it might be worth it to go to Rocky top or driving extra 15-20 minutes another direction then you use the Alberta Street in Oneida Sonic also no receipt lol if ur work for a company that pays for your dinner probably not stop there cuz u most likely won't receive a receipt but hey who knows u may have a better experience then me good luck !

Ordered 5 milkshakes in the app, 2 chocolate & banana, 1 strawberry banana, 1 strawberry cheesecake, & 1 chocolate. 20min after paying, the menu board showed a carhop was on their way with our order, except she wasn't. After 30min we finally got our shakes, but that wasn't until after my wife had enough & went to the establishment's door to see what was taking so long. The employee who opened the door asked her "Did u check in?" After finding out that all we ordered were shakes, another employee pointed out the shakes that were sitting on the counter, waiting to go out. I'm unsure on just how long they had been sitting there, but it was long enough for our shakes to have melted some. The 2 chocolate & banana (1 even had extra syrup added) shakes and the chocolate shake had barely any chocolate syrup. There were 4 employees and besides us, there were a total of 5 cars parked in the stalls, but they seemed to be able to serve people in the drive thru pretty fast. Since building the new establishment, their service has steadily declined, I don't recommend coming here.

I’m not the type to usually complain but On February 25 2023 we stopped at sonic to grab some breakfast well we waited for about 40 mins to get our food on the carhop side in front of the door. When we got our food it was wrong twice. The first time we got our food it was completely wrong we had ordered breakfast burritos and we got chili Frito burritos and the second time we told them no egg on one of the burritos at least two times while they was taking our order and we told the carhop again when the order was wrong the first time. She came back out with our order and it had egg on it. On top of this the carhop seemed to have an attitude. We did not catch her name but sonic you can do better. I’ve workered at a sonic for at least 7 years and I know how one should be. I haven’t been to sonic for a while until today because of the same situations and I won’t be back again for awhile.

Most poorly managed sonic I’ve ever been to. Our food is missing items or entirely wrong 4/5 times that we go to the Sonic in Oneida. When you come back around to have an order fixed or get the items you are missing that you paid for, the workers will laugh and make jokes. Day shift normally does pretty well with things, but don’t go after 4.

The slowest fast food location I have ever been to. 22 minutes for a single meal. I have waited 12 minutes for a drink before as well. Employees are very sweet though!

Went to the one in Oneida, TN. Ordered online. 5 slushes. Was told pickup at 2:35. Got there at 2:38 waited till 3. Then went through drive thru. Got to the window and they then started the order. And the order is wrong. Ended up waiting almost 50 min on 5 slushies. This place is ridiculous.

This sonic is the worst ever. DO NOT USE THE ORDER AHEAD AND PAY WITH YOUR CARD. They don't give you your total order and then when you ask they say oh we are out of it. They don't try to replace it with something else either. They tell you they will refund your money back on your card but the never do. I have had this happen to myself and my husband several times. I talked to the owner once and she said they cannot put the money back on the cards but she made rhe manager replace my food at another time. It happen again a week ago and the manager got rude with me would not give me cas said it would go on my card and ots has not. Called corporate they promised to get back with me. They have not. I will never go to any Sonic again.
