I come through the drive through almost every morning and get the egg and cheese biscuits and hash rounds. Hardee's breakfast can't be beat. Hands down the best biscuits anywhere. Made from scratch makes a big difference. And the drive through employees are always very friendly. Tamra and Emily usually get my order and they are great!

I always think the people that work at the Oneida location are very nice and helpful. I always get my food on time. The only thing is my husband wished you would bring the beyond meat burgers back and the grilled chicken sandwiches back! He is allergic to red meat so he loved to be able to eat a burger somewhere in town!Vegetarian options: Please bring more dishes of no red meat or vegetarian options

I needed 20 biscuits to be ready in the morning. I wouldn't have time to wait for them but I was worried that calling them in the night before might cause the order to fall through the cracks. I decided I would call it in just to give them a chance to be ready.The next morning when I showed up at the front counter, not only were the biscuits fresh, hot, and ready, but the person at the register knew about the order with no confusion.If you've ever worked fast food you know how challenging this could have been. Five stars to a manager and crew who were on top of their game.

Food and service are great. Sometimes there is a little wait at the drive thru, but usually at busy times. Definitely one of the cleanest restaurants you will see.

After waiting 5+ minutes for my cheeseburger, it was barely warm. Definitely not fresh. The bun had hard spots. My husband asked for no mayo, it has mayo and the condiments were so heavy, when he picked it up to eat it slipped all over and was a big sloppy mess. We were the only people in the dining area.

First time visit to this location. Friendly staff, but food was average.I hate being served as take out when I order dine in. PLEASE bring back the trays and open up the drink stations. Let's get free again, America!

Food was good but ended up being over charged instead of the cashier adjusting the price. We had ordered a 2 for 5 but she only heard 1, so we were charged full price then she added the other one on a separate ticket also at full price so more like 2 for 7Didn't realize it until we had left so didn't get it corrected

I use to love eating breakfast here BUT NOT ANYMORE. The last several times we’ve ate breakfast here and it SUCKED!!! I told them I wanted my sausage well done and it was still pink. This has happened in the last several times we ate there. You can not get good food in this town anymore.

All employees were very nice. I ordered 2 upsized combos. They told me to pull forward and they would bring it out. I was happy with how quickly my order was delivered to me. As I started leaving I reached in to enjoy my fries on the way home. THERE WERE NO FRIES. So here I end up in there parking lot calling and explaining I got 2 meals minus fries.They brought them right right out with an apology and I was on my way.The food taste great when I finally got it all together.

Very Poor service. I should have remembered that it takes a minimum of 20 min to get your food if you order in lobby. We watched as the employees would wander, not planning ahead to make sure fries were timely coordinated when burgers were made. The drive through money was taken, then asked to pull forward to stop the time on the drive thru clock... but then had to wait 5 or more minutes on their food. Drive through was faster than the lobby time.Poor Management.
