No one at the register.The cash only register wasn't working and wouldn't take my cash.Update,I shop there regular and this time I'm in there and the floors are nasty I've smelled dead mice smell,and pesticides at the food coolers.The workers are selective and treat certain social types favoritively.

Dollar general is great with exception of not being organized. It's always a mess because they leave boxes of stock in middle of aisles.

They have a variety of things most employees are very nice well mannered.Definetley can work more on getting stock up on shelves. I've been there when products are delivered in stores been there when their products have arrived and they barely had any stock up on shelves .

Wow cannot believe I I witnessed a drug deal go down by Dollar general employees in Oneida TN right in the parking lot like it was no big deal.

I needed to run into DG on Sunday this week to get some dog food and coffee creamer. The store is a great convenience (though often out of things) and the staff are nearly always friendly.I have an auto-immune disorder and am quite guarded about my health - especially in light of COVID-19.So I pull up to the handicap spot in front of the store, and for the first time I can remember, there was signage prominently placed upon both front doors (and at conspicuous locales throughout the store). As I dawned my mask to enter the store, I noticed several consumers entering the store without masks. I do not remember the wording exactly, but the sign indicated that masks are required.This store, per my observation, seems to have a very good traffic flow - especially on Sunday afternoons - and so there was lots of shoppers in the store.I counted all of two (2) patrons who wore masks. One employee had a mask, but was pulled below her chin which rendered it completely useless. But I digress.My concern is that there is an apparent corporate policy that is in response to a public safety epidemic that is NOT being followed.I expressed this to the employee who checked me out and was advised, “you can call the corporate office and complain (which felt like I was being brushed off). I suggested that they either enforce the apparent corporate policy (Walmart does at their stores) or to remove the very misleading signs.As the conversation with staff seemed to be going nowhere, I now am taking this to the corporate officers with the same suggestion: either enforce the misleading policy, or remove the signage. The signage, again, is misleading especially to folks like myself who have underlying comorbid medical conditions.I will not be returning to the Oneida store unless and until either the policy is enforced; or the misleading signage comes down.

Wow. Just wow. Reeks of cigarettes. I was in there for 5 min and my car now is an ashtray. I was only in there for five minutes because there was no cashier. Did I mention how dingy and disgusting the place is? Did I mention that they were playing some preacher talking about jesus in the most monotone voice at painfully loud levels? I couldn't even think. -5/10. Do not stop at this backwards, run down, zealot shop. BTW, no one complies with the mask mandate despite the sign on the door. Why even have rules if we aren't going to follow them?

My biggest issue with this particular DG is that it is always a mess. I suspect it is due to understaffing. Like many places right now the company has laid off everyone but just the bare minimum and they don't seem to care that they are working their employees to burnout by expecting them to do the work of 2 or 3 people during their shift.

I'm from Oklahoma. I came into Oneida to visit my family for a couple of weeks. The staff were great and even though they recognized me they still always asked for my ID when I purchased cigarettes like they should. Never did I see them stop working like I do at home. If I were their manager I would be proud and happy to have them on my team. Job well done guys and gals.

Pretty cheap there on most stuff go there cause of that and also cause its closer to our home always like dollar General better then family dollar sometimes just don't want to go farther to get what we need unless going food shopping its simple and easy shopping in and out and a lot of times have good deals there u can catch

There is more emtpy shelves than items on. Very desertd look . Needs to be cleaned up. Not enough help. Long line & only 1cashier. Finally got some help. Unable to get my check to go through. CertInly not like it used to be. Has gone down hill.

Very slow the one in Huntsville has more selection then this one it’s very run down in my opinion there’s only 1 person that runs checkout lane an of course there’s always a long line it’s really aggravating when you got places to go An they take there sweet time about it

The employees are friendly, sometimes but hardly ever have thing on the shelves. Eating 3 is being nice to be honest. This is only the oneida DG.

I love the dialler store in Oneida Robbins Tennessee and Wartburg. The dollar store in sunbright sucks! Always crowded. Nothing on the shelvesthe manager named Nathan shouldn't be drinking over pictures in the sports illustrated magazines. I think as a manager he should have higher standards . And when did dollar store start selling sports illustrated swimsuit edition anyway? I bet that was his idea...shows very poor taste!! Indeed

The Dollar Store in Oneida Is a nice option! I detest the Big box stores. It could be more orderly. Usually it is well stocked, and it's convenient!

They need to close this store and open a new one or remodel this store is always dirty looking and never have anything in stock and merchandise is always cluttering the floor instead of the shelves bad store always has been

My phone number kept rejecting for the dg app but luckily they gave me the price for which I would have gotten the detergent ... the shelves were bare in the cleaning aisle and no weekly ad papers were available
