I have been going to this Food City for 18+ years, and have always had pleasant, courteous knowledgeable employees who knew their store. Could direct me where to find an item I was looking for, and many times taking me right to where the item was located. Their produce has been excellent, and the few times I had an issue with a produce they quickly offer me a refund, or ask if I want to reach the item.They have wonderful savings each week. I am at ease shopping there, and to me that is very important.

I love Food City I feel like I am in a country store when I am there. They have a great selection. The store is always clean and friendly employees.

I wish I had great things to say but that's not the case. The produce was very questionable. In fact I couldn't cook dinner that same night because the mushrooms were funky! Food city should have more pride in what they're selling!

I only went in for a couple of things. Just in and out. First time ever going to a Food City and I was impressed. The store was very clean. The staff was friendly. The prices were comparable to other grocery stores. I would go there again and would recommend others to shop there as well.

Great store. But this new employee really made me uncomfortable. It was busy but he was right on top of me watching me with a weird smile and if I looked back he was still glaring at me. I asked him if he could ring up my water as I have a bad back but he just walks around me staring and smiling but doesn't help. Goes to help someone else and then back to standing right behavior me and acting really weird. I am anxious and worried at that point but turn around anyways as I leave and he's still smiling and glaring at me. I give him an angry long gaze as I leave. He's a big guy and maybe mid twenties but I really can't say. I walked out the wrong direction and was flustered so I just know he was large. I have a girlfriend buddy. I wasn't interested. Creep

Always very kind and a convenient location. A little more expensive than Kroger, but digital coupons go a long way. You also get fuel points, so it's worth it. Staff is awesome, Alejandro is always prompt and excited to assist.

As long as you are signed up for the membership card and use it when you check out you will save on many item's and earn about 35cents per gallon of gas with a points system.

If this pharmacy is anywhere near you, they ROCK. None of this notify us within 24 hours for refills. Your doc calls it in? Done! Even if it is not ready immediately, shop! Great produce, excellent meat department and killer sales. Best of all? Locally owned and operated!

Went to deli to get some breakfast. The food was not good. Eggs were dry and the biscuits crumpled faster than you could pick it up. The soda machine looks like it has never been cleaned and when you fill it up with soda, you have 50/50 chance of getting oil stuff on top!

The store is always stocked well and employees are super friendly, but the men's restroom is usually very messy and not stocked with toilet paper and paper towels in the dispenser. Their deli is nice, but the dining area was dirty and didn't have napkins at the tables.

I'll stop here if I have to but would rather drive into Oak Ridge for groceries. The entrance always smells like an ashtray and it's 50/50 shot if you'll have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get inside.Selection is small, dairy free options darn near non-existent, prices have increased while size and quality have not from their deli selection.No one seems to like working there either.If I had to sum the store up in one word- "depressing".

Employees are sweet but only one or two open. I don't want to be a cashier I don't want ti bag my groceries. I work enough. If I wanted to work without getting paid volunteer at the homeless shelter. I'm not doing your job with put getting paid. Jamie in meat department is aseome so kind so walking to go beyond ti help you. He should be running the store. We come in to shop everything is double in price. Your getting richer treatment of customers awful making us wait in line with the line going way back in aile of store. Customers service should be top priority that is your JOB. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS YOU DONT HAVE JOB. LADIES IN FLORAL DEP IS ABSOLUTELY PRECIOUS. THE CASHIER'S ARE SWEET AND KIND. THEY JUST NEED MANAGERS TI CALL FIR EXTRA HELP SO SHAMEFUL YIUR MAKING CUSTOMERS WAIT SI LONG. WE DONT WANT TI DO YOUR JOB WITHOUT GETTING PAID

Stopped in for one of the sales. Numerous items we normally use were supposed to be on sale. Of the six items I wanted only 1was available. At the register at checkout that item would not ring up as being on sale. This is not a one time incident. It has happened over and over. Even though I will have to drive farther to a different store I think I may no longer do business with Food City.

Clean store.Easy to shop in .It's not too big but not too small.The staff was very nice.One big problem was only two check out lines open forcing people to USA self check out.I don't work for Food City.I don't want to check out my own food.One more lane open could have cleared every customer in the time it took me to scan my own food.Food city, please contact me for an adress to send my W2.

I love food city.The workers there are just all over you to help find what ever you are looking for.We were there today.And we had at least 6 people.asking if we need help.And they found what we needed.And the Butcher. He was awesome. He even said that he would put back some New York strips and ground round because they were out of it and I could pick it up tomorrow when the truck comes in the morning. Very very helpful. The only place I feel comfortable shopping. Food City.8/20/2017

Small, old, and needs renovated. It IS in Oliver Springs and there isnt anything else for competition without driving into Oak Ridge. If youre in need of something fast and quick and dont want to drive "to town" then its worth your time, but id just as soon drive into town if im going full fledged shopping as this place is TINY and has limited shelf space which means limited options. Staff if friendly.

I love this location because it is on my way home from work in Knoxville. It's clean, organized, and they have a wonderful selection of beer and wine. This is my main Pharmacy as well because it is so much cheaper than anywhere else for me.

Went to pick up a couple dinner plates from the deli and WHOA!!!I wasn't sure if I was eating dinner or on an episode of Fear Factor. Chicken Tenders were drier than a Popeye's biscuit. Potato Wedges were grainy and raw. The rice was mushy like oatmeal. Only thing remotely edible was the green beans. On top of all that, no roll.This is a review of the deli only! I normally dont shop here, but if the shopping experience is anything like our deli experience then there isn't any saving this place.It'll take alot of convincing for us to return.

Oliver springs, Food City has been here for a long time now and a store doesn't keep the lights on with bad service. The variety of products and friendly service make this the go to place when necessities dwindle and its time to restock. Excellent people here wonderful staff fibre stars.
