I pass 3 other Ace Hardware stores just to use this one. Always have what I need at great price. Staff always extremely helpful and never been wrong yet advising me on a project. Had 1 project that I had professionals advise me would cost $200+ and went to these folks & they showed me how to do it myself & cost me $13. FRIENDLIEST STAFF & GREAT PRICES EVERY DAY!

The staff is always friendly here. Unfortunately this trip they didn't have what I needed. They said that they could probably piece something together or I could go to a bigger box store. I chose the bigger box store. They didn't have what I needed either. So we had to piece it together. Ace is usually my first stop unless I'm already close to a big box store.

Our go to when we need anything for our home. Very friendly for the most part, some people are more willing to help than others. Prices are a little steep if your on a budget, some where in the range of Home Depot prices. It’s close by.

We have propane tanks refilled here . Ace pushes the air out and feels better with gas /propane. Used for hot water and for heating. You can see easily from the highway. Prices on hardware little above or right average . Clean store , employees serves the community with a smile and eager to help each one also l go when things are on sales or I need specific hardware supplies . Each employee tells me how the projects realate to the project I am in a mess with .

Ace hardware has always been a favorite of mine. The staff is helpful at picking out anything with you, no job is too big or too small. Shop local! It beats having to drive to the next city to go to the big box retailer with no personal service. Reasonably priced too!

Went to Ace to get my hawkbill knife sharpened. Called ahead and said they could sharpen it, drove all the way there and they said it wouldn’t work. The girl working then proceeded to trash talk other customers in the middle of the store for everyone to hear.

Called in and asked a couple questions about gun sales within the last hour, just to be sure I wasn't keeping then from closing, and the guy who works the gun shop just hangs up on me. Kinda rude for someone to do when they want business. I wouldn't recommend them for firearms sales, you'll just get hung up on or talked to like an idiot. Front cashier girl was really nice, though

This place never ceases to amaze me, they have literally anything I have ever needed. Even stove elements which you have to order online with Home Depot. Friendly staff. Highly recommend seeing if these guys have something before you go online or to Knoxville.

It's nice to walk into any store and be greeted with a smile or how can I help you. Even when they are busy someone makes it a point to let you know they'll be a sec. If they don't have it they will make sure they order right the first time. Good folks, good prices/stock and good service. Can't beat them I imo.

Great personal service. The kind of place you walk into and you say I'm trying to hook this to this.... And they ask you a question or two and then take you straight to what you're looking for. I spent three times as long in the bigger stores wandering around trying to find something.highly recommended.
