Tractor Supply has just about everything in one place from garden to pets. Everyone is very helpful at the store and friendly. Mark even showed me where large bags of cat were on the shelf and loaded it! On weekends they have Vet services at different locations.

This was the first and last time I will ever go to this location. They close the Pet Washing station an hour before the store closes. And the staff especially some asinine individual named Mark, felt it necessary to come outside and repeatedly reiterate that the store closes at 7 pm and they would be locking the gates. 1st off they still had customers in the store secondly I would see them coming out to lock the date and know that that's what they're doing and get out before that thirdly I was only trying to pick up some things that failed so I could get my stomach in the car and had no intention of staying on that property any longer than necessary. I wasted my time coming to that location. I usually go to the store in Murfreesboro and they are never like that they're always welcoming even if I come in 10 minutes before they're closing and that's just ridiculous. I've worked in the medical field for 40 years and the last 17 in the pharmacy both retail and call center. If a patient comes in at 5 minutes to 10 we still take care of them. But not here, I arrived 30 minutes before closing. I learned I will never, ever set foot on that property again!!!DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU WANT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS, AND THEY PROBABLY CAN'T EVEN SPELL IT.

This wonderful store is just 6+ minutes from my home and offers everything I have needed from Lowes, Home Depot, Harbor Freight & Ace Hardware ... all in one location. I was just looking for kindling wood for my fireplace & found an abundance of it & a lot of other things. I can't believe I never heard of or noticed TSC before, but I'm so glad I know it now. I love using my fireplace but always have trouble finding kindling to go along with the firewood. I'm thrilled at this new discovery so close by. I will be a customer from now on.

Their online inventory is way off. I drove well over 22 miles to get something that they report having 7 of. When i got there, they didn’t have any and just said “our inventory may be a little off”. You think?

Today we bought our new zero turn from Mark our salesman. He let me sit and ride all the options offered, Cub Cadet, Bad Boy and Toro. All had pluses and negatives but Toro won us over on the shocks and speed of 7 mph. The manufacture warranty is 3 years and the service center is just down the road as well. Tractor Supply in our town didn’t have as many options but this one did and Mark was extremely helpful and did not pressure us in our final decision. As soon as I jumped on the Toro I knew this might be the one.Only thing that I did not see on this model Time Cutter My Ride 54 is that I did not have any lights but could add on. Which I ordered immediately. Thank Mark and Tractor Supply for making my new purchase tge bomb!

Just came from there. I went in to buy a large garden cart. Two employees playing around up by cash register. Neither said hello asked if I needed help. I had to load heavy box onto shopping cart myself. Went to pay neither young man goofing off afford to help me load heavy box into hatchback. Next time this older woman will go to Home Depot. I won’t be back

Male at register being verbally harassed by elderly gentleman. Employee apologized to customer, was working hard and mentioned he has Asperger's syndrome. He is a good hard working guy please don't let him quit. Surprised he kept working. Give him a pat on back

Great store with just about everything you could need for the shop or farm. My favorite part is that you can still buy nuts, bolts, and washers by the pound which makes them way cheaper than Lowes. Staff is always nice too.

To be fair I went back to TSC after a bad experience with slow service. This time I was immediately greeted at the door and asked several times if I was finding what I need. They had everything I wanted in stock. I had been purchasing pet products online because TSC never had what I wanted. This time they had plenty. Well done.

The last few times my husband have been in this store, the check out is in disarray and the cashier's just wander off without saying anything. My husband complained and got a dirty look from the one cashier that was working. He looked at me said let's go and we left without making a purchase. He won't go back. You sent him a 10.00 digital coupon and an apology. He deleted it. Said too little too late. We drive out of our way to go to Lowes. What happened? TSC used to be great......

Well, everything was good when getting my propane tanks refilled. Super nice young lady named Samantha helped with that. Went inside to pay and the checkout line went from the front of the store almost to the back and you guessed it, only one cashier and checkout line open. Worse than sitting in rush hour traffic inching along after a wreck. Hire some extra help folks.

Finally found a decent set of rain gear Jacket/pants. I use it for dog walking etc. I paid a fair price too. I bought a bigger size so I could wear the set over clothes. I like the leg snaps at the bottom of the pants too.

They had what I came in for so that's a plus but the kid working didn't much want to take time from his sweeping the floor to show me where the right size trailer tire was located in store. A little annoyed at that. But lady at register was nice and friendly. Thanks for that!

They were following rules of this particular area for covid 19. I didn't appreciate the fact that their website said they had in stock what I needed an went in to get it an they didn't have it. I took some pics to let others know that they do have handicap parking an entrance for people who use wheelchairs. You were not allowed in the store unless you wore a face mask. All people had 1 on.

I love this Tractor Supply! It's so close to my house, and I always check there before going to Lowes or Home Depot because their prices are usually cheaper. Plus it's a small place so I can find stuff quickly. They have unique items that I have purchased before for Christmas presents,too.

Went in for a chain for my chainsaw. I asked the cashier for assistance since they keep their chains locked up.In an empty store, she paged for ‘someone’ to assist me. She didn’t help. After 10-15 no one else came to help either as I stood and waited right in front of her. I won’t be back...

I dont buy a lot here, but when we send condolences, instead of flowers, we always give bird feeders and we always buy them here. Usually I give one that is a church: while my friend Renee' knows the Lord, I felt this feeder fits more with her persona. Hope she'll find comfort in it during her time of sorrow and for years to come....
