The store looked like a tornado had gone thru it. I couldn't find anything because there were so many boxes and merchandise up and down the aisles and no one even asked if I needed help. It looked like there was only one employee there. Probably won't go to that location again.

Disgusting how the dollar tree corporate controls the AC of their stores. I was just in this location and about passed out from a heat stroke. The employees had beads of sweat on their foreheads and their hair was wet in their necks. I asked if they would turn it down while I shopped. She apologized and informed me that they have no control over the temperature at the store level. I then apologized to her. I can’t imagine working in a store I couldn’t feel comfortable in. Three people that heard me voiced that they were burning up as well. This is disgusting and sweat shop vibes.

I love shopping here😳,,, but lately, the workers have been leaving out all there ship ments that they get in the isles this is very inconvenient for the customers,If it was me I would leave my box's in the back and bring one out and put it up on the shelf, or wait till Early morning to get the stuff out so there is no customers in the store trying to shop. 😕

The Dollar Tree is a great place to grab decorations and cleaning supplies. They have a great assortment of DIY projects as well.

I'm sitting in the dollar tree parking lot right now, just left out from the store after looking for fabric softeners. I looked around for a few minutes & couldn't find them so I went to the one register that was open with 2 associates standing behind it, (one was checking out another customer while the other played on her phone). I asked the one on the phone if they had dryer sheets, she said "yes on the back wall" & pointed, I said "well I just came from there & all I seen was liquid softener" she replied "yea they're back there." I said "ok" & went to look again by myself. I eventually found a small box of softeners & thought maybe the dollar general across the street had a better option, so I went back past the counter & said "yes, I found them but I think I'm gonna check the dollar general & I may come back" one of them replied "ok" while the other made a nasty remark under her breath. I wish I could give no stars. Not at all helpful, not friendly, & very rude.

The 2 ladies working today were great and helpful . One of the ladies and i didn't get her name . wish i did " next time i will. Anyway she out of way to help.. And the cashier her name is sunshine is always nice !! She's been there awhile. Hope she stays?

Horrible, cashiers were terrible, they trash talked my mom because she changed lanes after only one person was working, they left their light on. The monster there is so gross too. Get better flavors. Honestly, just go to dollar general because even they will treat you better.

Absolutely horrible service and management. My fiance and I went there to fill up helium balloons for a baby shower, and when she asked a simple question to the brunette worker / cashier, the worker was very rude in her response and told us that they didn't do that there and we should go try another dollar tree. I didn't think anything of her rude response initially; I had just brushed it off. I took the balloons out to the car while my fiance started shopping. But when I returned to the store, the manager Megan got right up in my face and said "I just want you to know that your wife was very rude to my employee." I told her that she was in no way rude, and just asked a simple question about helium balloons, and that I also didn't appreciate her getting in my face and harassing her customers. She then claimed that I was the one harassing her, and they had it all on store cameras. I told my fiance to put all her items back, and that we were taking our business elsewhere. The manager then follows us out to the parking lot with her cell phone, recording us!!This was all very inappropriate and unprofessional. Absolutely absurd and ridiculous, in my opinion!! All over some balloons! What happened to "the customer is always right"? I've never been treated like this at any business, and I don't plan to return to this trashy establishment!!!

I use to come here almost everyday since it's right down the street from where I live but, since you've started charging a $1.25 for your items, I just go to the dollar general now. I can buy five .99 bags of candy for the price of four of yours. Also, I understand some items is probably worth more than a dollar but, y'all keep the same ole boring items. Bring back whisps keto chips, the frozen stuffed jalapeno poppers, cheese sticks, pepperonis and whatever else that is good.

Went in there for first time and thought a tornado hit the place. Boxes everywhere, floors flooded with items, the place was a complete mess and my anxiety went the through roof. I basically ran out of there highly recommend some where else

My kids and I always love hitting up the dollar tree! Just can't beat everything for a dollar! Of course it's not all the greatest quality but there are a lot of things that are a good deal for a buck and perfect for kids so they each get something without spending a bunch of moola. Lol

Small store that can feel cluttered when they are putting out stock. But overall it's a clean store with a great deal of dry foods stuff (not a large or even neat selection of frozen foods) and friendly staff.

A week ago I had purchased about $50 worth of things from the Dollar Tree, then I decided I didn't need all of it so I went to return some of it and they told me that they did not do returns but they would swap it for something else. this made for a very bad experience on my part, I'm used to doing business with real business locations. It's sort of a Genki way to do business. ( cheap ) I'll take my business elsewhere next time !

Love having a Dollar Tree in Old Hickory TN but you seriously need new management. The stock is stacked all over the store unopened. Manager is standing out side waiting on truck to arrive. I'm sure driver did not need her help. She always trust to look busy without really doing anything. You are cheating yourself out of sales with little merchandise out for purchase. Other Dollar Trees have their stock out and ready for purchase.

the manager stole money. from a person that worked there..that a lady was nice to give to her to help someone she was talking about to her....they fight with each other.they bully ppl.got a problem with ppl that believe IN GOD....said did not want her there.. management one crying..because other hurts her feels..one meg.cobb.tells ppl about the other manger saying her man done drugs....they take food and f I not pay for it....ppl a casher hi on drugs.....the store always got things in the way can not...get too it...store not clean...alll the time looking at ppl like they going yo take some thing when it is them..staff that is...as it was said they will say bad things..out of they mouth and do not care who hear it..give away things to hey family and friends ...and i only been there 2 weeks..this store need better management..

Went in on Sunday evening, never were acknowledged by any employee, one on sidewalk smoking, another standing with door open talking to her, was ready to pay had to wait, the girl that was outside smoking had came in and told the boy that she was talking to when we first went in that he had customers, I refuse to ring a bell for service, you need to be watching your register and come up if someone is ready to check out, so tacky to have to ring a bell to pay, the boy Kyler, came up and rang up our merchandise, and said total, that was the only interaction from him that we had, so rude, terrible customer service, but he sure could complain about all the go back they had, he did that several times, just do it, it would get done quicker, always unfriendly staff, I guess we are bugging them coming in to shop
