Usually don’t do this, but this is one of the most aggravating experiences I’ve had with them (and that’s among many I’ve had with them). I traveled over 30 minutes for 3 days in a row for my medication. The first day was a system error, they were supposed to call back, but never did. The second day, the main pharmacist claimed it was an insurance issue which is understandable. Again, I got the “we’ll give you a call back”. Third day, I called 5 times ahead to no answer, being on hold 10 minutes at a time. So I decided to go up and there are 5 people working, answering phones I might add, and still no one could give me my meds or an answer. Things haven’t been right at this place since the former pharmacist John moved to Nashville. Please corporate, DRAIN THE SWAMP!!!!!

Need More workers , More lines or something , Busy Busy with pt's on the line causes your hold time to wait for every 10 minutes your told ow many callers in front of you , then after hearing that about 15 times, then you get a different selection of hold music , Then your waiting another 10 minutes, but then the line just rings hoping somebody will pick up , by the time they pick up you have a headache from listening to the Ringing in your ear , Then when they finally answer you forgetwhat your calling for ...................

Worst run pharmacy you will ever experience. So much for the "automatic" refills. Every single time I'm about to run out of medicine I have to call it in even though it's supposed to be "automatic refill" what bs. They are ALWAYS out of medication, and don't let you know until you are OUT of medication. My Dr. called in one of my meds 2 month ago and I got a text that it was delayed, okay, but now they act like they never received the order! They aren't even working on it anymore and my Dr. will have to reorder it now and of course I'm out of it now. They all need retraining by someone who knows what they are doing.

Walgreens pharmacy has a problem answering the phone. Starting at 8:10, I tried 3 times and they picked up, didn't say anything, and put me in their longer term hold. 4th time I asked for the store manager, didn't get through. 5th time, same with pharmacy. 6th time, tried again and finally got through. Took me about 3 minutes to take care of business, ordeal over at 8:42. 27 minutes of calling, holding,and being hung up on file for a simple 3 minute talk. Teach your people to answer the phones. That was unacceptable.

This has got to be the absolute WORST pharmacy in the entire US! I can’t stand Walgreens in general, but there wasn’t a CVS anywhere close in this town. However, I’m about to drive out of my way to CVS 20 minutes away anyway! I can’t even count the number of mistakes this place has made, and I’ve only lived here since October! The last was the one that did me in-saying my insurance wouldn’t cover 9 migraine pills a month now, but only 5. I called my insurance..turns out..it was a mistake on Walgreens part, and it was just too soon to fill, so now I just got this month’s prescription MINUS 4 precious much-needed pills, because they filled the prescription a week too soon. I cannot believe that I have to check up on the people that work there, and do their jobs for them. Totally unacceptable. Plus, you have to wait on hold for an hour to talk to anyone.

Why can't they ever answer a phone? I know multiple people who can never get answers when trying to call. I myself have been put on hold multiple times over the last fee months just to be hung up. I understand staffing plays a part but I walked up to the counter hearing multiple phones ringing while a young lady sits at the desk playing on her cell.

Absolutely incompetent. This location takes inefficiency to a whole new level. They told the wife her prescription would be ready at 11:00. I go to pick it up at 1:00PM and stand in line for a half hour to be told that it isn’t started and it will be 15 minutes. Please hire experienced people.

I hate Walgreens pharmacy as a healthcare provider overall but this is the worst one. Lost medication, techs that can't get checkout straight , rude and so so slow. There is a bright spot , a young man at the drive through that is polite and 100% customer service. My grandkids could organize their bins better

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. They don't answer the phone after putting you on hold for 30 minutes. Whether you go through the drive-thru or come inside you're going to wait another 30 minutes and then they won't have your prescription ready but somehow it will be your fault. You're horribly managed and understaffed. Go to Kroger!! Seriously, why can't you guys pull it together??

Prescriptions are never ready.Doesn’t make a difference when they said it would be ready… Once you arrive to pick it up.. Give us a hour to fill it. Every single time! I will not be going back.

What a joke! People waiting in line to pick up a prescription that’s been ready for 2 days and they are ignoring them and calling people waiting on the prescriptions. On top of it everyone is just standing around without any dedicated line. It’s always something with this place. So disorganized. The manager should work on a plan to help assist the amount of customers before they lose them.

Normally when I review a company with many locations i consider the fact that they have different strengths and weaknesses. II just waited in line forf 15 for a script that isn't even ready yet. They are higher in price than Kroger pharmacy. Every time I pick up a script i wait at least ten minutes. They don't seem to have the staff to handle the business they get. There's been confusion on the price of the only script I get here. They never take responsibility for mistakes. they don't rush or apologize for the wait. There's one employee at the one in Oakland TN who has a horrible attitude. A business shouldalways be grateful for their customers. I never feel this way with this business.

My experience with this pharmacy is not good! Sometimes I go there & they state that the Dr hasn't called the prescription in yet which is total BS, I heard the nurse call it in hours before I went to pick it up! They are unbelievably slow!!! I'm talking about a 30 min wait when you are the only customer! I think they wait till you get there to fill in the prescription. I have called a prescription in DAYS before and it still isn't ready!

As a former Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens I can honestly say this is the SLOWEST and most INCOMPETENT Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever filled a prescription with. The drive through is ALWAYS backed up even when there are 2-3 customers. They are TERRIBLE at multitasking and have even WORSE customer service skills! I have since switched to Kroger. Their prices are cheaper and they have wayyyyy more respect and appreciation for their customers!

I’m sitting in line watching the male employee help 10+ people before me including the cash register, photo, and fedex. The manager was just looking at him then walked away. Poor guy having to be with this leadership team that doesn’t support him.

Pharmacy...If you get a 2 hour Covid result test and they tell you 2 to 4 hours.....add abt 2+ hours to that. Neither I nor my husband have gotten email. Par for the course with delays in pharmacy.

This place is the worst. Had issues before this weekend, but I like to give multiple chances. Had surgery and turned in a refill rx on Friday to be filled Sunday. Called Saturday and they had trouble locating the script, but did find it. Refused to call the doc for an early fill....Husband went to pick up Sunday and after waiting an hour he was told “it’s not in stock”’. Pretty sure you knew about that after I turned the script in Friday and called the Saturday. As a nurse, it is disgusting the lack of customer service and compassion these people have for their customers.We are now using a new pharmacy. Walgreens is done in our book.

They received 1 star only because there isn’t any negative stars to select. I received a text to call the pharmacy concerning my prescription. I called several times, each time I was on hold for a long time, when someone finally answered the phone they hung up without saying a word!!!! How rude!!! I’m done with Walgreens!!!!! 😡😡😡

Ridiculous. Was on hold for almost an hour. I was finally next in que. after a few minutes, someone hung up on me. It’s nearly impossible to get a pharmacist on the phone at this location.

The pharmacy staff is supperrrrrrr slow. Of course everything in the store is overpriced as well but I think that’s any Walgreens. Associates and cashiers are nice For the most part but the workers in the pharmacy are just too slow.

The pharmacy tech just stood there doing nothing while I sat at the window waiting to pick up medication after having an emergency csection . They told me it was ready for pick up when I called which was an hour and a half before I picked it up.

I was on hold for 12 minutes, they finally picked up and hung up on me! I can’t even find out if my medication is ready. My sister went to pick up my medicine Thursday, they said Friday, then Friday they said Saturday. Now I can’t get in touch!!!😡😡😡
