I don't remember the names of the employees but I was in there today, Oakland TN store, about 4pm..I had an exchange I needed to make but they didn't have my size. The female employee went the extra mile for me and found the exact shoe/size at another location and is having the shoes shipped to my house! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful both employees were and what was done for me. I will DEFINITELY be a return customer and I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location, if you're looking to get exactly what you want! A BIG thumbs up to Oakland TN shoe sensation!

Super Customer Service. Usually has brand names in a variety of sizes, but low on stock right now.Not enough employees! Boxes of shows stacked and poor employee very busy.

First time visit. Greeted by a well staffed and friendly store. Store was well stocked and carried plenty of my favorite brand tennis shoes such as Puma, Ryka and more. My mission this day was specifically Tennis shoes and I found 2 pair. That's a score.

They are very pricey for what brands they carry. I really didn't find anything in the selection anyways. First time in the store and definitely was not impressed at all.
