My dog Coconut is a grooming appt at Hollywood Feed in Oakland, TN. I sent Ms. Heather pictures of how I wanted my dog to be groomed. The first picture is how Coconut looked from his last grooming. The second picture is how he looked 2 weeks before his appt. The last three pictures are what he looked like after his appt. at Hollywood feed.My neighbor picked him up for me because I was on a field trip with my God granddaughter. When I got home and saw him I was furious. Of course, you know I took him back to the store. After speaking to Ms. Heather, she lied and said, “My neighbor gave the ok to cut his hair. She said, that Coconut was matted, which was not true. I combed Coconut out the night before and when I told her that! She said,” Give her money back. She also clipped his testicles and the inside of his thigh. I'm sorry, I was not a happy camper at all. Be careful where you take your dogs or cats for grooming. Especially not to Hollywood feed.Ms. Mary the manager of the store has been very nice to me. She has paid for ointment for the cuts and she is also paying for his vet visits.Thank you so much.

Very pleased with my grooming appointment today. I could tell Heather truly loves dogs and I felt at ease dropping my big babies off there. They are tired but not stressed and it only took a couple hours for 2 huskies. Also thank you to the kind gentleman who helped me get the dogs in the car and thank you to the lady up front who picked up the big stand my dog knocked over trying to leave. Everyone at this location is wonderful. Will be coming back!

We have been Hollywood Feed customers for a long time. Yesterday we used the grooming service at Hollywood Feed in Oakland. We were very impressed with the groomer and the excellent service and grooming she did on our Golden Retriever. We had been driving 25 miles to have her groomed in Germantown TN. The staff at the Oakland location was very professional and friendly.

Hollywood Feed is very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting their valued customers of their products and selecting what is best per pets needs. Pet in the City was my only go-to, and since l moved to Steele Creek, l’m thankful Hollywood Feed was referred to me & my pets, it’s my pets new go-to.

This store is always clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. When I order online, the deliveries are prompt and there's always a cute little note on the food bag. So glad this store is in my town. Keep up the good work. "You're pawesome!"

I have to give a huge shout out to Oakland Hollywood feed! My neighbor found an abandoned kitten in their woodpile and called me. It was very small with an open wound in its neck. The vet couldn’t see the kitten till Monday ( this was Friday), I took the kitten to Hollywood feed they said it is probably a male, about two /three weeks old. I showed them the wound in the neck, they took it in the back, rinsed it with warm water, and found that there was about an inch long larva in its neck! They squeezed it out, clean the wound, gave me what I needed for wound care, and estimated what he could eat. We opened up one of the cans to try before I bought, and it was chowing away. Thought I needed a bottle but it was able to eat the food they gave and it was starving. It Sunday, the wound looks better, he has been eating a can a day and full of energy. I can’t thank the staff enough for going above and beyond!

Great little pet store. I don't shop there a whole lot anymore, but the people there are fantastic. It's clear they really care and want to help everyone who walks into the store. The prices can be a bit high on the toy side, but I almost always get my flea/tick collars and grooming services from here. Just make sure to schedule a grooming in advance because they get booked up fast.

Yesterday was my first visit to a Hollywood Feed store ( I am a newcomer to the area), and I was so happy I decided to stop in. The lady that helped me was so nice and informative. She recommended some great food for my dog that is affordable , and it is already working great; my picky chihuahua is loving her new food. I will definitely be back in the future and this is the only pet store I will use now. I can’t say enough good things about the store and the help I received there.
