This place is awesome! The Koi ponds really add a beautiful addition to the shopping experience. My 3 year old grandson absolutely loves seeing the fish. The employees are always very helpful too. Very beautiful place to visit and shop at. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

Definitely the best nursery I’ve been too. All the plants I bought were full of blooms and luscious. They have just about everything. Some plants are more expensive than other places around, some are less, some are equal. Overall, Willow Ridge is my favorite.

We enjoy willow ridge have for about three years now. Friendly knowledgeable staff, always. Kids love feeding the fish and trinkets inside. We always leave with something. I believe you are paying for premium quality plants.Yesterday we were in and an elderly lady was up top asking a young male worker( one who appeared to be upper management) what kind of hanging baskets they had down below cause she couldn’t get down there easily. He asked in radio, but then offered to walk the elderly lady down. She was greatful. This staff really seem to enjoy their jobs and is always a pleasant experience.

My absolute favorite nursery. They have everything you can need, from plants to decor to pond things galore including koi in all sizes. They have a beautiful koi pond in the front and if you ask an employee they'll give you a handful of food to feed the koi. They also offer landscaping services.

I like walking around this nursery, and I can tell the quality of the trees and the plants. But the prices are just so high. I would love to buy more, but it is just not affordable for me. The markup on everything seems high here. Knoxville Seed is much more affordable, has a great selection, and will continue to be my preference even with the drive.

I was blown away by my experience here. I thought it was just a small nursery based off of the small few buildings you could see from the road. Upon parking, I was shocked at how expansive the nursery was. They literally had everything garden from a multitude of succulents to kois and fountains. They had Judy about every size and shape of planter you could imagine! They also have very whimsical garden art, including a big dragon.While I was very impressed by their selection of plants what really stood out to me was the customer service. Everyone was so incredibly helpful and friendly. I will absolutely be going back.

Have driven by a few times and finally stopped. Definitely was not disappointed. The plants ,flowers are beautiful. I was looking for garden Decor and they have the best selection of EVERYTHING garden. I could have spent hours looking at everything. The only con is that it is a little pricey. Will definitely go back

This place is fun to take the kids to. They will let you feed the Koii fish and the plants are always pretty! Employees are all nice & a cute kitty lives in the gift shop. We love this place!Service: Gardening services

Love this garden center and lucky to find this plant nursery at the right time to start planting my herb harden and indoor plants. Very beautifully organized nursery with friendly and helpful staff to help you find the plant you want and guide you about it. The way hey have arranged the nursery is just amazing. Also they have a wide variety of uniquely styled containers and planters for small or big plants. Thye also offer landscaping services and planning (they plan and you plant) services. Lot of variety of garden sculptures here and definitely their plants are great quality and have a great artist to make beautiful planters.

I've lived in oak ridge most of my adult life and I can't believe today was my first time coming here. It was amazing, like Disneyland to a plant/succulent addict like myself. I kind of just always assumed that building you see frm the road was all there is to it and I was very wrong. The property is huge! There are greenhouses, water plants set up on one side, beautiful ponds, outdoor section of planter pots plus the items inside the store and sporadically laid out throughout the property. It's a great layout and easy to navigate around and see everything. The big koi pond out front is the first thing we saw and was smitten instantly. We spent well over an hour there looking at everything. I got a cool succulent for 6 dollars and that is a great price on it. They even stock pitcher plants which is great itself because we always have to order our carnivorous plants online. There is a plethora of houseplants, outdoor plants, water plants, succulents and more. I was most impressed with the prices. I had always assumed it was going to be overpriced and is another reason I hadn't stopped. Well I was wrong about that. Prices are reasonable, some plants were priced really well. The stone, concrete, terra, etc planters were priced surprisingly well. I'll definitely be going back for planters because they have a beautiful selection. All the employees were friendly, said hello, offered to help and stopped and chatted with us for a moment. That was the icing on the cake for me and can't wait to go back again and again... Just a note to all the nursery reviews today is because my husband wanted to do something special for me so he googled nurseries in the oak ridge area and then spent the day taking me around to them so I visited quite a few today. Each one has things to offer but not a single one can match what this nursery offers.

I went to get a couple of Christmas presents and Chris that works there help me alot she is a sweet lady and Jared the cashier from England help me too .I give this place a rate of 10 best place to go to and summer is great as well the have great plants and fish to look at. if you go there ask for Chris she will give you the help you need.and Jeremy the cashier will help to.these two are the sweetest people.thank you guys for everything.they love the gifts...thank you Chris and Jared and Willow nursery...

Lauren was such a great help today! She was so kind, patient, and informative. I’m building my flower garden for pollinators, and she helped me with picking flowers to answering all of my questions! Willow Ridge has such a wide variety for very reasonable prices. This is the only place I buy my flowers and garden supplies. We went to pick out a Fresh Christmas Tree a week before Christmas. When everyone else was sold out, they still had beautiful 7'-8' trees to choose from.Very friendly, polite and helpful. The name all of their trees. Our tree just happened to have the same name as my late brother.

They are a lot bigger than it looks from the road. Everyone was very polite and helpful. We went looking at trees, they have a large selection. We didn't buy one that day, but we're going back to get one. Very nice place, I recommend them for all your garden needs.

Willow Ridge is a wonderful resource for all things related to the garden. I was traveling in June and was very late buying annnuals. I needed something for a container on our front porch. The nice young lady who helped me suggested these begonias and they are perfect. They were 3 small plants a month ago and look at them now!!

Wow! Driven past here so many times and never realized how huge it is, or the amazing selection they have. The staff were so so helpful (thank you Scott!!) and we will definitely be back for more plants. They also have a design planning service if you are buying from them, with I believe a $250 minimum. Fantastic nursery and garden center!

The pump in the bird fountain that was put in when we built our house in 2017 gave up the ghost last year, and I have made multiple efforts to get it right. It’s been a fun if somewhat frustrating learning curve. I finally checked my male ego and went looking for in person help. The staff here could not have been nicer. I got my issue addressed, and even though it’s a 1/2 hour drive, I’m going back to Willow Ridge.
