This review is about the supervisors in the grocery pick up service. The staff are mostly fine, especially a fella named Chas, who's been there for years. Walmart is lucky to have him.But the grocery pick up supervisor named Troy is awful. He not only has zero customer service skills, he's just a rude combative man. I realize businesses are short staffed, and so they must hire people they normally wouldn't hire, but this level of bad service is just unacceptable.

This Walmart consistently stocks and sells expired foods. As o searched for heavy cream in October, I noticed some cream was 3 months past the expiration date. I’ve purchased spoiled sausage that smelled horrible. One time while looking through the deli meat, I noticed expired sausages. The meat manager was restocking beside me when I brought it to his attention. He responded by shrugging his shoulders, ignoring the problem. Check your dates!

Don’t do your pick up orders here. They messed mine up twice! 300 dollars worth of items missing, the first time I went back and they gave me the missing items. Second time this occurred I had to call their Helpdesk. I get that it’s a privilege to avoid the store and pick up my order, but if you’re going to offer a service, do it right. Life is expensive right now, I’m a nurse, I work night shift serving our community. My money doesn’t go as far as it used to and these mistakes can…be costly, waste of my time. I won’t be shopping at this location until they get their act together. Luckily, the customer service was awesome and refunded any missing items.

I would like to give a shout out to an employee in online order and pickup. His name was Aaron and he did a fantastic job. He handed us our eggs and bread so they wouldn’t get squished. He kept the baby stuff together but away from the other stuff. This was the best experience I have had with online order pickup. Normally something gets squished or destroyed. So thank you for doing such a great job and being so kind. I hope the managers see this and acknowledge you as well because you deserve it.

Like I wanted to buy a futon and online it was listed $30 cheaper but for pickup not delivery. Yet you can buy from so many stores and pickup in store. It’s not groceries so I don’t need someone to bring it to my car but $30 is $30 and it’s freaking stupid I can’t pay for it online and walk in and get it. Their customer service has went down so badly in the last 10-15 years. I try and find a close to deal, not matching or better to even come here. I HATE WALMART. You can barely get anyone to ever help you. They call over the intercom and nobody comes. I hope this place goes bankrupt literally

I don't have a problem with progress and upgrades at all. What they have done at the Clinton highway location is very nice. I had a little problem finding a few items that they had moved to new locations but no big deal.

As far as Walmarts go, this one is more of the same. I’m not super excited about the layout and I feel like it is less intuitive than other stores I’ve visited. I found myself having to cross the store several times to search aisle by aisle for what I needed when it should have been a simple “oh there’s the kitchen supplies, I can find a knife sharpener there” situation.I’m also disappointed that the grocery pickup is so “hit-and-miss”. Lately it’s been more of the “miss”. Honestly, I’ve stopped using it altogether because I don’t know if I’m going to have to wait for 30 minutes or two hours for my order to be brought out. I’ve asked the employees what the deal was and they’ve all said the management is terribly poor and unorganized leading to some people waiting 2 hours for their order while 17 other customers are taken care of in a timely manner.I will also have to admit that I have a bias as I generally dislike big box stores due to my social anxiety and disdain for crowded places. But even with that, my above observations are as fair as I could be.On a positive note, I generally see that the store is kept clean-ish and they usually have the registers staffed if you aren’t that big into paying full price AND bagging your own groceries. (I still think that there should be a monetary incentive/discount for using the self checkout…. But hey….)Overall, I use this store because it’s cheaper than Kroger and I don’t have any good local grocers in my area that I am aware of.

Employees aren't real bright here. I was shopping looking at the fluoride stuff that my dentist said I needed and they employ said excuse me she pulled her cart right in front where I was at trying to find stuff and start working so I guess that meant you're shopping is done get out. Some people just don't have common sense or decency or any Integrity I guess I don't know.

I went to see if food prices were comparable to Kroger. What I found is they're about the same and in a lot of cases higher. Also, if you choose to be checked out by a cashier, it seems like they put the oldest,slowest, and dumbest associate on the registers. I think this is to encourage you to use the self checkout.

It's a super large store. It does not have a gas station or a car service center. Allowing them to have a larger store and carry more items you won't see in other stores.

This Walmart did what they said it would do. They held our formula order until we picked it up. We needed this formula desperately and they came through for us. This is the way you take care of your customers. We are very happy with the professionalism of this Walmart location.

Still one of the worst walmart locations ive been to in a long time. Ive been to walmarts all over the nation and none have moved things around as often as this one, have floors that look as bad as this one, or is claustrophobic as this one. Look at all the walmarts nearby, every single one is kept up better and can keep employees better. Its just generally annoying to shop here.

Ever since Walmart added the self checkout, I am delighted to shop there regularly. I used to dread going, and avoid it entirely on the week ends. But now its a very rare occasion to have to wait at all. I LOVE the rotisserie chickens, they are a great price and usually big enough to get 2 meals out of one.

Alright, lemme share 'bout my trip to Walmarks, that big store thingy. It's like a hootenanny happenin' on a Saturday night! This place ain't just a store; it's like a whole buncha stuff in one. First off, they got more things than you can shake a stick at – I found everythin' from them shootin' shells to sweet tea, all in one spot.Them folks workin' there are friendlier than a neighbor helpin' fix a flat tire. They greet ya with a smile that's brighter than a sunny day down South. And let me tell ya, them prices are lower than a snake's belly in a wagon rut. Walmarks got deals so good, it's like they're givin' stuff away.So, next time you're lookin' for a shoppin' spree that's more fun than a pig in mud, head on down to Walmarks – where the prices are low, the folks are friendly, and you'll leave happier than a possum in a persimmon tree!

Good stock and layout. Love that they have inclusive family options, especially a breastfeeding pod. However, I wish they didn’t use the front of it as storage for their palates. Made it very difficult to assess and utilize.

Usually nice staff, good prices, adequately clean restrooms and interiors, organized sections for food, clothing, meats, games, etc. Has about everything you need for meals, clothing, entertainment, etc. Even though there is a wide variety of items, some staff can be a little rude at times, and the temperatures can sometimes be a little too hot. Other than that, good store.

Normally pleased and can find what i went in for. This visit was different. Went to get paint and waited 30+ minutes for a young person to tell me they could not mix the paint. They didn’t know how ??

The manager not only cheated me out of $300.00, he also called the police on me because I threw flip flops on the counter. I came back the next day and he had me arrested for shoplifting. I have PTSD and I thought I was going to die. I was hospitalized for a week as a result of this traumatic incident.

This store is stocked fairly well but it's the most depressing Wally World I've been to. We were in Oakridge for an appointment and decided to stop by to pick up some sewing material. Selection was fair but no one was working the area. It took about ten or more minutes to get some help and then the electronics wouldn't work. In all, it was about a 25 minute checkout. The checkout is in the edge of the isles and a stock person almost ran us over with an over loaded cart. No excuse me, just a watch out reply. They do have beef tongue in meat depart so they get a 2nd star for exotic foods.

This location, particularly being a rather sizeable store, was clean, orderly, and staffed with friendly employees. I will need to return on a day on which I can spend more time browsing these nicely stocked isles.

It's Walmart if you've been in one you've been in all. I did find it very clean even the bathrooms which is shocking.
