I would give a half a star tbh if I were able to. I am so ready to switch pharmacies because of how some of their pharmacists act. Also, they shorted me 4 pills on a medication months ago and I didn't find out until I was home and actually counted the pills myself. Once I called back and informed the pharmacist that answered the phone told me that they have a pill counter ( machine ) that had been messing up. š

I usually have a great experience at this Walgreens but 2 employees were very rude to me in the parking lot. One of them laughed at me and thought it would be funny to continue to set the lock alarm on her car off as I was getting out of my car and getting things out of my car, which was parked right beside hers. She did this while another employee rudely lit up a cigarette and smoked it in front of me. Very two very rude individuals who have no business working with people in this capacity.

Clean and professionally cleaned, I can't say enough about that. Good layout, easy to find virtually anything by looking at the signs on each end of each aisle.The staff is very easy to talk to and extremely helpful with the questions I had regarding my blood glucose meter purchase along with supplies to get started.Very happy customer,Thank you!

Walgreens of Oak Ridge: management stereotypes and discriminates against combat wounded veterans taking Suboxone to heal themselves from the disease big pharma pushed down the American throat for decades.Management and employees obviously are quite content living in the falacy reported by mainstream news agencies and from there windowless vantage point live one assumption from the next without the slightest clue how blatantly ignorant and just plain stupid they are.Considering their vocabulary never featured more than a 6 letter word the hypothesis can be proven that here lies more food for the apocalyptic meat grinder coming for this once great country.The corpse just isn't cold yet.I would also like to add that I've never made a post before. But since this is the 3rd and final instance with Walgreens corporation after using them for thirty years I felt compelled to get it out of my system. November 3rd 2023. Former Walgreens customer. And Purple heated veteran.

The drive through is consistently a passively/aggressive dysfunctional pain, and as streamlined as a brick.I did edit this review and give them more stars because the employees in the pharmacy did their best to help straighten out a bungle between my doctor's office, my mail order pharmacy, and Walgreens. I do appreciate that.

Really need to look for better pharmacy staff, I haven't had much of an issue for a few months, but they still clearly have that one lady who doesn't like to do her job, she will tell you that there filling the prescription when there not, I've been trying to get my daughters meds and the pharmacist from VA (while she was visiting family) reached out to me asking if she still needed them, I said no because she is back home, the meds were on back order and she provided me with the NDC# to give to the Walgreens here bc they use the same distrabuter and they could have them ordered...the lady at this Walgreens had nothing to do with what I had to say just kept repeating "well we don't have them" try calling another Walgreens. I had to call back mina at the VA Walgreens and she had to call and take care of it because the staff didn't want to take there time in dealing with it. Walgreens do everyone a favor and get rid of these people, this clearly isn't the job for them. But I've had more issues then not with this Walgreens like being told by Joe the pharmacist that I couldn't fill my meds that are for 30days on the 30th day of following month because they don't count the day you pick them up?? Like what? Id never heard of such a thing? Must of been one of those made up policy I see everyone else talking about. The only reason for 2star rating is for the few decent employees I know are being helpful and are being brought down by these lazy people.

We've loved Walgreens, particularly because it had a partnership with Kroger that enabled the to sell a wide range of groceries at reasonable prices. However, that Kroger partnership recently ended. From what we've heard, Walgreens is hoping/planning to immediately replace, via some means other than Kroger, most of the grocery inventory that Kroger had been providing. However, since the Kroger partnership literally just ended, we have yet to discover whether the range of groceries or their prices will actually be worthwhile. We will update our rating and this review upon seeing how well that goes.

Extremely rude clerks at the front. Just wanted to drop off a FedEx package. They made me wait over 10 minutes while they had to find their scanner. No explanation. One walked off & the other wouldn't help me. She was working on pictures. She made me wait first for several minutes then told me to go the other clerk who just walked off after she checked out some people. I am usually patient, but these 2 women were incompetent & rude. If I were their manager, they'd be reprimanded. Next time they'd be fired.women wee

If I could give negative stars I would. They are the most disorganized Walgreens I've ever used. The lead pharmacist was rude, condescending and humiliated me in front of a store full people. I am on disability and also have an anxiety disorder. Apparently he did not like the medical treatment plan my doctor and I had agreed on the previous day. I'm sure it's some sort of HIPPA violation to discuss my medical issues in front of everyone in the store. I believe he is just responsible for the handling and safety of the medications and not the doctor and patients who make treatment decisions. Or am I wrong? I've never been so embarrassed. They have sent me home with other people's before! I have reached out to corporate and we are now communicating. I will not use this store again. They all need some customer service training. Update: Today the store manager Katie reached out to me and apologized for the incident. She was delightful and was very kind. I very much appreciated her reaching out and concern about my experience. She is the reason I will continue to use Walgreens and I can reach out to her for my pharmacy business. Thank you Katie, I really appreciate you!

worst pharmacy ever. i was at the one in powell when I lived there. staff there was great. the one in oak ridge are rude. none of the walgreens have the meds i need half the time.. i left walgreens after using them for years. id never recommend going there..

Lunchtime and one cashier at pharmacy. Then one returns from their lunch and takes over as the first one goes to lunch! It's 12:45 and a half dozen people are in line! This is not the first time I have experienced this here. Not customer friendly! And when I finally got to the counter it took the cashier 10 minutes to find my prescription because she usually worked other departments and was not competent on the pharmacy computer!It's Feb 2023 and I have had it with their incompetence and lack of customer service. I phone in a refill and am told it will be ready the next day only to find out they have to call my doctor even though there is a refill on record. After 15 minutes on hold I get treated like it's my fault.I'm done with them. They have been nothing but a pain. I told my doctor to send my meds to CVS. I'm sorry Tricare terminated their contract with Walmart because in almost 10 years I never had a problem getting my meds.

Very busy, rude employees including the pharmacist. They have notes about customers in the account file that say whether to to help you or give you all the trouble possible. They have told me my medicine was ready when it wasn't, wasn't ready when it was, My insurance wouldn't pay when it would,if you think I'm making this up, my girlfriend works there.if you don't believe me, ask to see your whole screen with notations. I guarantee you will be denied. They are also the most expensive for generics especially than anywhere I know.they also change prices from month to month. I filled one there that cost 11.70 for a months supply. 30 days later the refill was 63.30. Bait and switch.

Not sure whatās going on with the pharmacy technicians as of lately. My Urologist prescribed a new medication to take and as my husband was picking up my medication, they wouldnāt give it to him until they talked to me. I received a phone call from the person refusing to give me my medication and he claimed itās in my chart that Iām allergic to a medication that is very similar to the medication that was prescribed to me. He asked what my reaction was to the medication and I asked him what is he talking about because Iām not allergic to the medication. I have no idea why thatās in my chart and Iām very concerned that someone is putting in false information about me in my chart. I want to know why that was in my chart and most importantly WHO put it in my chart.**UPDATE**Received a call from Joe, the pharmacy manager and I am extremely upset with how the call went. Come to find out there were TWO medications on my allergy list that I am NOT allergic to. He kept dismissing my concerns about who put this in there and why, and the fact that Iām concerned this would keep happening. He said thereās essentially nothing he can do and he doesnāt know why it happened. He was extremely condescending and unwilling to help.

Was there maybe 30 mins ago and the guy that was the cashier was shouting through the entire store āTHE SOUTH WILL RISE AGAINā over and over again. All the customers in the store looked super uncomfortable and the other employees looked miserable putting up with his extremely inappropriate behavior. Shouldnāt have a job at Walgreens or any customer service position honestly and thatās coming from someone who has worked customer service most of their life.

My aunt is on hospice.. Therefore she is on thousands of dollars worth of medicine every month. Every time we have to refill it is like pulling teeth. They lie and say the meds haven't been called in..when the Drs and nurses have proof that they have been. The drive through is 30 to 45 minutes EVERY time. There is literally one staff member that is somewhat friendly. I hate having to deal with them!

This place is great. I get my prescriptions here and the pharmacist is amazing. I lost my seizure medication and he made sure I was taking care of. I would definitely recommend getting your medicine here.

Maybe I went at a bad time but, I've never seen a Walgreens so disorganized. The pharmacy area was overcrowded with people waiting to get their medications and/or Covid shots. There were chairs lining the cosmetics aisle for people to sit to be "observed" after their shot. The techs were literally yelling patient's personal information for everyone to hear, including the last names of everyone present to get a vaccine. By the time we left (without using their services), I knew half of Oak Ridge's medical conditions.

Will be waiting forever for meds. Tried to get my sons meds canceled here to switch to another Walgreens near me. They refused over 4 times when I called the lady who answered had a big attitude about it. If youāre having a bad day donāt take it out on othersā¦.

Iām not sure what the problem is with the pharmacy but they are always super slow and seem to be short staffed. I have waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes at a time before just waiting on a pick up. If you go in to pick up you wait just as long because they literally always have one person working the front counter. I will be switching to a local pharmacy for sure.

I was here today picking up a doordash order for a customer and was treated with such disrespect and hostility that I was forced to cancel the order! A cashier attacked me verbally for scanning items through my app, which is required by doordash. save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. And doordashers, decline these orders, its not worth being harassed. Shameful!!!

Thanks to supply chain issues, or whatever, my husband's insulin is on back order. He's been out for 2 days already. When I called, I guess Katie could hear the panic in my voice. She went above and beyond to find a different location that had enough to fill it. Then she transferred all of his information, then called me back just to put my mind at ease. Thank You Katie!!

Nice clean store. Clerks are always very nice in the evenings/very early mornings when I go. Very helpful. Always knows where Everything is however if someone doesn't know they always come out from behind the counter to assist you in looking for the item. Has health standards in place for covid19. Are requesting that masks be worn inside the store. Public restroom to customers still available.

Very unhappy with the way almost everyone in the pharmacy acted. The young blonde-headed girl is notorious for being unfriendly.Policies are made that do not match the insurance companies policies nor what the DEA states. My physician told me that and I also researched it.They also would only order a certain amount of medication. When it was sold "we won't have any until next week." This happened several times. So when you don't like something you find something/somewhere else. They are no longer my pharmacy.

The old lady in the pharmacy is a judgemental b****. Ive been on the same meds for type 1 diabetes for 5 yrs and the hateful hag wants to judge. Made the management very aware of her. I think a few of these pharmacy techs need a little more training of chronic diseases. My husband and I stopped going there I got my meds for diabetes filled and copd and him his blood pressure meds.Not worth the hassle. Im ashamed of Walgreens for hiring ppl like this.You lost a long standing customer.Edit...I see another lady had the same problem. I am to young. Ive had diabetes since 12 and copd since 34. I had sepsis last year from a foot surgery and I to was treated bad from this pharmacy. My moms a nurse THIS IS NOT THEIR JOB. ITS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. If anyone else has issues file a complaint with the state of TN. Im sure they wanna know whats going on.

Walgreens what's going on with your meds? Why are my antibiotics crumbling? If I could give 0 stars I would. The night pharmacist (the one with the toupee) was rude and completely unprofessional. When I asked about the medicine the doctor suggested, Zarbees, as I've never heard of it, he said he doesn't do homeopathic, so I asked what to give my child for their cough and was informed "a little TLC and an extra pillow." instead of a medicinal option. Oak Ridge needs another 24hr pharmacy.

I saw the nurse practitioner, Stacy, at the healthcare clinic. She was a great example of service with a smile! š I have never had a problem with the pharmacy at this location, and I use the healthcare clinic anytime I get the general sick that is going around. The hours are super convenient and it sure beats going and waiting forever to be seen at my PCP. I also know I can get my prescriptions here any time of day or night, and I appreciate that flexibility.
