Recently bought a carport from David White. I must say it was a real pleasure working with him. We looked at several other companies but none of them compared to R&R Buildings. Their prices are very fair and the products they sell are high quality. Once we leveled the building site it only took two weeks for the carport to be manufactured and installed. 5 days ago a Building was Bought for my Husband by his father at R&R . Originally it was set up for it to be delivered in Two weeks and Tommy said that will be fine. Well a stump as been in the way of where the building needs to go but me and my husband talked and decided to have it taken out Friday and see if they could deliver it over the weekend. I called yesterday and the Wife answered she was nice and polite to me. I told her I was wondering if it could be brought over this weekend? She told me that her husband will have to call me and we can talk it over. I gave her my Name and Number and that was fine with me. Well no call as made back to me so I called a couple hours later and no answer so another two hours later and the Delivery guy was at my house to deliver the building.(He NEVER called me ether) I told him I wasn't expecting it today that I was trying to set it up for the weekend. He said it was fine and not my fault that Tommy never communicated with me so he won't charge us a delivery fee. I apologized repeatedly to him about it all. I know that's wasting his time as well and I would never intentionally do that to someone because we absolutely want our building but only wanted to see if it would be delivered over the weekend because of the stump that's in the way. Today I call because I got no call AGAIN and Tommy answered. He was Rude from the start and blamed me for the mix up and stated that "you didn't take my opportunity to have it delivered it was my only day" (how was I supposed to know that?) He said His Wife never said that i asked for it to be delivered over the weekend but for that day. (NOT TRUE) ...I even APOLOGIZED to him for the miss communication! in response he said and I quote " Yeah, Well you need to call the delivery guys to have it delivered to you. I said okay what about this weekend? he shouted "NO!....you can wait until next week...Later next week.".....I honestly don't understand what I did..I was very nice and apologized but I do NOT recommend him or R&R to anyone. He has poor communication skills and is flat out Rude. Now I'm left worried if our building will be delivered next week with no drama.

We bought the building for the kids a couple of weeks ago. We got a great deal and everyone was really nice. I was very impressed with the animal shelters and hope to purchase one soon. You can not bet the quality or the price.

They helped design my building and took a large deposit for the building on March 25th. Said it would take 4-6 weeks. Its been 14 weeks and I can't get a call back from them.

Had a very large metal shop built by R&R and Tommy did me right. He worked with my schedule for delivery and the crew had the entire structure up in less than 3 days. Very satisfied.

Would give a negative if possible. Drew out my design and after the contract was told about extra fees.Buyer be ware.Called and was told that they would split the charges since there was a misunderstanding.Use someone else.
