Wonderful Cleaners and Laundry ServiceWe are fairly new to Prestige Cleaner’s in Oak Ridge, TN. Our long-time cleaner and friend, Mike, passed away suddenly a few months ago. We had no other cleaner’s in Clinton. I had taken a few items to Prestige before. I was thrilled when I picked up our cleaning and 13 shirts. The shirts were perfect in every way! You really paid attention to every detail. I did not have to repress any collars or cuts. I was vey pleased. I would highly recommend you to all my friends and associates who care how they look. Thank you. My order was even ready two days early and I was notified by text.

Pick-up and delivery service is a very nice alternative to the coin laundry trip by far. It might seem expensive but loosing ones clothes to bleach residue or ink pens doesn't happen with Prestige Cleaners. I recommend this business.

I came here for shoe repair for the heels on 2 pairs of boots. They look great! Maybe it was a little expensive at about $30 a pair, but I've got another few years out of my favorite boots and replacing them (but they are not even available anymore) would be like $170. So it's economical and ecological and I have my favorite boots back. It took about a week.

This was my first time in a dry cleaners in years. The lady that waited on me had excellent customer service. I took a white jacket with makeup and a small, chocolate ice cream stain on it. It came out as good as new. My husband picked it up because it actually was done sooner than they said. The lady was very nice to him and said to tell your wife hello! Took some sandals in for repair the other day. Got them back in a couple of days, good as new. Very reasonably priced, they charged me $10.00 to take care of both. Will definitely use them again if I need shoes repaired.

Unfortunately I will have to give this place a 1 if 0 was an option that would have been my rating. I start off by saying the people seem friendly who work there and thats all i can day positive... the prices are absolutely ridiculous. There is zero justification for a 21 dollar dry cleaning charge for a long t shirt with a pocket. My wife showed me the cost of the dress she bought is 65.00 prestige charges 21 dollars per dry clean it's not worth it. I hope a new dry cleaner comes to Oak Ridge and this place just leaves. Sad to say but their prices are insane I cannot support this business. They did lose my shirt as well one time found it 2 days later thats not even factored Into this rating just an insane cost.

I had my daughter’s formal satin dress (that had been packed away for 18-1/2 years) cleaned so my granddaughter could wear it to her first dance. After it was cleaned, it looked like a new dress!

I went to have two items DRY CLEANED. I did not care what the care instructions suggested. I personally wanted them dry cleaned. After I picked my items up I noticed that they were extremely faded and one item was damaged. Literally shredded. The damaged item was never mentioned to me. They proceeded to put it in a garment bag and let me leave. Luckily I didn’t leave the parking lot before noticing. I paid $150 for the item and they gave me $85 because the item was now on sale online. I also tried to do a claim on the other very faded item due to them MACHINE WASHING my item regardless of me requesting DRY CLEANING services. They denied it because they keep bringing up the care instructions and saying they legally have to follow it. Ivwould think they would LEGALLY have to tell me they couldn’t provide the service I requested before making executive decision to do otherwise with items that do not belong to them. I explained to them that I asked for a specific service and if they could not or would not do it then they should have never agreed to in the first place. And the most certainly shouldn’t have proceeded to do what they pleased with my item without consent. If I was aware that they would machine wash my item regardless of the fact I requested dry cleaning services, I would not have let them service me. I was under the impression that when I asked for dry cleaning services that I would receive dry cleaning services. The other item was also a $150 item. $300 down the drain. When I asked for the contact information of someone in charge, I was told in wasn’t allowed to have it. I will be seeing them in small claims court. It has been 4 months since this happened and I just received my rejected item after personally going in for the 4th time for an update. No one has reached out at all regarding anything.
