Just got my dog back from a groomer named Annie M.(first time taking her to a groomer) and I'm not really satisfied with the services. I got a simple bath and brush(Service includes shampoo pH-balanced for dogs, full blow dry, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, paw pad trim to neaten the feet & sanitary trim) However after giving her time to settle down, I noticed quite a few things. For one they did NOT get her dew claws trimmed, two she still has slight feathering between her toe pads that was also supposed to be trimmed, and finally she has a random red mark on her hind leg. I would personally give them 0 stars but since this is towards the whole store review, I would give most of the staff 3 stars max. You also had a sign stating 10 % off for new customers or 20% off with two dogs, which I was not given because of some excuse stating it's for the next grooming session. Unfortunately there will be no visit after this. I guess I'll be going elsewhere.

Super disappointed! After years of not using PetSmart grooming because they butchered my dog, I decided to try them one more time. Made an appointment, did the early check in, went to the vet and got all of her vaccine records for them, left work early, showed up and they had canceled my appointment without informing me because they didn't have an appointment for an hour and half time slot and wanted to go home early. Rude and unacceptable! The reason people choose big chains like this is for convenience. This is anything but!

I think out of all the other PetSmart locations within the area, this is probably the cleanest and best organized. It also has a wider selection of goods at a glance. If you don't want to go all the way into Knoxville for pet supplies, going here can save you some gas money and is an overall better shopping experience!

Love this PSM! My only issue is all floor staff should know how to get fish. Took quite a while to get the nice guy tonight to get them for us. Not his fault, and a lady was right there getting crickets but wasn't able to get fish otherwise we would have been in and out. It took 45 minutes....

PetSmart recently got a new grooming team and they did a great job! I wish I had seen the info on the virtual tip board in their lobby so I could have left a tip! My dog gets very anxious and they did incredible handling her with love and care. Shyla trimmed my pups hair. Highly recommend!

The grooming staff is wonderful they really are attentive to meeting the needs of the dog parent..This Pet Smart does ask for at least 2 hrs to dedicate for grooming but it might be longer just depending…Mr.Biggz stayed 4 hours total and I dropped him off a hour which the staff did not mind. The store manager is soooo nice and fretting and making you are taking care of.Very very homey and friendly feeling walking in.

I guess they are doing the best they can. The store manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He was my cashier. I just had superworms. It's and easy scan the product and I pay. I don't need attitude. Just take money and move on to the next person. Sorry you're having a bad day. Pet stores are suppose to be a happy place.

Do not bring your dogs here to be groomed. Marsean did not listen to anything we said about our dog. Our dog is senior and has arthritis and poor vision, which my husband told him about. Though it was his first time meeting our pup he went straight in and started trying to lift him up and maneuver him which he did not like. He seemed incredibly inexperienced and rude. He did not take time to introduce himself to our pup or allow him time to acclimate. Trust the other numerous negative reviews of thier grooming department and take your dog somewhere else.

Be careful with appointments, they only adhere to them if they are busy. If there aren't many appointments for the day they will same day cancel on you because their labor cost is more important than whatever accomodations you had to make for that appointment.

The store was very clean and seemed to have more of a selection than the Farragut store. Staff was great, and the manager had honored a coupon that was online only that we'd had been experiencing issues with for the whole week. After talking with her, she had said they'd had multiple complaints about online, but they would help us. Really helping us get our place together! Might be our new regular store.

The team members at Oak Ridge Petsmart give great customer service. I especially appreciate the Dog Trainer, Vincent Hopper. He is an excellent trainer who helped us with our JackChi. Our dog is a much calmer obedient happier dog because of Vincent's expertise and insight.

I have a four-legged baby and an aquarium full of fish. I really like going here to shop for my fish. They are very knowledgeable, which is very helpful to me. Honestly I do not shop here for my four-legged baby unless items are on sale that I need. I will not go anywhere else though for my fish and their needs.

First time using their grooming service for my adopted cat, Smoky Quartz, and this was also her first grooming experience. I drove an hour to this location since my local groomers were super booked months out and 99% of them do not take cats!The Oak Ridge PetSmart grooming team exceeded my expectations- they made sure to give her time if she got nervous around the dogs and even called me with updates on how she was doing. Amazing team there!! Thanks for hiring awesome staff! They need raises!I highly recommend them.

My Gypsy came for her first groom with PetSmart and I knew the team was good but I didn’t know they were this good! She returned to mommy’s arms smelling sweet and looking refreshed! I would highly recommend their grooming services, and the store itself has wonderful deals and sales all the time! 10/10, you’ve outdone yourselves Oak Ridge PetSmart team! ❤️

Turkey Creek somehow lost my boy’s 1st big boy haircut appointment. I get it, it happens. I called Oak Ridge and they got him in immediately! Every person we interacted with was so kind and wonderful! It will definitely be our grooming home for our boy. Very thankful for them!

Today was Maddie's 2nd Birthday❣ Miranda adores my dog and she was nice enough to take the time to help me fit my dog with a new Kong harness. After trying on a Medium and a Large, we finally settled on a Medium. Also, she gave Maddie a Birthday bandana and some little treats for her Birthday. There was a kitten that our granddaughter loved. She already had one, so she couldn't get him. But the couple who were adopting him allowed my granddaughter to play with him for a bit. The employee at petsmart was so sweet and let her play with him in the little room. Very kind of all of them. ❤️

Took my senior Cavalier here for a groom. The ladies at the grooming facilities were so sweet and they did a great job giving my dog a wash and a summer trim. I watched them handle a few other dogs on the way out and they clearly care about the dogs they're handling. I've had issues in the past with groomers drying out my dog's skin, but she's not itching and scratching after her appointment with the PetSmart team. I'm only bummed that I didn't see any place for me to leave a tip when I got charged for the grooming -- next time I'll bring some cash to do so, they definitely earned one. Looking forward to less shedding around my house for the next couple of weeks.
