I love taking my dog here. You can wash your dog in their dog washing room for around $15 and that comes with the shampoo. You can also dry them in there. Its so much easier than washing my dog in my tiny bathroom

I got my dog groomed here twice by Siren, she is excellent. She is very kind and loving to my dog and does a great job cutting him. I will be using Siren again next time !

One of the cashier's was a bit rude, tried to get me to change the dog food I was buying, and when I refused she asked if I would eat that.. So I said dogs, eat poop, I am not a dog, we don't prefer the same things.. She then proceeded to call me an animal 🤷🏼 it was an uncomfortable awkward situation to say the least 🙄

I love this store! Everyone is always friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. The manager is outstanding. The grooming ladys are awesome and treated my dog so good and he looked amazing when they got done with him.. I can't say enough about that store and its employees! Thank you so much.., Janet Good.

They were great and did the puppys first nail clipping for free. 3\2\2017 Took the pup in to get groomed for the first time and they did a great job and were very nice.

I love bringing my dog here and I enjoy shopping here. We buy our dog and cat food here and the prices never disappoint. We also take our dogs here for a bath. The only reason I give it one star less is that sometimes the staff there are not the friendliest and will give me a hard time about the coupons. Other than that, it is still my favorite place to shop.

This is one of the best pet & pet supplies that I know of, there's a pet store on Emory, won't shop there because of customers service. There's another pet store over off of Callahan, its gone down really bad, they don't have a lot of items pets & live foods for pets. Customers services don't know what to say when asked questions. This store has it all.

Friendly staff and decent prices. The place is a little dated but I usually have a very good experience. I think the merchandise tends to be slightly cheaper than PETSMART. Pet self-wash is usually clean and well stocked with soaps, towels, and treats.

Friday May 5, I took my parents dog to get her nails trimmed. When I walked back there the lady on shift was on her phone listening to tik tok. And ignored me for about 5 minutes.Finally she greeted me rudely. And asked me the same question is that all like 6 times even me saying Yes that is all multiple time. I'm not going back ever again. My opinion is to go to Pet Smart. They care about the animals and the costumers that come through.

My dog has been diagnosed as being allergic to beef and chicken. Pet Supplies Plus has a good variety of treats that don’t contain those ingredients.

Small selection of e collars and no doughnut collars for after surgeries. Can't have everything I understand but should have more than 1 XS rehabilitation collar on the shelf.

I normally go to petsmart because their prices are literal cents cheaper. This is the perfect story of saving those few pennies not being worth it. They actually had all the supplies that I needed when my normal store hasn't had the items I've needed lately. I did a pickup order for my first purchase at PSP, and it was amazing. Was ready for pickup quickly, there was no wondering what the next steps were - communication on point, promptly delivered to my car upon arrival. The employee that brought out my order was so kind and helpful. With the sales PSP running, I ended up getting my order cheaper than I would have elsewhere, AND I got everything I needed in one stop. Oh, and just a next level thing they do. They write you a thank you note, and mine had a joke on it. It made me laugh and helped make my day a smidgen better! Thanks PSP, I will be back.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because that's the only way I could leave a review..Appt was for 1...Go back 3 hours later and he was only bathed and stuck in a crate...I live an hour away and they said 1-2 hours so I done little shopping, finally decided at 4:30 to go see what the problem was and well they gave me the "some of the dogs are problematc"" Not my problem....Do not recommend..Very rude and so was management.. 0 STARS
