Pros - I like that there's a drive through. Once I ordered in the app and it was ready right away at the drive through, I was impressed. Service seems to be good, everyone I talked to was nice and the place was clean when I dined in.Cons - they always seem to be out of whatever I want to eat, especially bakery items, and portions have SHRUNK. For $13, I expected a big bowl of rice and chicken and it was half as much as I expected! Panera as a company has really gone downhill and it shows - there's hardly anyone in the dining room when I go.

My Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich was to die for. Love the Chicken Thai Bread Bowl Soup so yummy! The fuji apple chicken salad so tasty. Ordered plenty and yes had the Green Hibisus Tea to go with it. Hubby loved was I paired everything with. Wasn't too high in price. A great serving size.Tables were well bused/clean. Not too crowd. Staff were polite,calm and well mannered. Ate our meal in peace and was very happy. Coming back for great service and food.

The broccoli & cheddar soup is an experience to itself. Pair it with a sandwich, (mine was the chicken chipotle avocado 🤤), and an apple... heaven in a sack. The food is appetizing and filling without the bloated feel one can get from fast food. I love this place. Friendly, courteous staff and great food is most likely why this franchise does so well.👍😎🇺🇸🎄❤️

I love this Panera! Their roasted turkey & avocado BLT is TO DIE FOR. I really appreciate that this location has a drive-thru. No complaints — also ordered the green passion smoothie. Everything was fresh and tasted heavenly. The employee working the drive thru window was SO friendly! WILL 100000% be back to this location.Parking: Parking kinda cramped because the lot is shared with an Aubrey’s — but there are plenty of spaces!

Great service and a great meal tonight at one of the cleanest Panera Bread locations in the greater Knoxville area of Oak Ridge, TN!! My wife had the broccoli bread bowl with an apple, and I tried the new pepperoni flatbread pizza... it was good! In fact, I’d order it again!!

I have never been a fan of soup so take this with a load of sodium. I was really disappointed when I went to the drive thru and they refused to hand my order out the window. Apparently if you place your order online, you have to walk in to pick up your order or the space time continuum will collapse. THEY MUST NOT VARY FROM PROCEDURE !!! I was very disappointed that they couldn't accommodate me and simply say, "Next time, do this.." And the portions were TINY.

I purchased my food via drive-thru, so unfortunately I didn't notice this until I was at home. I took a bite of my sandwich, and my bite was only bread, so I opened up the sandwich. The cheese was only on 1/2 of the slice of bread, and there was barely any chicken on it. Then I moved on to the mac and cheese. The bowl was on it's side by the time I got home, and when I saw what was in the bowl, I checked the bag to see if perhaps the lid had come loose and some had come out into the bag. It had not. As you can see in the picture, the container was literally 1/3 full! And I paid $11.60!!! In the past, the bowl has always been full, but this is pretty normal for the sandwiches at this location. I don't do reviews, but I was so disappointed in this experience, I felt that I had to share. To pay so much for so little is unacceptable.

I waited for 10 minutes at the front register area and was never greeted.Decided to place my order on the app. I was never told it was ready so I had to go up multiple times to get the full order... It was already late.My autumn soup was cold and tasted like cleaning solution.Coffee had been sitting out a long time and wasnt drinkable. Creamer was out.Tables were sticky.We moved outside and the lights outside turn off and on periodically... No, there are not motion activated.Out of the 5 employees we saw, one did his job and went above and beyond and took our trash.Because 4 out 5 employees I encountered acted like they were inconvenienced by my order or just presence, I didn't see the need to approach anyone.This Panera is the strangest location. They have a drive through but even if you are the only person in line, they will not give you your order unless you place it at the drive through.Having a drive through Panera is wonderful. But management needs to step it up if this location is going to make it.I went a few weeks ago on a Tuesday at 7pm with a friend. In the hour I was there only one other customer came.

The drive-thru is not as great of an idea for quick pick-up as one might think. And once you're in it, you are fully committed as there is no way put. We waited for 25 minutes, as the 2nd car from the window, when my hubby stopped to grad me some soup after he picked me up from the hospital. When we did make it up to the window...the customer service wasn't just bad...it didn't exist. There was no hello, no sorry, no have a good day, no go kick rocks, no nothing. I did enjoy my soup though.Parking: Park and go in versus the drive-thru

Complaint: Stopped through the drive-through today for a delicious chocolate croissant. WHY WHY WHY would Panera change their scrumptious air puffed, flaky goodness into these flat, compressed, chewy croissants?! What a complete disappointment. Portions are smaller than they use to be. And why ask if we want bread, chips, or apple if you’re going to throw bread in the bag no matter what the request is? I even asked the girl at the window to please make sure chips were in my bag and she hands me the bag with bread in it. I have to go through this EVERY time. The food is good, service is good, store is clean. Please forward complaints about the chocolate croissants to corporate. Giving 4 stars because it doesn’t seem fair to Panera at this location- but for the croissant change- 0 stars!

This morning I went into this Panera bread to get some bagels for my family because we lost my niece's husband yesterday in a tragic accident. The gentleman over in the bakery was so very kind and understanding. He gave me an extra desert for our family. He sure did not have to do this, but it is greatly appreciated. I wish I would have caught his name. Thank you so very much you really touched my heart at such a tragic time.

Great food after a long flight…but only got half instead of full order. It was plenty but pricey. Called after hours and Kat answered and she was very courteous and resolved the issue. I’m looking forward to another bowl of their broccoli cheddar soup. Thanks Kat.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive through for a 1/2 sandwich and small saladThe salad was inedible- some kind of slime in the bottom of the container and the sandwich was hard as a rock and tasteless- I don't know what's wrong at that specific panera, but they give all panera a bad name.The employees do not care about the service they provide at all. I would recommend avoiding this place like the plauge.

Me and my sister decided to go to Panera for our once every 2 week restaurant visit cause we hadn't been in years, Ordered everything got it fast, sat down attempted to eat the Mac and cheese for both of us was barely even warm the Sandwichs had literally like nothing on them just bread sandwich pretty much, the extra half a piece of bread was so dense I couldn't even pull it apart with all my strength, to top it all off it was $40 for half the food we could have anywhere else, extremely disappointed and will not be back till it's a lot better.
