I have eaten at all three locations in Oak Ridge and Knoxville, but this was the best. The employees looked to be high school age, except for the manager? And she was very young. Each one was unfailingly polite and friendly. The Southwest salad I had was excellent. The restaurant was clean, neat, and well maintained. A good dining experience all the way around.

Thank you so much. Everything from the start to finish was excellent. The service, the salads, the time, your kindness. It was all good. Your salad brighten my day. It was delicious and done with care. I do love a lot of dressing more than pictured here. It was a little expensive for me. But every thing is always perfect each and every time.

I went to McAlister's in Oak Ridge. I ordered the Pick 2. The first part was a Plain Baked Potato with the Rotel Cheese and the second part was the Chicken n Dumpling Soup. What I do not understand is in Knoxville, TN, the McAlister's do not offer the Chicken n Dumpling Soup which is a shame because that Soup they have at the Oak Ridge location is absolutely wonderful. The Baked Potato with Rotel is my new favorite Baked Potato style and its yummy.Dietary restrictions: I am on a High Protein Diet and they were able to accommodate for my needs.

This review is mostly to the person who did my food. I ordered a salad, the same salad that I have every time. Southwest with chicken only thing is there was no chicken in it. Just something that I can only describe as chicken goo. So disgusting that I'm not going to put pictures. I work on the service industry before so I know exactly what this goo is. Is the chicken crumbles at the bottom of the container soaking in the moisture for hours. That's what this person put on my salad. Thinking it was ok. It's not. I will never order anything from them again.

Really good place. I love coming here. Food is good some of the staff are very friendly and others are just average or below average.Cozy place to come for a quiet meal. Not to expensive for the portion size. They only serve one size drink which is a large. Try the chicken tortilla soup and grilled chicken salad. You wont regret it!Wasn't a very big fan of the potato soup.

Order Togo meal a young girl hands a broken bag to husband. Missing more than half my kids meal, cup of soup on choose two, and kid spud was underdone. We couldn’t eat this as dinner and order somewhere else. Worked there years ago and was paying me $7 an hour and still knew how to read an order screen and pack the correct food. Service was bad, and food was bad.

Ordered a French dip bring my food out and say we are out of ojous. Didn’t give the opportunity to order and alternative since they already brought our food. Got maybe two tablespoons of potato salad. Wife got a full amount of macaroni. Asked them why such a difference. Um apologetically they said that’s all you get. Never again. I rarely post but the Oak Ridge location needs work. It’s a shame the other locations have been great but there is an issue every time we come.

Was our first time and they were super busy when ordered they said 10-minute wait, which was fine for us.... but after 35 minutes we were still waiting so we finally just said we wanted a refund because we had our 2-year-old daughter with us and she was getting hungry and cranky. So they refunded us and then said our food was ready and told us to take it and also gave us 2 free VIP dining passes and said they were sorry and they wanted us to try them again. So we will try it again and see how the service is. Everything came with a side, (we never tried ours) French Dip was great with au jus, The New Yorker wasn't good just didn't have great flavors, and the pretzel dogs were not good either and it came with a side of fruit.

Visiting Tennessee again, and I always go to this place. First off, the manager here is really friendly, he's just a personality. This place is clean, and very well laid out for big groups, or small groups. The food is excellent, it has a really "bespoke" feeling versus some other options like subway. The salads look amazing as well.

I work in food service and don’t like to underestimate how hard the job can be because I get it. But when I went in at 12:20 and ordered food I shouldn’t have had to wait until 12:50 to receive it. I tipped 20% and have no way to be compensated for my time or the tip that wasn’t deserved. I understand that they might be understaffed or busy but there wasn’t a line of people and I saw 3 employees sitting down. Breaks shouldn’t be during peak hours. I was never acknowledged during my wait and when I was handed my food no one apologized or said anything. If I was on lunch for a job I wouldn’t have even been able to receive my food in time. I sat there waiting for 30 minutes. That’s a whole entire lunch break. Train your staff to be apologetic when they make mistakes because it really and truly goes a long way.

The service there is amazing as is the food I highly recommend that if you haven't been there then your missing out, our cashier Mr.Freeman is by far the most professional cashier that I have ever placed an order with, to say I was completely blown away by the way he works with customers it's really sad that we are limited to only 5 Stars for rating. Alot of businesses that I've been to grossly pale in comparison

Nasty and rude staff!Got a hard wheat sandwich with sour cream which they charged me extra for which I didn’t ask for when I took sandwich back in the to them she tried to be smart and say the sandwich is right I been eating here faithful for 4 years they just lost a loyal customer

The restrooms definitely need to be shown more love. The service was slow but the employees were very friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered Ceasar salad, and the dressing was good and thick. The lettuce was fresh. I also had fire roasted vegetable soup. It was very good and piping hot.Vegetarian options: There is a basic vegetarian menu.

I had ordered food for my family as pickup, we were late on the pickup so the order had been set aside, that’s on us but when we got our food home the items weren’t correct. My mothers sandwich was on the wrong bread and mine had honey mustard on it despite the sticker stating not to add it. For the price we paid it’s disappointing to have half your order be wrong, would recommend picking a different location
