Walk your legs off just to find they're out of what you're looking for, over and over! and only two cashiers in the busiest part of the day! The self checkout lanes have you crammed together like sheep! I don't need Kroger groceries that bad...

I just love these Super Krogers that have Clothes, some have furniture and jewelry stores in them. This gives me a one-stop shopping experience. I so enjoy all the seasonal items that are carried. I can even buy sheets for my bed, decorative pillows for my couch. Even home decor item for my whole house. I wish the Kroger closer to my home was like this.

These are concerns I have with this Kroger this is in no attempt to bash or shame anyone. I worked for this Kroger roughly for a year (Oct 21’-Oct 22’) in the pick up department. We always seemed to be understaffed, especially during holiday season. Which as a result was very overwhelming and stressful. During my Training process, The time they took to train me wasn’t enough and I was scorned for having such a long picking time yet it was my first week and I didn’t have a lot of knowledge of items in the store. I can recall also another moment where in my first week I closed the pick up department. I had another new hire with me and we both did not know how to use the system and I accidentally charged a woman for the wrong order which later led her to have a horrible experience with us and customer service, which is ultimately my fault, but could’ve been avoided with better training or a more experienced employee present at the time. I love the employees and employers But the amount of drama and rumors being spread was so unnecessary and made the job harder for me to go through with. There’s not a lot of teamwork. The work environment is not the best. I was pressured many times to work overtime or come in on my off day, which is understandable, but it was getting to the point to where they should just hire more people. It’s ironic as near the end of my time with Kroger, They started hiring a lot more people, and a few that were hired took advantage of the system, and did not contribute to our team very much. Again, I have love and compassion for each one of these people, but the environment was toxic. There was poor management, poor leadership, and a lack of respect. There needs to be a complete remodeling and restructuring of not only management, employees, and the store itself.Jesus Christ is our hope for salvation.” For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God,” Romans 3:23. We need a savior as we are all fallen. There is hope. Christ Jesus, who being God, came down from His throne and became a servant so that He may bear the sins of the world and provide an atonement for our sins. So that we may obtain eternal life through His finished work on the Cross. Repent, turn from your ways, and put your faith in Him. Trust in His way and have life, eternally. He frees us from the sin that ensnares us the bonds that hold us. He cleanses us, removing every spot, blemish with His precious blood. The troubles of life or even difficulties at Kroger are the product of our sin nature, our human sinful nature. There is hope. And there is no hope outside of Him. I will be praying, God bless!❤️‍🔥

Usually great experienceHowever the last few times we’ve went the bags are so poor that more than half of them rip open while we’re carrying them into the house.The produces tends to be good and fresh.The meat is decent. There is better out there.Good selection on organic options. Still be mindful the Krogers organics can still be heavily processed with a surplus of chemicals.

Employees are generally helpful throughout the store. I have found the store to be in good shape, and efforts are notable when otherwise observed to be a bit dirty. Occasionally, a customer leaves a cold meat item on the shelves, i.e., a 7 lb. roast beef.Exceptionally RUDE front end supervisor pushy towards empty Fembot like self-check lines when we all obviously chose the cashier checkout line with a real person operating the checkout process. I took my business elsewhere for over 1 calendar year, I was upset with being mistreated in Kroger Marketplace.Order pickers are routinely inaccurate in selecting my grocery orders, I gave no permission for substitutions for items selected.For the most part I prefer to shop elsewhere where they consistently treat me like a valuable customer.

They have a full display of bananas Yet No plantains, but have someone stocking the bananas instead of the latter. Everytime i go there are no plantains. I think monkeys could do a better job in charge

This is where I do the majority of my grocery shopping, I have used Instacart for delivery or the Kroger app to order/ pick up outside, as well as shop inside the store. All experiences have been positive.

Sushi place actually closes at 5pm. They say 7pm but you won't find anyone there after 5. It encouraged me to learn how to make it myself though, which is much cheaper.

Store is good and so is customer service.Prices are high. Some things are on sale with your Kroger card. Some require you to scan a digital coupon with your app, then you have to clip the coupon. Really just opportunity to forget a step and pay full price for something. Way too complicated. I shouldn’t have to carry my phone and scan every item I put in my cart to ensure I’m paying the right price for something.

Just drove to Kroger this morning to return some staples that I purchased from them that had been sitting in a bag in my car for a couple of weeks. The lady manning the customer service desk refused to allow their return because they were "no longer in the system" even though I had my receipt that showed the purchase. After demanding to speak to a manager who finally showed up about 15 minutes later and after pushing him to accept the return, they credited the purchased back to my debit card. He questioned why I returned them and I told him that they were $2+ cheaper at Walmart - he then told me that I should not have purchased them from Kroger if I was going to check the price at Walmart. After they returned the money to my debit card, the manager (Sean) told me that I would never be able to return anything to their Kroger again. I then told him that I had the option to not stop at their store again and he was OK with that. I started to leave the store and then decided to go back to the office supply area to check - sure enough, they were still sitting on the shelf for sale. The CSR even gave me an indignant "one minute please" in Spanish and then a follow-up of have a good day when I showed them a pic of their product sitting on the shelf and was leaving the store. But no worries - today is the last day that I step foot into a Kroger store.

The market has an excellent interior, selection, environment, and location. Many everyday products like food, medicine, and entertainment are found here, and the entire store is very sanitary, orderly, neat, and organized. Staff are very kind and helpful when you need help with finding a product, working the self-checkout, etc. It will always be a store that will be first to come to mind when I need an appliance or food item.

Their checkout system is more of a headache than it's worth, in order to actually get through self check, which is basically your only option, every 5 seconds you have to wait for the only attendant working to scan their badge because the machine freaks out if you scan something weird and put it on the belt weird. They only have one cashier working. They are worse than Walmart's check out system. BRING BACK MORE CASHIERS!!! Get rid of 90% of the self check machines

EDIT: so it turns out, the employee named Abe was wearing Raven's badge!! It wasn't Raven who was behaving badly, it was ABE!! I'm glad I spoke to someone today regarding all the problems because it was Raven who came out to address my concerns and I let her know that the other employee was wearing her badge and acting awful while wearing her badge. Any complaints that Raven receives are guaranteed it was actually Abe wearing her badge.ORIGINAL REVIEW:This store needs a new manager. It is extremely poorly managed. I don't know if just the pickup department manager needs replacing or if the store manager needs replacing, but I have had a terrible experience two days in a row, and at two different times of day.The first bad experience was evening time on 9/8/23. It took 30 minutes to pick my order up, the employee named Raven was using extremely vulgar language for about 4 minutes straight cussing about how it was this "f'ing" way every "gd" weekend and that he's "f'ing" sick of it, and kicking and slamming the blue totes when stacking them back after they are empty. Raven needs a different line of work and doesn't know how to act professional in a customer facing position. Maybe he should be moved to overnight stocking. Personally I think he should be fired for acting like that so loudly in front of about 8 cars of customers. He wasn't trying to hide his behavior at all and was fully aware we could all hear him.So I thought maybe I will go early in the morning when it's not so busy. There was only one car there so I thought it would go better, but it still took 30 minutes. This was today 9/9/23 at 705am until 735am. Today was a different employee, but still terrible service.Happened again on 9/11/23 at 6:30pm. The same employee from 9/8/23, Raven, handed out all the other cars, including the ones that came after me, then stood and talked at a customer's car for 15 minutes before deciding to finally bring my order over.They definitely need a new pickup department manager, need more employees (evidently), or need to decrease the number of scheduled pickups allowed for each given day.I only live a few minutes from the store and I have lived here for 8 years. I'm not sure what is happening at this store but it has really gone downhill over the past 4-6 months.I won't be shopping here for a while due to these awful experiences no matter what time you go to the store. The employees act like you're a nuisance. Raven even asked if he was having deja vu because I was back again so soon. The reason I have placed multiple orders this week is trying to get the items that have been out of stock.

The store is clean and the people are friendly, BUT so many things are constantly out of stock and the produce shelves are often bare! Going shopping there is always hit or miss. It's extremely difficult to plan your meals for the week, because most of the time, you leave there and you still need to go to another store to get what's on your list! It's very frustrating!

Getting very frustrating with order pickup at this location. Don't think we've had a single order that was 100% correct and not missing items, even tho we were charged for it.Customer service is at least good on refunding after the fact, but it's time I should not have to waste doing this everytime.

Love this grocer!.. love Publix more but we dont have one close by unfortunately!.. there meat department never smells foul. Associates are generally very pleasant. Good prices. Great hours of operation! Very clean store!. One of the cleanest I've ever walked into! Unfortunately, the one downfall, longest lines at checkout I've ever seen anywhere!

Quite possibly the worst Kroger I’ve ever been in. It’s in my town also. 😡The last 2 pickups I have scheduled are running hours behind but they don’t bother telling you that until you park and let them know you’re there. Then you go in and have to check yourself out while the lazy self checkout clerks watch you and won’t even help you bag. My elderly mother asked for help and was told they aren’t allowed to help bag!!! 😡They then get an attitude when asked for assistance. It is just pathetic how awful your lazy workers are!! Lines backed up into aisles and employees being paid for us to do their jobs. Not even helping us bag!!! You all are a sorry excuse for a grocery store!!Sorry Kroger. Not the first time I've had a bad experience with pickup so I can't really say I'm surprised. Just picked up our groceries. Veggies loose in the bag. Strawberry container spilled, strawberries spilling in bag. Cracked eggs. Bagging made zero sense. Everything piled in the bags on top of each other (probably how the eggs got broken). Maybe pay more attention? I remembered today why it's been so long since I used pickup.

I went to the Oak Ridge Krogers last week. 3 out of 3 bananas were black inside. They had ZERO grainger county tomatos. The 1 organic from Canada tomato I did get because that was the only regular tomato choice they had had a rotten spot on it within 2 days. I bought a pack of country ham biscuit slices and half of it was green! Thats over $10 worth of groceries that went to the garbage. At a time when everything is so high and it costs more to get less it is in my opinion unacceptable!
