I love the hot bar. But today the marines were sitting out side and the service for them was very rude behind the hot bar. They need people with better personalities and respect.

It’s a good store and fully stocked but some of the employees lack hospitality. I tried to chat with a lady and she just looked at me like I unplugged her grandma from life support. She didn’t even speak, I don’t want to be there either but it is a must unfortunately. Just pretend you’re a cordial person and you continue your attitude after work! They act so snobby! If we could have the employees from Oliver Springs at that store I might go there more often! Everyone in Oliver Springs are so nice and make you feel welcome it just needs updating and more stock. The parking lot can be tricky but I’d rather deal with that than being ignored and treated like I am beneath them. The one in Clinton is pretty good too. They just have everything crammed in the doors as you walk in. Move those tables back to the bakery like it was before. Make room for the carts and people to get around the registers.

I love the meals from the delis at other food city stores but two nights ago I purchased a meatloaf dinner with corn and peas , it along with all the other food was dried up and had been sitting awhile! I decided to take a chance on the the meatloaf, it was awful, the peas were dried up and a cold roll with no butter! 8.87! Will never get food there again

I am used to the Oliver Springs branch and was very surprised at how nice this store is laid out, with wide aisles, a clean atmosphere and a wide variety of selections in all departments. I really liked having the butcher's in the back of the store. I will be back and I will recommend this store to everyone I know!

Nice foodcity. Small but they have everything you need. And they have pokemon cards which is a plus. Pokemon cards are better than getting a rub and tug in a Chick Fil A parking lot on a Sunday.

Dashers are customers too. I’ve dashed from Florida to Knoxville and never have I ever not been able to go through self checkout. Fortunately I live an hour and half away from oak ridge and I don’t have to deal with the silliness of having to wait in line.. wasting my time and money. Will not be back to dash in at this store ever again. Also, it does no good to ask nicely if you can use self checkouts.

Prices are up all over, but FC has always had a good product selection and pretty fair prices. They always have sale and select prices on "store brands".

Clean well stocked grocery store. I haven't been there in quite a while, but I found everything I was looking for. Produce and meat departments were well stocked and neat in appearance. I thought I'd try the self check out and it was a snap. Will be stopping by more often in the future.

Please stock your store with more Ginger Ale Zero, Canada Dry. Everytime I shop here its always out of stock. I love this beverage, but it's almost impossible to get it in your store.

Have eaten at this restaurant many times. Food is very good and tasty. Also reasonable priced. Waiters and waitresses were well groomed and courteous. Service was polite and drink refills were available . If ever in Oradea, this place is highly recommended. My observation is this facility is not handicap accessible.

Great service. Great selection, except for bottled water, steel cut oatmeal, gluten free pasta, and frozen tilapia. Wish they had Pure Life bottled water.

I'm genuinely amazed because the teenagers running the deli department somehow learned to bend reality and make 15 minutes for a rotisserie chicken take 45 minutes for it to be done. I would have been fine with waiting the amount of time that it would have taken for it to be done. I do have an issue with being blatantly lied to twice by two different employees that looked at the timer on the cooker.

Staff is great and always really helpful and dedicated. Though some might disagree, I find their produce better than the other supermarkets in town. Like many supermarkets, they sometimes don't have what I'm looking for, even though they have so many things. This is most frustrating when, for example, there's a whole section dedicated to some 50 kinds of flavored yogurt and no plain. Anyways they're on par with the other grocers in town and they're the one we go to the most.

I do most of my grocery shopping here on a weekly basis. Most of the time, when I go relatively early (around 7:30am - 9am), I can get in and out rather quickly and easily, which is GREAT for me! Also, the FC staff are always very nice and friendly as well as helpful! The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is that recently the shelves have been a bit bare. Not TOTALLY bare nor really all THAT bad, but simply out of a few of the products I'm looking for. But considering ALL of the recent, and unfortunately continuing, problems with the supply chain, Food City seems to be dealing with things as well as can be expected, at least HERE at the Oak Ridge branch!(7-16-2023) I've changed my review of 4 stars to 5 stars now because I'm noticing that I'm finding more of the products I shop for there, in one store, and NOT having to go to other stores for those products. Plus, I find it easy to navigate and am able to find easy find the items I'm looking for.

If you like wine then this is the food city for you. I have been in half a dozen of these stores and I like this one pretty good. They even have freshly popped popcorn. It's not the biggest by far but pretty good as far as food cities go. They also have the deep buggies/carts that don't fold up.
