Cashiers are incredibly rude, the girl in front of me had her card decline and when she tried to explain the cashier started to complain that she would have to void the whole transaction and the girl looked so nervous and kept apologizing. Not worth the low prices when it's dirty, disorganized, and staffed by snotty teens

Well the store hours close at 9.00 pm I need some batteries was run and get some but the doors was locked it was 8:50. So why post 9 when you are going to luck the door any time you want. Someone was counting reg down.

Be careful here I just left here and this the second time I swiped my ebt card for payment then going to use my Visa for remaining this iss the second time I swiped my ebt and it charged my visa in my hands how idk technology maybe idk but cashier laughed saying nothing I can do now that hurt mee on my bills now I can't pay over this situation I've never had this happen every lawyer done contacted not ok at all

As far as Dollar Tree stores go, this is one of the nicer ones. They have a larger physical location than most, so they're able to spread everything out to make it easier to shop. Well organized, clean, and spacious in here. Some of the shelves seem a bit bare, but I think it's just because they have things spaced out.

Dollar Tree in Oak Ridge is great. Friendly staff and revolving inventory. Halloween 🎃 is always the best there! Cutest decorations ever!!8/23 Update Halloween is back!!! Also very cute Autumn 🍂 decorations.Their inventory has grown and now includes oat milk, almond milk, healthy snacks, and other great products. 👍A shout-out to Brenda and all the staff. They work hard to keep the store clean, organized, and stocked. They're always really nice too.We appreciate all you do. 🙏

I found most of the things I wanted. The cashier that took care of me was awesome. Did I have a difficult issue? No. Did I need special assistance? No. But she gave something a lot of cashiers don't; her undivided attention and a friendly disposition. And most importantly, she shared her smile. I hope Dollar Tree realizes what an asset Denise is to their company. I will be taking the on line survey, letting them know about her.Addition: Even though, like every other store, their prices have gone up; they still have the best prices. And now an even larger selection of items,not a $1, with prices better than the competition.

This location is probably one of the best. It's bigger and offers a wide variety of items. You can especially save big on birthday cards, gift bags, and party accessories and they're nice! Also if you're in to decorating for different holidays, this is your go to place. Seriously no one will know you only paid a $1 each for items unless you tell them 😉

This is one of the best dollar trees I have been in , in a while. I’m from out of town and I wish ours was this clean and out together and with a large selection. The customer service was amazing . Two really stuck out to me and that was Hannah and julie. They where amazing the manager was kinda rude renda I think her name was when I asked about helium but other than that it was an all amazing experience . Good job Hannah and julie

This store always closes and locks the door 30min or more before posted closing time, 10pm. Has been reported to corporate. Hopefully will see a change from the lazy and misleading business practices they display.

This is the biggest Dollar Tree I have been in yet. It is like three stores in one. It was clean and the staff real friendly. Though packed with shoppers for Christmas the flow through the cashiers was quick and efficient. Plenty of parking outside and there are two entrances, one manual push double doors and one automatic sliding glass doors.

What's not to love, it's a literal dollar store. Everything is one dollar, take 20 dollars in and leave with 18 items (tax and all). Don't complain about quality, brand selections or smaller size of brand items because it's a dollar and common sense tells you what you get for a dollar. They have a great selection of household items, knick knacks and cleaning organization items. They have a smaller selection of automotive, health and beauty and a decent grocery selection. They have some brand name foods in deluxe sample size basically. You can have a great time browsing new items because they get new things every time I go in. It's an older building but it's clean, not overly cluttered and the shelves are always stocked. Usually they have multiple registers open and it's quick to checkout but even if they run one register, someone is quick to step on to another register and help get you out quicker. In the years I've been shopping in that store, I've never encountered an unfriedly employee and am impressed with customer service. Missing a lot of things. Not only do they not enforce their mask policy, employees are allowed ignore it too which doesn't say anything good about management. Other locations have been great in the past.

Did not enjoy being followed around the store by the over-enthusiastic wanna be cop employee. I haven't stolen anything from anyone since 1992. It was a very uncomfortable shopping experience. Tell that guy to lighten up. It's the Dollar tree. Not the us mint. I just wanted to buy a cheap umbrella.

This is a great place the bathroom isn't very clean but all other things are great. If you have ever been to the one in Turkey creek one that one is tiny iddy bitty compered to this one. It has great service and great employees. I would love to go back

I went looking for some crafting materials and even though they didn't have everything I was looking for on the floor the manager Timothy went to the back to see if the items were in his stock. He was very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be going back to this location.

Great for what it is. Not a purveyor of durable goods but a great place for basic seasonal and party supplies. They sell HBA, household goods and other toiletries also. The quality is not the greatest but it is a great place to stretch your dollars as far as possible.

This is a great location for people on that end of town. Prices are fair as well. It can be short-staffed at times, and is cramped due to the layout of aisles and racks, but isn't a bad place at all.
