Customer service at this store is non-existent. The blond lanky guy that works here needs a lesson in basic customer service skills. He has the personality of a dead moth. I couldn't even get a basic "hello" or even a "have a good day" when he rang me up, just the total. Well, I did get a big sigh when he finally came up to the register to ring me up. Dude, if you hate your job so much, quit.. or go flip burgers somewhere where you don't have to interact with customers.

I love this store and the management is beyond kind. I wish I could give 5 stars but there is one employee that is consistently rude and very hard to deal with. She comes off as if she is bored with your interaction and has terrible customer service. I do not have a name but I do know she has red hair. I actually will walk out and drive to another store if I see she is working.

This dollar general does not check their expiration date I recently bought some dr.pepper dark berry the was expired on Aug 22 of 2022 and did not realize it until two days later called to see what I needed to do said I would need a receipt to return it I thought I had grabbed it but I didn't was told they cant do a refund do to this so I am now having to contact corporate because I am sick from this

Courteous courteous Courteous and helpful Easy access. Choices in brands of selected items. For example: Needed paper towels. One type for wiping off non-boxed (dry) items in storage and a second type that is tough and absorbs water from hands and cleaning hands or windows. Both kinds work great.Personnel were helpful and courteous. Handicap access was right at front door.Only prob was locating signs for aisle location and contents.

Friendly helpful late shift employees who were very helpful. There was a problem with marked down seasonal items. The more experienced clerk knew what to do about it. She only forgot to do the same for a number of items and redo them using her method of taking off the discount. So I did pay regular price on 6 items. However, I had 2 separate orders and both were over $70. And it was almost closing time. I let it go at the time. But do keep a close eye on whatever you buy off the markdowns table items that you want to purchase to insure that you're not overpaying at the register.MamaBearOOOEach day is a gift. I just found this dollar general as I've been traveling far. I am new to the area and this would be my third time in the store.I got a few things and I tried the self check out and it just kept saying no cash....I had a card so I just got in line. Then a lady from the back came and asked to help the next person in line so I went to her counter and said I need a pack of cigs then from what it looked like to me said nothing kept scanning so I thought she could not hear me due to the sneeze gaurds so I said her name, "Maddie" I need a pack of cigs" and she snapped and said,"I HEARD YOU I SAID OKAY"! she then got the cigs asked for id I went to get my id came back in and explained that I thought she could not hear me and I'm sorry if she took me wrong. She absolutely said nothing lolWhy have managers if they can not communicate properly with customers any other time I've came in the other cashier's have been great. Why this lady?

This visit was pleasant less messy and the cashier was attempting to help with inventory price and product due to their usual issue. They always have discount sales and damaged product items these items marked with new sticker sale and for appearances a lower cost. When pay at check-out and regular priced in-store compares no change just separate from the better undamaged. And then forget it with coupons the act as if you are taking their money or are begging for free stuff. Not to mention the painful look in their faces when they realize you have coupons. All said but they are better than the alternative their other dollar store competition.

Frequent this place often and it's a nice place. Has the small things you need and even some things that'll surprise you in a good way! Prices are good too. They have an issue with pricing tho. It's not really been a problem cause if it's not priced I don't buy, simple. Today however it was a whole isle, basically and several items I wanted. They lost several dollars.

Crowded store but pretty well organized. Bigger selection than I expected. Thankfully there wasn't very many shoppers in the store because I doubt two carts could go down the same aisle because they are pretty narrow.

Great little store. It's nice and clean, lots of stuff, friendly staff. I walked down and grabbed four bags of groceries for less than $30. That's a bargain for me. I would stop in if I needed something, just to see if they had it first. Forget full price, I'm a dollar general fan.

Always love the ease of getting in and out of this store. The layout of the store makes sense and you can easily get in, find what you need, and get right back out again. Plus the prices are good, just a great all around store!

Terrible service, stood on line for service while cashier looked on. Young man then came behind me to self help at another register, She automatically went to him. I ask for manager, she said I'm the manager. Finally another cashier came to check me out. Why wasn't I surprised. Management sucks!!

For a Dollar General this store is relatively uncluttered. Fairly easy to maneuver around and easy to find what you're looking for. The staff is always helpful, cheerful and on top of checking you out in a timely manner.

It was very clean and had what I needed but the guy at the register kept staring at me and my kids..it was weird. The lady who checked us out was very sweet and helpful.

Love DG'. This location is nice. Shelves stocked well. Need more employees. At times, can wait in line 15 mins. Employees friendly, helpful and kind.

If I could give this store a negative rating I definitely would. The employees were extremely rude for no reason necessary and we're talking to customers about other customers business.

Some old asian lady stocking shelves was very rude to me. She didn't greet me or ask if I needed help, had to squeeze by her and excuse myself. Then she told me I need to put shoes on. I know where I won't be spending my $2 again.

The store is always full of stuff and hard to move around in. All the DG parking lots look horrible with trash. The prices are now at the same cost of other stores. Always a long line and only one cashier.
