Found many a special thing here, but the staff makes it the tops. Some of my most niche, cool finds are from here, and that's secondary to the fact that I knew I could stop by here for some compassion and care when my cat passed unexpectedly. These folks love and care about their community. The buggies outside suggest this, but their consistent love, care, and understanding reinforce this. Come search for gems and find the most golden hearts.

Went to donate a large amount of very good household goods, more than a truck load and was told to bring it all in the building to a particular spot and had to talk them into taking it at all. Had donated there before and after talking to them and someone came out I unloaded it by door and they took it in. Went to karm instead. They unloaded it with no problems. Never again at Bryson closet. Very disappointing 😞

I've never been more embarrassed to walk into a place being a DV victim to be accused of being rude when I never spoke to the woman. My daughter had the referral to come in there. Her pickup referral said 12- 8 evidently it's 1 to 4 . We arrived arrived at 12 an hour ahead of time of her schedule. No big deal when she said come back at 1. huffed not at her but at the situation and walked around the corner looking at the linens and I heard her tell my daughter being rude to me is not going to make me do it any faster.No one was rude to her no one said anything crossed to her at all. That was so embarrassing and for two board members to be standing there and hear it. I hope they realize what a rude woman this woman Karen was Talk about passive aggressive that's her there was no call for her to say we were being rude. I never spoke to her I never said a word to the woman. Don't worry KAREN we don't need your free stuff we'll continue to have nothing than have to deal with such a place like this. I've never been more embarrassed to walk into a place and be treated so rudely.

best thrift store I've ever been too, employees are so amazing. They truly go out of there way to help you and make u feel comfortable, and the prices NO ONE can beat. I mean a hoodie for 4 bucks. Name brand. And blue jeans $3 bucks. And they have a food pantry. Dog/cat pantry and baby pantry.

Lots of good stuff and good prices, except for the one time I was looking for a mixing bowl. I found one that was big, scratched up and had spaghetti stains on it. I didn't care because it didn't matter how it looked, so I asked a lady how much. She said $4. I said for this beat up bowl? She said well , it's Tupperware. I didn't get the bowl. 😂

Brysonn's Closet is hands down the best thrift store in Oak Ridge. They're nice, they're funny, but most of all, they're kind.They take donations of food for people who need it, and last Christmas they gave away a LOT of toys to children. I was there, I saw it with my own eyes.Give them the stuff you don't need, and pop in to take a look at all the fun things they have.You won't regret it.

This is a great place to shop. They have various items outside for free. Inside the store most things are very reasonably priced. The folks are nice. Appreciate all they do. Would recommend.

I love Bryson's closet! I've been volunteering for a few months and I love helping people! Once a woman cried because we gave her an air mattress! So people in need really need to come here!

Last spring our neighborhood had a community yardsale and Bysonn's closet came out and picked up what we had leftover. They were super nice and accommodating.

I just got to visit this store just a couple of days ago. I was really impressed and have to say they are very nice and have reasonable prices. Very kind and have many choices of things to help with what I was looking for.

Not too bad. They have a little bit of everything from dvds, to clothes for everyone, shoes, dishes, bed frames, furniture, etc it's a salvage store. Would rate higher if prices were easily known and if store was organized better. There is stuff EVERYWHERE LOL.

I love shopping at Bryson's closet the books are 25 cents and half price on Saturday clothes are much cheaper than most thrift shops they also have furniture. You never know what you find. They even had a motorcycle recently Give Bryson's a chance it is non profit and has a lot to offer

Way over priced!! A lot of the stuff she did not even know what she had Coke bottles that were like 15 years old she was acting like they were Priceless antiques.. alot of junk yard sale items at best don't waste your time.

Kinda of messy but they get alot of donations but not enough people to help them. Workers volunteer without pay but they do feed you if you are there working for at least 4 hours They help out quite a few communities
