So, I am an employee at Oak Ridge Belk and I just want to thank the entire staff for being so welcoming and kind to me. My father passed away Christmas Eve, he was my best friend so I left my job in Wisconsin and came to Tennessee the next day. I’m 26 with the responsibility of a 66 year old man now and I couldn’t do any of this without the amazing support from this team. It brings me to tears thinking how grateful I am for this job.

Terrible store. Poor selection of men's clothing, shoes and shoe boxes scattered about, no one around to help, poor lighting, dirty entrance areas, ect. Best to shop elsewhere.

Sales are fantastic! There is an absolutely excellent salesperson that was absolutely wonderful!! I didn’t have my card with me, but I knew I had a credit balance on my store credit card. She took the time to be sure my charges were put on the right account by making a couple of calls. It was truly her sweet southern hospitality that made me happy!

Place feels dark and empty and not very welcoming. It’d be nice to see some more employees actually walking the floor to check on customer. Clothes looks nice, but the prices are just like higher department stores. It is also lacking on variety of clothes, have no maternity or anything for younger women. This store is definitely catering to an older crowd.

The employees are courteous and helpful. The store has a great women's selection and a less than average men's selection for a Belk. The wife found everything she needed but we had to drive to Knoxville to find what I needed.

My sister loves the place. Employees treat me like a homeless person when I wear "overalls". Nice merchandise though. Very clean and things are easy to find.

Very nice store! Definitely the neatest department store I've been in. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Even the clearance racks were organized! Very pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely avoid the traffic of West Knoxville and come here in the future.

I bring my 78 year old mother here to shop because she loves it. I attempted to buy things for myself and was astounded by the prices. The "sales" are just highly inflated prices that try to appear that you are getting a discount, but are actually still very overpriced. Some examples, a simple womens t shirt on sale was still $30. I was looking at the daintiest little gold chain for myself and normal price was $500!! On sale, $180, still way over-priced. I'll continue to come only for my mother, not myself.

There were some great sales on shower curtains this weekend at Belk. But the Oak Ridge store doesn’t stock one singular shower curtain. Not one. Or shower curtain hooks. Or girl’s tennis shoes. I’ve lived here over 2 years and never found one item in this store that works for me. I keep trying..but nothing. Shopping in Oak Ridge is an exercise in futility.

There is a woman there named Rebecca. She went outta her way to answer all my questions. She knew everything about everything. I noticed she was helping fellow employees while also helping me with ease. The store was great, but I walked out being blown away by her. Belk is lucky to have that gem working for them.

Best customer service makes me want to keep on coming and shop shop shop! I love it when people that work at the store are nice and friendly without being moody and don’t give you disgusting face expressions when you ask them something. This place is great to shop and enjoy it.

This location doesn't have a wide variety of much besides maybe women's clothing and shoes, which can be pricey. Maybe it's because that's the area of their most profitable sales. Anything else you may be looking for could be a bust! I've caught good sales here before.

Many items on sale, although alot of it requires getting a coupon from an app....bit of a hassleStocks are like most stores at low levels.However what gets Belk a 5 from me was the customer service I received, not only was the associate helpful & friendly she told me of a policy that the store has of shipping an item to your home free if it is available, she checked for me & "Voila" it is now on the way....awesome service Belks....I will be back & recommend your store!

Black Friday shopping went pretty smooth. Cashier was new and by herself, they didn't give the "special tool" to remove anti theft device on electronics so cashier had to walk to other side if store to remove it. She apologized but it wasn't her fault. Poor planning on management IMO.

I found clothes to fit me. They have a wide variety of sizes as well as styles. Plus the price is great. Most clothes m shoes were 50% off and up.

I was shopping with my grand daughter for a dress for her middle school dance (semi-formal). We had trouble finding "dressy" dresses that were her size. They had a few prom dresses (obviously too big for a 13 year old). The only other offering they had was a book of dresses. Again, not offering her size. The clerk just looked at us, and pointed to the few dresses offered. We went somewhere else and found an abundance of dressy-dresses in her size.

This time of year they were very free shoppers despite lots of sales and clearance items. Very few sales clerks for this reason. I had to go find one to return shoes to the show department. However, she was very friendly and speedy with the return.

Love this Belks, all of the departments are on one location vs Turkey Creek or West Town Mall where they are separated. Belks is a nice store with decent sales. The staff was nice and pretty helpful. The clearance is hit or miss.

Coupons are never good for anything needed seems to be excluded for most any item that has any value. Just as well shop at Goodwill. Same clothing lines offered just different prices.

Ok store, convenient especially if you don't want to drive into Knoxville but it's not as good as other Belk stores I've been in. With all the new stores in Oak Ridge, I'd expect them to step up and be the leader they could and should be - there's so much vacant space - and has been for awhile - it makes you wonder if they are closing. I like that the mens/home sections are not in a totally different building/location - that issue makes the ones in Turkey Creek less desirable and I tend to make 'home' purchases at stores other than Belk's to avoid an additional stop

I love to shop Belks, but I find that Oak Ridge stores prices are inflated, even when on sale & coupons. This store is very small and reflects in product availability.
