Firstly, I have been shopping here for quite some time. I am so thankful for this store’s location and product selection! They have very high quality foods, treats, and toys for my dog with very fair prices. The associates are always super kind and helpful, and you can tell they truly love pets!I had been looking for a new groomer in the area for my pup. I had always heard EarthWise had great grooming services, so I inquired when I was in store recently. I also heard that it was tough to get on their grooming list (because they are so popular and booked), but turns out they have a groomer who is currently just offering baths and trims around the face/feet/rear area. Thankfully, my dog is a Golden Retriever, so aside from a bath, she doesn’t require much shaving or cutting. I agreed to this, and was told I would be called within the next week. The groomer called me herself (which was really appreciated since I had some concerns to discuss) the very next day, and I was scheduled within a week!My dog has truly never looked better or felt more soft, and even came home with the cutest bandana! She came out tail wagging and didn’t seem as anxious as she normally does with other groomers. I am so thankful I chose to have my pup groomed with EarthWise! She will become a regular on their schedules for sure. Thank you!!

I’ve been taking my pets to Earthwise Pet for some time now, and I can honestly say it’s a fantastic place. The staff there genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. They’re always ready with a friendly greeting and a helpful tip, making each visit a pleasant experience.What impresses me most about Earthwise Pet is the quality of their products. Wonderful find here in Nolensville! I am new to the area and found EarthWise while looking for a location that carried specific pet brands for my Dog. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the space is beautiful with many high end brands. The owner, Laura even gave me a holisitic Vet recommendation!! Im very grateful :-)

I brought my dog in for a bathing and they did such a good job. I don't remember when she looked that good and was so soft. Also they hand blow dry the dogs not put them in a kennel with a fan to sit for who knows how long.Great Place

We used the self wash for the first time. The facilities were very clean and had all the supplies necessary to give my pup a great bath. The staff is a 10/10, super friendly and kind.Looking forward to our next visit.

The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make my experience exceptional. First time I used their groomer and I’m very picky about the way my pup is cut. Keyosha was wonderful, and immediately knew what type of cut I was asking for. The cut was perfect ( the pigtails were perfect until my pup came home and rolled on the carpet), and the best grooming my dog has had since we moved up here six years ago!You now have another loyal customer - Highly recommend both the groomer and the store (carried great treats and toys, as well as a great food selection)!!!

I love this pet store, the owner and her employees are the sweetest people. They have a dog washing station for you and dog. There’s an onsite groomer and dog washer. I’m always amazed at their customer service and how they treat my dog like one of their own. They have dog & cat food, treats, toys and human grade food. Leashes etc.

Only been here for the pet wash station, it was good, i just wish there were more tools to help with the process. We usually go to Tractor Supply but my boy doesn’t like car rides and this shop is closer to home.

Overall, a solid experience with the self-wash dog station. A few small issues kept this from being five stars - such as the vacuum handle popping off frequently, the door not closing all of the way, and there only being one rubber comb that was ineffective for my pup to remove their hair.

Nice little local pet food store that has cat and dog food from brands that use safe ingredients and ingredients that are good for your animals. They also have a loyalty purchase program which is a bonus.

I just recently discovered this awesome shop. There's only one other local pet supply store chain who sells the brand of food (Fromm) I buy for my pups. However, none of the locations were convenient to my new address. I was a bad dog mom and had forgotten they were close to being completely out was desperate to find their food. I went to Fromm's store locator on their website and what do ya know, this store popped up and was a short 10 minute drive from my home. I ordered their food online for store pickup and it was ready for pickup in less than 5 minutes. I was so impressed with the place. I could have spent hours looking at all of the awesome things they sell. I can't wait to go back and have time to browse around. I'm also going to take advantage of their amazing self-service dog wash as well. Great customer service.

This place is great if you have big hairy dogsThe water sprayer makes all the difference they provide shampoo’s and conditioner and they have powerful hair dryers and towels all this for $15 !!!!

They did a great job trimming my dog’s nails. He’s hard to handle when it comes to his feet, but the groomer completed the job with no problems! Definitely will visit again. Very nice people and setting.

Had an appointment for myDog. Made almost a month in advance but when I came they said I wasn’t in the system for the appointment and that some of their groomers quit . Never got called about cancelations. Even though I have proof that I called and they called me back to book me. Didn’t even accommodate to get in me today or sooner.

Our doggy, Sonny, was treated with care and received one of the best grooming and nail clipping. They were very thorough with the nail clipping. No sharp edges and perfect. His cut was adorable. Recommendation to other customers is to book well in advance and schedule several appointments. Highly recommendation your sweet pets there...love the store as well:)

By far my favorite pet store! The selection is the best I've seen and the owners and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We talked about my dogs a little and they made a few suggestions that have helped their coats and even their attitudes. They also offer grooming services and self-serve bath stations that are impeccably clean and stocked with everything you need.

Our service was just okay. My pups were definitely taken care of and treated well, that part I am so grateful for… But they didn’t quite do everything I requested and the guy at the counter was quite rude about scheduling future appointments. So if you’re looking for quality care, again it’s just okay. I’m not sure we will go back.

This store has everything I was ordering on line. Pill pockets, winter coat Cutie was bathed and pedicured groomer is very nice. They also have facilities for owners to bathe their pets. I’m glad I checked it out.will be a repeat customer.

Never been here before, it’s just (unfortunately) not close to where I live. However, I had heard of this spot from some friends who live close and I was in the area. Brought in my two dogs to do the self wash, it was very clean, spacious and private, organized with options, everything you could need to wash a dog with none of the mess. A gentleman was working, he was polite, signed me up for the rewards and here I am. Overall great experience, it was exactly what I was looking for and needed, easy 5/5.

I had a great experience. I walked in the store and I was greeted right away. They exceeded my expectations. The clerk, JB was so wonderful. I can tell he was very knowledgeable with my needs. I will definitely go back again. If you haven’t been you should go.
