One of the smaller TSC I have seen. Store was lacking many items. Employees walking around but never acknowledged customers. Disappointed. I get better service at the other surrounding TSC.

I’ve been in the Newport Location quite a few times since moving down to TN. I have always been greeted with friendly and knowledgeable service. Recently I adopted a Julianna Mini Pig and David has been a huge help to me! Suggesting great products that Bella Loves and going above and beyond with a friendly smile. Y’all are luckily to have such a great staff member!! And I appreciate having such a friendly neighborhood store to depend on. Keep up the fantastic job!!

My Tractor Supply is the one here, in Newport. They are the nicest bunch of folks I've ever met. In another store, I asked a question about their Cat Food, and the woman was hateful and said "I don't have time for this sh@#". Needless to say, I walked out and have never been back. As I have 2 dogs and 27 cats (I used to be a rescuer) I buy at least 6 30lb bags every month. The sale went to the Newport Tractor Supply. They had time to answer a question and if they didn't, they Made time! See you guys in April with my order!!

This store does NOT have it together! Shelves always in shambles. Store in general is not kept tidy and don't ask me about the restrooms. I'd rather go to the truck stop down the road. To the main topic, I recently ordered an item during black Friday, was notified it was ready for pick up, and when I showed up, I was told the item was sold! My order was cancelled and now it's been placed on a "raincheck". Its been 3 weeks and everytime I go in and ask, I'm told it's simply hasn't arrived yet.... I say when I go in because when you call, it just rings and rings and rings. If/when this order is taken care of, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I don't know where all the great reviews are coming from. The store is dirty and employees really know nothing about what they sell. Last time I was in store 4 employees pushing skids of feed around playing crashed and tore bags spilling feed everywhere laughing about it.i went in for a simple tube of grease and there was none on shelf. Only a box of several labeled for individual sale only. Little boy that I chased down to get help said I can't sell you one have to buy case. Well guess he can't read, I pointed that out and what it said on box he just smiled and walked away. Never ever will I go in that store again. Nothing ever in stock. Short drive to Morristown TN much better store

Tractor supply is my go to when I can't find any made in China country items at the local flea market. I can always count on Tractor supply to have these hard to find items. It's almost like a Walmart and dollar store wrapped up in one. Except maybe the over pricing. The staff are extremely not very helpful for the most part as they have no clue about anything farming. Kind of like Home Depot employees having to use an app to find what isle screws are on, or to find out what a screw is. Love Tractor supply. Thanks for lowering your standards and putting all that junk up front so we have to go around it, it helps with my steps and my cardiologist thanks you for that.Keep up the good work.

Very clean, with great employees I love my home town of Newport Tn, and my local Tractor Supply Co. I always try to give them all the business I can.P.S. there is no better place to buy your bolts, nuts, washer, they sale by the pound the the savings over the big home centers stores is unbelievable!

Costumer service totally wasn't helpful.Matter of fact I'll be bringing the item back from a refund Monday.He gave me the wrong size tube for my boat trailer by about 3 sizes to big.There for costing me a lot of time and money.Plus moving the boat hasn't happened yet.Costing me money every day.

Went by the Newport location to look about getting a dog house they did not have what I wanted in stock said I could order online have it shipped there....the next business say tsc was open my online order was canceled for no reason. When I went by the store to ask for assistance and why this happened the staff could care less about my situation....needless to say I'll never be back in this store again!

Never has sufficient supplies of dog food I use. Out of can lamb and rice 8 of last 9 visits. As usual out of stock today. Had no 45lb bags of dry chicken and rice as usual. At least most days when I ask truck will be there next day or two--have heard it bunches of times. Tractor supply Sevierville much better at having stock on hand.

Love the store, BUT! They make it impossible to get down the isles with a cart. I go there to buy large bags of dog, and horse feed so a cart is a must. They stick stuff everywhere, little displays and large displays with no thought as to people being able to get through the isles with a cart. SO FRUSTRATING! If that were just it they also leave stuff in the isles everywhere. Like they were stocking and left whatever they were working on for another time right where they were working on it. I don't know if anyone else has noticed this. But, I can't get what I want just going up one isle and down the next. You practically have to go down two or three isles to get through then back up and around its like a maze. Ridiculously poor planning

Quality of everyday items or tools are better than what you can find in other stores. Competitive or lower prices. Friendly personnel dedicated service. I could not find everything I was looking for but I bought the other items that I found. Must check out first before larger retailers.
