I have had so far 3 of my girls to Pickle Puss to be groomed. I not been in Newport that long and have tried 3 previous groomer. Here they have all had the best haircut since I've moved to TN. I told the owner how pleased I am to have found their new groomer. Thanks so much!

I gave this lady another chance. She use to groom my dog and I had an appointment one day and she didn't show. I had to take my dog to work with me. I stopped using her. She is on my way to work and a friend of minesaid she does much better now so I gave her another chance. Had appointment today on my way to work and she doesn't show. No phone call nothing. It is pouring rain my dog is soaked and after waiting 45 min I have to take my wet dog back home. 2 hrs later still no phone call nothing. Other people were waiting too they also left. She is unreliable. If something comes up just have the decency to call and reschedule. Things happen but this is unacceptable.

I have four dogs!! My healer needed his nails clipped she took him in and did it right away with me there so we could take him right back home!! She than had to deal with my big guy for a Bath and nail trim( two hours later) she was able to get him done. He’s a handful who just thinks yeah we are playing. He is so soft and clean and I don’t have to worry about him scratching me anymore. My two little guys went in looking like stray homeless dogs with over grown nails(yes I deserve bad dog mom for letting that get away from me) these two pups look amazing and I can tell they feel amazing. She may not like it but we will be back lol. My little guys have anxiety and she handled them amazingly!! We are very happy!!

The lady is always gentle with my Bella. Bella is skittish when someone touches her paws and at Pickle Puss she is treated gently. I love taking her there. I recommend them for all your dog grooming needs!

We had an appointment at 9:00. We waited until 10:30 but no one showed up. There were several other customers waiting as well. I understand that things happen but at least let your customers know. Especially a new customer.
