The lady that was working night shift with the brown hair on Thursday March 17th is a horrible cashier. She was rude and throwing my stuff. If you don't like your job find another one. Preferably one that's NOT in customer service. She was rude to almost every customer. I'll be praying for her. Dollar general GET BETTER WORKERS! She was ridiculous.

Clean store friendly serviceI love the fact that Bybee now has a functioning Dollar General. I've noticed how understaffed the store is and how they recently added new anti-theft machines. It's very handy to be able to drop in and purchase needed convenient necessities without having to go to town. Dollar General is not an actual "grocery store" as Food City, but convenience is key lol Cheaper prices, convenient location, great sales... Two thumbs up most definitely!! Love the arts & crafts for the kids too ❤️

I went to get milk drinks and a few snacks. They only had 1/2 gallon of whole milk I needed 2 gallons.and then all They had was 2%. I needed a lasagna they were sold out. They had cokes 3 for $3. But they didn't have any in stock. There sold out of a lot of things. It runs out of stuff to a[on and they have a lot of cluttered shelves. They need a bigger store or a better organization.

I live within seeing distance of the Bybee store. I managed a million dollar business for many years. This is absolutely the worst managed business I have seen. In the evening both employees spend more time outside smoking while customers are in the store, unbelievable! I have literally watched shoplifting taking place. The store is very convenient but this one is in desperate need of changes.

Have been trying to call about a bag that was left behind. I didn’t realize she put things in different bags. Seems they cannot hear the phone ring or just love to ignore it. Smells like lazy employees.

I have a problem every time I stop here, today was my last time. The rude cashier tried to double charge me, and when I called her on it, she called me a lier, the price on the candy bar I had was $1, she argued it was $3, even tho it was plainly marked on the shelf, she tried to double charge for everything I had, and got mad because I refused to pay it. Another woman in there, I guess she was manager, followed me all the way to my car pitching a loud fit! I have had it with that Dollar general! And one other thing, they need to stock their shelves and stop leaving loaded carts blocking the path! I will never set foot in that Dollar General again! And I will let all my friends know all about the service there.

Store is always clean, even when They are stocking they make sure there is room to get through. Staff is super friendly and go out of there way to be helpful!

Dollar General carries everything I need. I am greeted with a smile and they always ask me if I found everything I needed. And to have a good day, evening or night. I love the location of Dollar General in my little country town in the Newport / Bybee area here in East Tennessee. I love the hours. I can pick up propane there. They've got a Red Box. Ect. Ect. Ect.

The outside was so nasty. Looked like it had never been swept down the sidewalk. Could go down but a very few aisles where stock was sitting to be put up. I will not go back to that store. Too many others to choose from.

Not all shelves were well stocked. Only 1 type of gallon jug of water available and low stock of laundry supplies.

Needs to be stocked better. Carts for restocking are constantly in your way. Can't hardly get around with a shopping cart.

Some of the people that work here are rude and when I asked for help they acted like the couldn't here me
