Dog Dynasty is located on old 411 Highway in West Newport just past the dollar store on the left. The employees are extra friendly, helpful, and great at their jobs. They gave my Miniature Schnauzer the most immaculate grooming she has ever had in her 7 years. She was perfectly comfortable with them and they played with her afterward. They were extremely careful and attentive to her as if she was a human baby. She was groomed, bathed, toenails clipped and filed, and came out with a bandana. This is the first groomer who has ever trimmed her eyebrows correctly. I am overwhelmed with gratitude and respect for all their employees. The cost is minimal, very inexpensive, and based on size of your fur baby. Very happy with them and we'll go nowhere else from now on. Five stars.

My dog must be allergic to their grooming products or clippers were dull. He developed pink rash shortly after grooming. Vet prescribed steroid medicine for my dog to recover. My dog has never had a rash.Anal glands not extracted.Nice cut-- a little too short.Won't be back.

Worst Experience ever, will not be back. Had an appointment for 10:30 this morning and they told me they’d call me when she was done. I Hung out in Newport for 2 hours before I drove 40 minutes home. I called them at 3:30pm because I hadn’t heard anything from them and was starting to get worried. They told me she wasn’t even ready and they’d call me when she’s done even tho they close at 4. I didn’t get her back until 4:10 and when I was there at 3:50 it looked like they just started her and when I asked why they wanted her at 10:30 than the man’s response was we take all the dogs at 10:30 and than do the easiest ones first. Hazel was the last one there beside an older lady who walked in to get her dogs nails trimmed. Hazel wasn’t fighting them or anything but looked petrified. I WILL NOT BE BACK AND I RECOMMEND Y’ALL NOT GOING TO DUCK DYNASTY BECAUSE ITS A FLAT OUT JOKE. Nobody should have to wait over 5 hours for their dog especially if they’re paying you. Plus they do not check to see if ur dogs had its shots or not. (Hazel has, I was fighting all morning with the vet to get them and dog dynasty didn’t even ask) they also blocked me on Facebook 🤣 this place is indeed a joke.

Shelly and her crew always do such a phenomenal job with my labradoodle, Annie. Annie also LOVES Shelly and gets so excited when we get to her shop. It’s about a 45 minute drive to get there, but it’s so worth every minute and penny. Dog Dynasty is simply the best!

Best Groomer in town.In fact, I'm a seasonal customer (summer place in Newport) and NO one gives a better poodle cut than Dog Dynasty.I'm spoiled. My little buddy immediately starts getting excited when I turn into the parking lot. He LOVES it there.Other places I've taken him to, he cowers & hates every minute of it...worse than the vet.This is like Doggie play-date/kindergarten.He's happy & comes back looking Fantastic .And he's not traumatized.Important to me.
