Small shop, not many animals in the store. I only saw fish for sale. But I was able to get my son's ferret after ordering it arrived in 2 days. This was the cheapest place to get a ferret even though all the pet stores get them from the same place. They only take cash, which could be an issue if you don't know prior and don't carry a lot of cash on hand

We will never goto another pet store after our first visit. We came back after driving all around to different pet stores. Our son was looking for a new Guinea Pig after his of 3yrs passed. We came back and made it just as they shut the lights off and locked the doors. As soon as they saw us they unlocked the door and welcomed us in and turned the lights back on. The only one they had left was a female n he wanted another male. The owners had one male that they were keeping and let him have that one. They charge $17 each when we checked at mall location in Morristown was $45 each. Amazing customer service as well as prices and knowledge! Your goto pet store.

This is a nice pet store for the size of the building. They have a decent selection of reptiles and supplies including a few birds, fish and when I was there, guinea pigs and a rabbit. Great service! Support local small businesses.

Such a kind owner.. can order items if not in stock.. a good variety or reptiles and fish... reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable and willing to share that information... my sweet three year old boy loves going to see the animals!! My 13 year old got a geko and a bearded dragon! he really loves them.. 😊Thank you for serving our area...

The few times I've been in, it was pleasant and the people that work there are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help you. This is the only place in Newport TN that sells reptile and amphibian products. Awesome prices also!

Nice people..Very healthy critters.I bought a orange tiger Oscar and he has done great.I asked for an albino tiger Oscar and she ordered it for me..He looks great as well.Very healthy and really good prices,service,etc.Highly recommend..

Mrs Teresa was very friendly and educated on the animals and fish and very helpful with questions that we had. Prices are very reasonable for animals and supplies. The only downfall is that they do not take credit cards but was explained why they do not and they are working to resolve the issue.

Lady was very nice and helpful. I had gotten my son a hamster from there a few years ago, within a week it died. Ok. A couple of weeks ago my 17 yr old bought a rat, rat died within 2 weeks. I don’t think we’ll be buying anymore rodents from there.

Lady was super nice and helpful. I'm mad that I didnt double check that she boxed me the correct budgie, but that's my fault. I did purchase a happy healthy female parakeet. Note to those who care, they do have their wings clipped prior to purchase, and not by critter connection.

Amazing Lady. She knows her stuff. Very friendly and helpful. I love small business people. Thay work hard for what thay have.( A+!! ). My kids are doing great with there hamster and perakeet. We lost our hermit crab do to ordering shell's from Amazon. Thay had gill mites and i was to late to save them. I will all ways go to Critter Connection from now on. Nothing beats good old-fashioned know how...💜💙❤

If I could give a zero as a review I would.Store smells rotten, but that’s because the animals are NOT taken care of. Cages had mold, birds had citrus fruit that had rotten, every cage was dirty. Terrible care for the animals. Would rather travel an extra 30 miles than shop at Critter Connection.

THEY DONT HAVE A BIG VARIETY OF SMALL PETS OR REPTILES HERE ITS MOSTLY JUST EMPTY SPACE IN THIS STORE THE WOMAN WHO MANAGES THE REGISTER IS SWEET BUT SEEMS LIKE THEY NEED A BETTER SELECETION OF EACH ANIMAL THEY ALREADY HAVE MORE HAMSTERS MORE GUINEA PIGS BRING IN SOME CHINCHILLAS BUNNYS SUGAR GLIDERS SOMETHING THERE IS ONLY 4 SMALL FURRY CREATURES IN THIS SHOP HAMSTERS MICE RATS AND 1 GUINEA PIG BY ITSELF

The manager is very nice and knowledgeable about fish me and my nine year old daughter had to leave the fish fair in morristown due to the Asian man that runs the store was very rude i highly recommend Critter connection they have great selection of fish and great customer service.

I love this place each time I come in I learn something new about my pets and pets I'm interested in buying..She has a huge selection of awesome enclosures and all the assesories for them...She is always sweet and always polite when answering my many questions...She just got in some Ball pythons and there only 29.99, tree frogs ranging from 6.99 to 12.99 ,hamster males are 9.99 and the one female she has is 11.99,A lepord gecko for 44.47 ,A tarantula for 49.99 She also has birds lots of fish and feeder mice and feeder rats or you can make them pets the choice is yours.Plus she has gennie pigs for 22 dollars..Plus she carrys crickets ,meal worms ,and super worms..I could go on and on lol the place is amazing and if u luck up like I did u can find a awesome deal on used tanks...She has even more than I can describe so go check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed...I no I will continue business there...
