AMAZING VET! I can not say enough good things about them. I took my kitten, Mortimer in and he didn’t even want to leave when it was time to go! Mortimer turned out to be fine, and didn’t need any treatment but they were so sweet and gentle throughout his entire visit. They take a different approach than all the vets I’ve been to, they take their time to make it a easy and stress free experience for your fur-babies. They also communicate very well with you on what things possible could be and how things might go, and they welcome any questions you might have. They let Mortimer get comfortable with his surrounding and them before doing anything, they even had toys for him to play with in the room. Then as they were leaving the room to grab something, they noticed Mortimer was curious and even took him out of the room to look around the clinic. At the end, I went to put him in his carrier to leave, which he normally goes in without any issues but he refused for a good few minutes. He did not want to leave! 😂 Overall, wonderful experience, very calm and friendly environment, great communication and very informative, very sweet and gentle people, and the price wasn’t bad either. I highly recommend!

Third visit in four weeks with a very sick pooch. Two times with Dr. Sandra Manes and once with Dr. Joleen Greenan. The level of care afforded by both vets along with Chris the vet tech. has been nothing short of miraculous. The amount of time they have spent on this one dog is amazing. I might add that one of the visits was unannounced. Made no difference even though they we’re already booked solid for the day. They still took him in and made sure he didn’t leave until they felt they had done everything they could. They also took an extraordinary amount of time to answer our 99 questions. Good luck in finding a better veterinarian clinic.

I love this place, We had to have our dog rebel put down there, and I wish we would’ve found this place sooner so they could’ve did the surgery the other place we were taking them just kept putting it off putting it off and we ended up having to put them down. I am forever grateful for this place.

I would recommend anyone take there fur baby here. They made me feel 100% comfortable leaving my fur baby in their care. I would go anywhere else to get my fur baby treatment, nails clipped or teeth cleaned.

I highly recommend Cedarwood Veterinary Hospital. I have both cats and dogs and have consistently great experiences here. The staff is friendly professional and caring. Dr Greenan and Dr. Sandra are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. This is a vet office that cares about animals more than money. The fees are reasonable the service is fast and thorough. Best of all it's a fear free experience for my cats and dogs! They have saved lives and eased the suffering of countless animals. When the time comes to let them go they're compassionate and understanding.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The doctors really care about you and your pet. They are a hospital, so if bloodwork and procedures are needed they can be done on site. They were amazing with our older girl, from diagnosis, to special food and medication, right up till we had to say goodbye. And they cried with us. Highly recommend for the care of your furbaby.

It was a very positive experience, scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, the receptionist was so friendly, the technician was thorough and made sure to get a good solid history, and Dr Manes was absolutely amazing!We will definitely be back!

I have to say I would truly recommend them. They took my cat in after her being spayed at another facility, she was in bad shape and so bruised we never thought she would make it. These people are AMAZING. My mom found a stray in her yard with an injured foot. Nobody would claim it, rescues and shelters were all full and nobody could provide funding for treatment, but we didn’t want to just let it suffer so we agreed that my mom would find treatment and then I would try to find the dog a home in Nashville afterwards. My mom called Cedarwood and they made time in the schedule to see her THAT DAY. They carried the dog in from the car for my mom and then took the time to share their exam findings and info with me on FaceTime! They brought the camera up to the XRay and showed me all the things they were concerned about so my mom didn’t have to try and remember it all. They took extra time to check on costs before we decided on treatment and even kept the dog comfortable overnight before they put the cast on her the next morning. The Vet was so patient and answered all our questions, the tech was incredibly friendly and talked us through all the next steps in the dog’s care and what we could expect. When my dad picked the dog up the next morning, they made sure he had all the info too so nothing was missed. This isn’t even the first time Cedarwood has made room in their schedule for my parents. We will always recommend them to anyone in East Tennessee!

For my canines first visit to the doggy Dr, this place is great! It was surprisingly clean considering all the animal traffic. The veterinarian assistant was great with my pooch as well as the Dr. They were gentle and my pup never seemed anxious or hurt. Thankful their in house blood work has a pretty rapid turn around. Treatment for an underactive thyroid was started immediately in office with a quick follow up to come. I can't compare prices as I haven't used another vet in recent years. I would recommend Cedarwood 100%
