We had a significant flood in a storage room at the Cumberland Church in Dyersburg. Servpro was contacted and arrived in a very timely manner. They immediately went to work. Nikki and Matthew were phenomenal! They had to return over the next several days to continue monitoring moisture levels. Each time Nikki called and was very professional, sincere and kind. Joe was apart of the follow crew on multiple occasions and he too was very professional. They even offered to help put everything back into the storage room!

Used these guys and their services was a joke. All they did was made my electric bill go up with there 30 fans running too supposedly dry out carpets took baseboards off and put a bunch of holes in walls Wanted too remove carpet but they said they could dry it which was a lie After 5 days they took there fans and I took carpet up myself and there was already mold on underside of carpet but they say it was 100% dry Definitely wish Dyer Co. Had other companies that done this kind of work. (Still waiting for a call from someone said would pull file and call but never happened)!!Service: Water removal

Best experience I have ever had! We were out of town when my dog sitter discovered a major water leak that flooded our bedroom and also caused our ceiling to collapse. James Boozer, Beau Horner, Dakota Guest & Alex Morawe handled the entire clean up on my behalf without me present. These guys did a marvelous job while also keeping me informed of the situation. I can’t thank them enough! I would trust and recommend this fabulous crew to take care of any mitigation project! Keep up the good work guys and you should be acknowledged for your dedication! I recently bought my first home a few years ago, and everything was great until it wasn't. I woke up to a leak in the spare bathroom that drenched that side of the house. I was recommended to call Servpro. I called the main number and when telling them what happened and where I was they promptly got me to the right Servpro (dyersburg/union city) in less than a few minutes I received a phone call from Nikki who was very understanding and was at my house in 45 minutes with a gentleman named Matthew. I write this long post to give so much credit in general to Servpro but also to Nikki and Matthew. They came right in and talked with me and explained what they would have to do and got to work. In less then a day they found the leak and capped it off until plumbers could get there so I could still have water. They had the carpet and pads ripped up and fans and those other things (lol) starting to dry it out. So much more but I couldn't tell you because this is just my first real home lol The next day the tile floors I'm just saying I have never seen people work so fast and hard and at the same time also being 100% caring and updating as they went. They came everyday checking on the house and how much it had dried. They kept me up to date about the good and bad news as we went and always stayed in contact with me. I even bugged them on their off time and still never once gave me any attitude or feeling as if I was a bother.Servpro is amazing but if by chance you end up with Nikki and Matthew in your time of crisis, no need to worry you will be in good hands!UPDATEOkay after reading the other views I'm so sorry I didn't give you guys a better one but I'm with the others. Servpro, Nikki, and Matthew, were professional, fast, and caring and so much more. They have seriously just left me speechless in the best way possible. 😁 Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

I had a small fire on the top of my stove that was easily extinguished with a pitcher of water. I called serve pro because there was smoke residue on the walls and ceiling. April Bledsoe came in and photographed everything then a crew of 3 ladies were sent to wipe down walls and the kitchen ceiling where smoke left a residue. Ms Bledsoe had suggested numerous things that were not needed for such a small fire, like cleaning sofas in nearby rooms, etc. which I declined. I did not receive an estimate but was sent a final invoice for over $9,000. This was for 9 hours of wiping down surfaces. I complained but the invoice was sent by MS Bledsoe to the insurance adjuster who approved it and paid them much to my protests. Now my insurance has gone up substantially. There were many items on the invoice that were not done that I was charged an enormous amount for. I do not recommend this Servepro or dealings with April Bledsoe. I felt it was a scam. Who charges $1,000 per hour to wipe down walls? The cleaner that was used on the ceiling took the paint off so it had to be painted anyway. I will be looking for options to take this to my insurance company as I feel it was fraudulent.

Two Friday ago, we had quite the nasty mess to clean up in our partially finished basement due to a sewer back-up. We knew we needed lots of help and quickly! Kevin and Christian were on site to begin the cleanup less than 2 hours from our initial contact with Kevin. They worked for over 5 hours that first night and left after 3:00 a.m. Less than eight hours later, they were back at it with reinforcements (Jeremy, Rhonda, Cathy and Dale), continuing to clean out the muck and packing up salvageable items. Several team members put in a half-day on Sunday since there was still lots of work to be done. This also included John Carlton and his demo crew, who did a fine job of removing damaged flooring, drywall, doors and trim and hauled it all away, along with non-salvageable furniture and other damaged items. Several of these folks were not even on call over that weekend, but showed up anyway to help us in our time of need. Over the next week, Kevin, Chris and Christian continued their work by bringing in fans, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers, as well as deep-cleaning the concrete floor throughout the basement and spraying deodorizing agents on the floor, base plates and studs. Ours was a major clean-up job with lots of contents to sort through and clean. Due to the nature of the mess, some of the work was not very pleasant. In spite of that, Jeremy and Kevin's team displayed positive attitudes, teamwork and really stepped up to bail us out of a bad situation. We hope we never are in need of such services again, but if we are, we would definitely call this team again.

This place is an absolute joke. They spend more time trying to find a way to get out of taking care of their customers, then they actually do taking care of their customers. They run through employees faster than the temporary service can send people to them. They will tell you that they are a family business and they care about their employees , but all they care about at the end of the day is the money that’s going in their pockets. if the powers that be would actually spend more time at work than they did traveling on vacations.Update: Below is the pre programmed response that the mighty and powerful general manager has the marketing team put out anytime anyone speaks the truth about what really goes on at Servpro. Anytime anyone with half a mind and a spine shows up, it isn’t too long and they are out the door. Sheep are what they like and sheep are what the keep. We had a flood in our house January 2022. ServPro said the floors and cabinets needed to be replaced. They replaced the floors in April 2022. In November 2022 we called them back because the floors started peeling up and away from each other and tearing up pieces of the flooring sticking up, my kids have scraped the skin off the tops of there toes multiple times, they have to wear shoes in the house. They ordered the new flooring and in April 2023 they said they would be out April the 11th, they then rescheduled for April the 18th because the installer had a situation pop up. I waited around all morning this morning and no one showed so i asked and was told the installer went off the rails and is not to be found and rescheduled yet again for next Tuesday. I should not have had to wait 6 months in the first place. This is also a rental house and they are dealing with our landlord And he is a slum lord but ServPro are the ones responsible as they installed the floors. It is frustrating if it was easy to find another house in a reasonable price range and just move. Edit for the response from ServPro. It says we are renters and our landlord is the one dealing with your company. My family and myself are the ones that are having to live with the floor that was installed by your company. Also update since my review was left my lanlord was contacted and they are coming tommorrow instead of next week. assuming I take down the review. SMH. There for someone knows who I am and why I left such a review.

The Dyersburg/Union City SERVPRO was outstanding in helping us when we experienced water damage in our kitchen. When having new countertops installed, a water valve was opened causing flooding in the kitchen. SERVPRO was contacted, quickly responded, assessed the situation and completed the water clean up with fans and a dehumidifier. SERVPRO technicians checked the progress of drying onsite once or twice daily for the entire time. They determined there was no damage to the subfloor and the flooring was ready to be replaced. Clint Fowlkes, the SERVPRO Reconstruction Project Manager, did an excellent job in coordinating the installation of the new floor. Clint stayed in contact with us on a regular basis throughout the project. The installers he provided were meticulous and did an excellent job installing the new floor. We came home from a vacation and found a huge water leak in our main bathroom, which had ruined everything in it. We contacted Servpro after speaking with our insurance agent and they had someone out to look at the damage that day. The crew that came to demolish the bathroom did so in one day. Then they sent a crew to take care of the drying process. I apologize for not remembering her name but she was very knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. Her crew did an excellent job of getting the bathroom ready to be rebuilt. Johnathan Bell had a crew come to start the rebuilding shortly afterward. Mark and Jason did most of the work. A couple of other guys came to finish mudding the sheetrock. They were very prompt at showing up every day until the work was done. Our bathroom now looks better than it did before the leak happened. We are very pleased with the performance of Servpro from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a fantastic job.

I called these guys to come out and take a look at a property that had severe water damage. I called them and literally an hour later they had someone at my house in Union City, from Dyersburg. I was so excited to have such quick service. I met with the lady and she took all the proper testing & measurements that she needed. They called me within the next day or so with a plan and had already talked to my insurance adjuster and my insurance company about the needed work,It has been a long process due the extent of damage that was done, from to a water heater bursting, but they have been so kind to us. When they've ran into issues that weren't agreed upon, they have called and got the okay with us before proceeding in work. THAT is AMAZING!We run a small business and we understand how important it is to communicate with the customer about things that come up during a job, so we are thankful for how great they have been with communication with us.With that being said, we are officially clear of moisture and mold in our home after what seems to be like forever...Thank you to ServPro pf Dyersburg! I had a kitchen fire. These guys came out the next day and got everything going. We have a 2 story house with lots of nick nacks in glass cabinets and pictures everywhere. They cleaned each piece and packed in boxes.Cleaned the walls, ceilings, lights,rugs,curtains,all our clothes,carpets and porcelain tile.
