My husband took our son to get a video game for his birthday, the associate made the comment ' I hope your buying this! It's for 17 and older!' My husband was grabbing a few other things that we needed but caught the employee following them around like they were thieves. It pissed my husband off so much, he walked right up to the employee and told him if he wanted it back so bad all he had to do was ask and he'd give it back, then told him he could take all of it back. And walked out. But went back in to talk to the store manager about the situation, and instead got a team leader. I have tried every day for the last week to talk to the store manager and still nothing! And they ruined my son's birthday! Good job Wal-Mart, sometimes it's just a father taking his son for a special gift for his birthday. Not everyone is a thief!

I love being able to order online & then driving up for curbside service! The Walmart app makes it so easy! The courtesy clerks are soooo great, especially Christopher, who is at the Halls,TN location. I will be a lifelong customer of curbside pick up.

This store has gotten ridiculous with their customer service. Employees just walking around with heads down looking at phones. Walking right in front of motorized scooters, then walking on without looking up. Was with someone the other day and as we were exiting the store the cart pusher just bumped into her and pushed past us without even stopping. They gather in aisles and wont move for customers. I could go on for hours. I avoid this store as much as possible.

This is a smaller Walmart in a rural TN town. They had what I needed, the store seemed clean and organized, parking was ample, but service was somewhat lacking. I needed an item in the electronics/entertainment department, and when I couldn't locate the cord easily, I asked for help, and the associate pointed and verbally tried to guide me, never moving from her spot near the register. She was with another associate, both actively assisting the only other customer in that area. When I finally found what I needed, I brought it back to that register within a minute or so, then was ignored by both associates for the same amount of time I had been in the store! I never get this from Walmart, I don't expect this from Walmart. Underwhelming at best.

Trying to get use to the way things are and figuring out where everything is at now. Store looks alot better since they have redone it all, but some of the employees are just rude. They need to smile alittle bit more and be a little more friendlier... It's nice having all the self checkouts working all the time too. It's not such an inconvenience going to the store now like it was before.. I don't dread it like I did before lol...

A small town Walmart that isn't a "super center". January 2023. Monthly I use the customer service to send a MoneyGram to a business. Cashiers are always knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. 5 stars all the way! Thank you!

Usually getting in&out here is a breeze. Rarely are the lines backed up, so no looonng waiting period, no standing in lines. It's a small town but we have alot of people here who still take pride in their jobs&what they're doing to contribute to society. It can sometimes be a very beautiful thing.

It's a super tiny Walmart with a very limited selection. However, it's great for what it is. They should definitely expand since they are the only store of it's kind in the area to better serve such a large community.

Very small, due to the size it has no selection for clothing which is frustrating due to living in a small town and have to travel to get clothing either out of state or having to travel to Knoxville. But it serves its purpose.

I have never been to a Walmart with such helpful and friendly employees! In our Walmart the employees try not to make eye contact and usually are short staffed. I asked multiple employees questions and every single person helped me! They were so friendly and helpful.

This very small Walmart has a big place in my heart. Caught between storms, I had to to get off the road. Fortunately this Walmart was there and I was able to wait the storm out. Thank you for being patient with me.

This Walmart is very small and doesn't carry a lot of items I normally get. It is also kind of dark and uninviting. That's about all I have to say about it.

It’s one of the oldest original Walmart stores left in the country, and has had some nice remodeling in the past year. The employees have always been helpful and friendly. If you go near the first of the month, or on weekends it can get pretty busy as the nearest Supercenter is 50 minutes away. Has a good selection of items for a small Walmart as well as a few aisles of groceries. Order pickup is available here.

I went to this particular Walmart because of a money gram I had to receive it in the state of TN for some reason?, anyways, when I went up to the service desk I was attended to by an older blonde lady with glasses at first she seemed nice and really she didn't ever actually get grumpy but the tone and body language she displayed said that she was offended by my presence. Now mind you this woman wasn't rude she really didn't say anything off putting but, there was something about her manner that made me feel she felt almost disgusted or appalled by me idk so I know is I didn't like the way she made me feel and even though she was curtious and did her job she had an uneasy feel to her.
