The parking lot was clean and plenty of parking. With large shipping carts for about every item that gets decided that you want to buy, lots of food deals to get about everything one would be looking for.. nice employees and they have a butcher cutting meat up for people that like to have a choice about the size of there stakes and such..That's most likely exactly how it is or can be for you...Great prices on just about everything they have for there customers... Friendly staff and one of the best places to go shopping for all of your cooking enjoyments .

Less than a month ago I stopped in, there were 30 people in line with one cashier. If they paid their employees a living wage and don't require them to jump through numerous hoops like discriminating against people by refusing them a second chance just to work as a low paid cahier they might get some decent people! This is the second time I put my stuff back and walked out. They do not have an automatic belt and scanner like the Halls location. They used to have a good selection of organic and natural products. I find now it's overpriced. The lunch meat looks like it's gone bad. I understand they have to make a profit it's not worth getting one or two items. It used to be hit or miss now it's all a miss. I probably won't be back until they fix their cashier, register and product situation. Thanks

I only go with others here as its products are either expired or soon to expire as a discount store and the prices are not that great for a discount store, as well as I plain just dont trust thier meat products as they look and smell off.

Met a few old friends had some laughs, bought my groceries and came home. Prices are good. Not as much products as the larger stores, but I got enough to eat on and still pay my light bill.

I like going to the store but they need more workers to slow you stand to long in line and when they call for the manager for your change back from $100 it takes the manager to long to get to the cash register and the office is right in front I do like shopping at this store but they need more workers and to pick up the pase my legs hurt from standing to long

I bought some really interesting food items here that I'd never seen anyplace eals. My kids loved the captain crunch pan cake mix and jello play. Was really awsome. I also bought 10 pounds of ribs for 15 bux. The meat prices are awsome. But they dint keep the same things all the time.

Good place to find some deep discounts on groceries. A lot of things are very near their expiration date or slightly past but still very much usable.

Went for the Black Angus sale, good meat good price.Also fell into a great saving on a couple of Johnsonville product at amazing price. Being a senior it's great when we can find this kind of bargain. Makes our SS go further. Bought a few other needs there also.

Very unusual mix of foods not found in my small townAlways fun to see what they have and save 50% or more. Great people and their beef is great. I actually find the Mexican steaks more flavorful and certainly more affordable.

I love this place!!! I always stop here first and get vegetables, fruit, meat(expect chicken, there's typically looks bruised), and dairy products! Even some canned goods.The prices are typically half the price of Food City or Ingles and I'll tell you, unless you're wanting Organic, it does not matter where you buy produce, UGO's produce is waxed just like any other grocery store, so why would anyone want to pay double??There's always new, random products, I could spend hours in there, but it's also easy to get in and out pretty quickly.The girls at the register have always been great and attentive enough to call another worker up if there's a line, and they always work fast at ringing up and bagging items.It's also ALWAYS CLEAN!I truly have no complaints! I would, and do recommend shopping here!

With O'biden as pResident, this is the cheapest place to buy food. Their USA beef is awesome, the have really good frozen fish, and they are not out of stock like Food City. I highly recommend.

It's always fun to shop at UGO! You never know what you'll find there. They carry certain items all the time; milk, bread, eggs, produce, meat paper goods... Then there are buy-out items and you better buy them when you see them because when they're gone, they are gone! These items can be anything... from expensive to organic to seasonal to regular ordinary items all still within the "use by date" but marked way down below regular grocery store prices. It's always a bargain hunt and I am never disappointed!

We are customers that wear face masks in public places and though we would like if everybody wore masks in public places, we respect that some people choose not too. But when you go in a business that serves the public, the employees and that includes managers, should be wearing masks. This store is very inconsistent. One day all employees are wearing them and wearing them correctly. The next time, they either did not have them on or they were being worn under their chin, which defeats the purpose of the mask. The pandemic started in March and we made one visit shortly after and nobody was wearing a mask, so we didn't go in anymore. We finally decided to give the store another chance because we always liked shopping there and we went back a few weeks ago. All the employees wore their mask and were practicing the 6 feet apart. We figured they were following this now and decided to go again today, but NO, they were either wearing them on their chin or not at all and the lady that was watching over the store didn't wear one at all. We would like it if you made sure your employees did this so we could continue to shop in your store.
