There selection is really good.meat section is really great and the deli has great foods.as well as the cake's and other sweets section as you come into the north side of the store.Parking lot needs painted badly.The service at checkout is okay but slow like about every where else.Other than the fact I believe the 3 flavors ice cream.The cheap ones under 5 $.Is the best flavor in town for the money.I'm going to give them a thumbs up...Paint the parking lot so everyone can see the parking spots...

UPDATE APRIL 2024.. A quick grocery shopping trip. Employee is nice. Store is clean. Wide aisles for passing another buggy. Will return. Thanks Ingles Market!!!JULY 2023 I made a quick trip inside to purchase ice cream 2 cartons for $7 of Blue Bunny Brand Icecream. I've been coming by this store ever since it was built. In my opinion, this grocery store has some of the BEST VARIETIES of different BRANDS of items in town. I really do like the WIDE AISLES (inside) & LARGE PARKING AREA (outside) Some of the reasons I will continue to grocery shop here.

Traditional grocery store. Very clean store. Well organized, no clutter. My favorite attribute of this store is the "normal " size of the facility. This is not a gigantic "super" center nor "mega" size store. This Ingles store is large enough to carry a large variety of merchandise, but is not overwhelming and chaotic like the humongous "super" big box stores. There is plenty of parking available. The store is very easy to access from the highway. The store is very easy to navigate and allows convenient, fast "in-and-out" service for quick trips. There are not many grocery shopping options in this part of the world. There are two full service grocery stores in Tazewell, and Ingles, by far, is my favorite of the two stores! Be sure to sign up for an "Ingles card" for extra savings and to take advantage of the store sales.

Very nice employees and managers. I requested a special order of something not sold in the area at all... and Walmart said they could not get it. Ingle's had within days. It is an item I will have to order, and that is okay because the manager explained how far in advance I need to order. I love it when a store employees make my life easier.

Very disappointingI found an add on my phone that said from 2/15/24 through 2/20/2024 Pepsi products were on sale 3 for $9.98 SO I specifically went to Ingles to shop because of the sale on Pepsi, WELL, when I got there I did my shopping and got to the Pepsi isle and noticed it was 3 for $12.98, so I picked them up and went to the check out and showed them the ad that I found on my phone BUT they would NOT honor it so I would NOT buy anything from them and left it all right there in the check out.Now to me, that wasn't fair, I don't care WHO says what, the fact is the phone said $9.98 for this week and I should have gotten them for that price, now they lost the WHOLE sale because of $3.00. And it's a whole lot easier for me to drive to Middlesboro or Food City in Tazewell than it is to drive to Ingles so I don't know if I will ever go back because of the attitude I received today from the employees.

The store is clean, employees are friendly and helpful, the selection could be better, but they carry everything a person needs. Their prices are higher than most other grocery stores but I assume that's because they are open more hours than the other local stores and they have to cover the expenses related to that convenience. The ONLY COMPLAINT I have is the higher prices and this area is too poor to !!! be able to handle them. If the prices were more competitive, I would have given the store all 5 stars.

My first time ever in this store, an I was amazed at how very clean the whole store was, the staff were helpful an friendly, I felt very welcomed an completely comfortable the entire time, an when I was finished shopping, checking out was a breeze, fast, friendly, satisfying service.. We had our adult children and grandchildren with us. They drove 10 hours to visit us. We thought it would be fun to take them out to dinner out on the water.We waited an hour and a half waiting for our food. After I gave them holy hell and told them they had 10 minutes to get us our food or we were walking out. They brought out the food, but it was inedible!! I don't know what has happened to management, but it is totally unacceptable!! We won't be going there anytime soon. We went to Bubba's and the kids fell in love with that restaurant!!

It's a full grocery store which is better than the Walmart grocery store next door. Prices are a little bit high but that's typical of Ingles.

Very happy because I was so very hungry I decided to visit Ingles to purchase my lunch . I’m happy I did the lady in the deli was very nice and helpful I chose the homemade chili and it was grrrr8 .Then I went over into store bought my crackers and yummy lunch was delicious
