My whole experience was a 10!! I was met at the door by Carla, who was very knowledgeable in what was available. I found a couch but needed a sofa bed. Carla found the exact couch and had it at the store in two days!! I love it!!! I will definitely be returning to this store!! Amazing from start to finish!+

Great people! Purchased a bunk bed for my little one and it is perfect. The people here are very welcoming and helping to any questions. The store manager is absolutely amazing. She is wonderful and very helpful. I will also say it was very fast to get in the product in. Will definitely be back to purchase more.

They really should give you a heads up that you would have to put the furniture (dining table and 6 chairs) together yourself. Hadn’t expected that …. and no it didn’t well but at least it looked better than the piece I did get that was already put together. It was the floor model instead of a new one that I was supposed to get. It was scratched and worn and badly put together and missing screws.

Employees are useless. They set down the furniture I bought on my trailer and walked away. They did not help at all and one of them even decided that they wanted to go on lunch instead of actually helping. Worst customer service ever!
