They refused to get a refund. I went back within an hour of purchasing stuff and they said that the manager had already gone home and that there would be no one until the next day. So that’s red flag number one, so the next day we went in and told us we had to bring back the correct debit card that we used to purchase it, so we left and came back for the third time with the correct debit card and they said that they could not do it because it was cat food and eventually talked her into letting us exchange it so we get what we need from the store and then go to check out and she absolutely refused to exchange it for us and would not give us a reason why. She just told us to get out of the store with no explanation. I believe her name is Katie. This was by far the worst experience that we’ve ever had with any store.

There's always trash on the floor, which is never moped. 75% of merchandise is never stocked.9/10 times there's no worker near a register, you have to walk around and find them-- which could be avoided if they actually kept their Self Checkout station running but I was told personally by 2 worker's that they shut it down early so they can leave sooner, that's if they decide to even get it running for the day.That's a problem.There's a lot of problems here and seemingly every Dollar General in the tri-state area.Perhaps is they wouldn't offer $8.50 an hour and 24 hours a week they could get a staff in there that cared.Blame corporate for these sham Dollar General's.All Greed.Give your workers better pay and give them TIME to complete their work.I don't recommend or support Dollar General's anymore!

Very Friendly staff, and affordable prices, lots of good sales. I noticed that it is more organized and all shelves are stock nicely. The store is definitely cleaner and well maintained by whoever is managing it.

Alot of shelves poorly stocked(besides paper goods, to towels) that's understandable. This store is always poorly kept, and honestly three out of four times they don't have the items or most of the items I come for. The checkout employee was very nice and polite this afternoon. She was wearing a mask as another customer and myself were although two other customers were not. I have gotten to where I usealky bypass this store even though it's my closest DG to my res. and drive approx four miles out of my way to a another Dg which is always clean and neat, well stocked always. It's sad not all are like that.

They need help bad all the shelves are empty. All the stuff is sitting in boxes that one girl don't know her name i think i heard someone call her sadies has been there a long time bless her heart trying to do it all hire some stockers to get that stuff put out where it can be sold and the store cleaned up

The girl work was asking personal questions to my son and then I told her she could do that she walk away and let so red headed boy with no mask to that was not clocked in his words finish rings us up. Both people them needs fired and you really to some people to work the store is awful

Literally never have anything in stock when you need it. Last week bought a bag of month old expired chips and didn't realizethey were a month out of date til I got home. Ridiculous.

one of the better dollar stores in area, the one closer to my home in Harrogate had a great manager and kept it neat and always stocked, when that manager left, the Harrogate store went down hill, the isles are sitting full of boxes and the selves are in a mess, thats the reason i went to the one in Tazewell, i feel all Dollar stores could sell more if they contained more hardware and a bigger auto accessory section

Went in here to buy charcoal but had to leave without making my purchase. Due to them allowing a big German Sheppard in here. Btw was not a service dog. You could tell buy how unruly this dog was. It was in front of the owner pulling her. Some people are allergic and don't like dogs at all i was standing in line when the owner allowed the dog to run to the person behind me I asked her to remove the dog she got an attitude with me. And cashier just stood there and didn't say or do anything. Now ive read on the laws about dogs in stores. Absolutely not unless it is a service dog. Also dollar General has a no pet policy unless it's a service animal. I will not be back in that store.

These people are rude and slower than a crippled man trying to walk from California to New York. One customer got less than $10 worth tonight and it took the cashier exactly 38 minutes to get her out of the store. So no stars given from the New Tazewell, Tennessee store this time. In fact it's mostly like that every time I need something there especially if I'm in a hurry. Hospitals aren't that slow or rude to their patients in a non emergency.

This location has poor management as well as staff. ALOT of things not in stock. Many digital sales NOT marked. Sales from previous week still have signs up. Very dissatisfied

United Group is where I shop for groceries most of the time.They have bargains.U have to look for them but u can find them if u will but look for them.I most of the time go to UGo .Sometimes they don't have something I need or want so I do go else where .
