Find it funny when i called and told them that there is no way yall done my alignment i was told i assure you we wouldnt have touched it if it needed work i paid for it to get done along with my back tired put on will not give me my money back THAT I PAID FOR IT TO BE DONE this is my tire AINT NO WAY IT WAS DONE and apparently other people that this problem at your shop

Took my tire here to get it patched and as a stay at home mom I had to take my one year old daughter with me they was 15 minutes late opening up and was not friendly at all when me and my daughter went into the waiting room it was nasty there was trash piled up on the tableAnd you could tell the waiting area hasn’t been swept or mopped in years and the amount of dust was ridiculous. Definitely not somewhere that I would want my kid to be breathing that stuff in it’s definitely not kid friendly and Doesn’t feel very welcoming at all I have posted pictures of the waiting area

Went for a tire alignment and found out we were about to have a blown tire and snapped tierods. Thank goodness we went this morning. Service was great, everyone was helpful and friendly. Price was, thankfully, reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Clerk was rude and rang up items which doubled the price. Waited outside for feed that never came because of her error which I tried to correct by asking if prices had gone up. Had to go back in and get refunded which she wasn't able to do had to wait for someone else. Then told me items weren't available......I want to shop local but if you can't have atleast decent customer service I will go else where

Great store what's many items in stock. They're very friendly and helpful and will help you find whatever you need. They even carry bee supply equipment. They do chainsaw chain sharpening. Their prices can be high on some items. But overall a very good place to buy your stuff.

Every member of the staff at the co-op is kind, courteous, and helpful. If they don't have an immediate answer for you they will find one. Small engine repair and the tire shop have excellent mechanics.

Dropped off a couple 20in chainsaw chains over 5 weeks ago, stopped in once before to check if sharpened yet, nope. Picked them up, asked in store for customer complaint form location, got a "I dont know". Will not be back for anything from this store.

I got a late start on my garden this year. However, Co-Op has a Variety of Plants for a vegetable garden. I bought a flat of tomatoes & zucchini.They're doing great so far. Always smiling & friendly workers. From the inside to the outside. So, as a third generation customer. My Grandfather was a tobacco farmer all his life. I remember coming here as a child with him all those years ago.. So, good memories & I'm so thankful for this local Co-Op.

The tire shop is either stupid or crooks. Told my wife our truck couldnt be aligned due to 4 bad ball joints. That i just replaced 6 months ago. Took the truck to a garage and another alignment center. All joints are pefect as well as the alignment.

Love the place cheapest shots and meds for your pets, certified STIHL dealer and small engine repair shop, cheapest feed and fertilizer, k-9 collars and leashes toys and more, garden tools, boots, fencing, mulch, seed, fuels, pesticides and weed control. They truely have it all and at prices that can't be beat. The staff is Friendly, Knowledgeable, and helpful. Support your farmers, support your neighbors, support your local co-op.

was here with a set of recap tires for a work truck, after having them put on, terrible vibration 1st 20 miles i drove, stopped to check lugs, they were on, got to looking and had 16 oz o wheel weights on passenger rear, tried to take off , they had hammered lugs on so tight, i couldn't break them loose, stooped at nearest shop, the stain steel lug covers were rounded so bad had to chisel them off, then use a different size socket to get lugs loose, that was $20, returned to coop in new tazewell, showead manger the lugs and the weights they put on when tire was balanced, He said there was normal for recaps, advised him i had worked at FIRESTONE 2 years, and if it took over 8 oz. to balance ,that it was rejected and sent back to capper, after 45 minutes he agreed to let the price i paid for the caps to go toward new tires but refused to return my money , when it come down to the $5 per lug issue, he refused to pay , so an extra $50 out of my pocket for chrome lugs, and an extra $40 per tire between the caps and new ones,so an extra $130 that day, little did he know i had over a 1000 friends on Fb and Twitter and posted what i just wrote here, i know in revenue he has lost 1000s of dollars getting my extra $130 plus the fact i had been buying tires there for 30 years and at the moment i have 3 cars and 2 trucks, but no more coop tires in this family
