If I could leave a 0 I would. I am not one to leave negative reviews, or to be negative in general. I feel the need however to share my experience. I was left completely speechless with my dogs haircut. He was shaved from head to toe, with 0 communication to what she had decided to do verses what I had asked for. When I finally decided I needed to tell her my disappoint, I was sent a message pointing blame on me. As if my dog was matted to extremes that left her no choice. This is completely not true, did he need a haircut absolutely. My dog is my baby, and I don't appreciate being treated as if I neglect my dog because you didn't have the time to properly do your job.

Candace is always amazing. My dogs look great every time. I had a last-minute grooming needed for one of my dogs, and she squeezed me in! Highly recommended

I can't tell you the peace in my heart that I left with yesterday! My Odin is a big ole German shepherd baby who thinks that bathing is the highest form of torture. Candace took the reigns with confidence and even sang to my sweet boy to try and calm him down. In my opinion you can't ask for any more than that! The love and attention that they spend on these animals is priceless. They have got a life long customer out of me! Can't recommend enough!!

Did amazingly on my pittie! Most places won't accept her or want to muzzle her and that's jus not ok with me! Down Home welcomed her with open arms! My pittie name is Precious and she lives up to it in every sense of the word!

MY DOG RECEIVED A HORRIBLE SKIN INFECTION THAT REQUIRED A HIGH VET BILL!!!!! VET CONFIRMED SEVERAL ISSUES FROM USING THIS GROOMER, I HAVE HAD 2 DOGS WITH SAME INFECTION.THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

I came here, cause the reviews were really good here, and let me tell ya, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made, my Aussiedoodle looked amazing, and smelled great, they were really nice and caring, I recommend this to anyone!
