I have a sick son that needs medicine to assist with breathing. Our pediatrician sent the prescription to this pharmacy. I went to pick it up and they said, it had to be ordered and would hear the next day. We are now two days out and we have received no word. A few questions: 1. Why would we not be told to try somewhere different? I bet it has to do with not wanting to loose business…. 2. Why would an update not be provided regarding medicine that may be needed for a life threatening issue?

put in a pickup order for my toddler while waiting outside . i waited about 15 mins for them to cancel my order because “the items weren’t available “.the pickup option was important today because i have a 2 week old newborn in the car with me and my 2 year old has a viral infection . it’s also raining very hard outside . i proceeded to go inside after they canceled my order and had no problem finding the items.employees chose to be lazy and cancel instead of fulfilling my order . super disappointing. now another child or adult may catch the infection as my child was touching and sneezing all over things inside the store .

Just about everyone in this store is rude and not helpful at all. The beauty consultant was EXTREMELY rude to me, and seemed to be discriminating against me while I shopped in the beauty dept. Would STRONGLY suggest driving two minutes down the road and go to the West End store. I don’t understand how this store is still open and running. Staff is incompetent

I am not sure what the point of store hours is if employees decide to spontaneously lock up early. I rushed over for a last minute errand before trying to leave town early the next day and they had locked up. I understand preparing for lock up but when they saw me, they should have let me in since the store was supposed to still be open. Instead they saw me knock at the door, ignored me, and continued chatting like I wasn't there. I guess they can lock up early if they want but it's just unfortunate that they chose to treat someone rudely instead of helping them out....and again, what's the point of store hours?

If I could give a zero, I would. The rude blonde in the pharmacy is either having a bad day and was ready to take it out on a customer, or she was just born that way. Waited 10 minutes in line for prescription only to be told it was one minute until they closed and they couldn't fill it. Sorry, but your son will need to suffer another evening and you will need to come back tomorrow when it's more convenient for the staff rather than taking care of your customers health. Don't waste your time at this location.

I called in just to make sure this location received my prescription from my doctor. I just moved to TN from FL so I am still learning my way around , the lady in the pharmacy had the personality of a rattlesnake. She told me to give it more than an hour that they were backed up , which was no problem until I said ok and she hung up on me . Really professional!

Wow. That is all I have to say. NEVER have I experienced such bad customer service. I didn't know picking up / ordering a prescription was such a burden on the people working at the pharmacy!!! Is this not what they are hired to do? People pay ALOT now a days for insurance or some don't even have that as an option... then for this to be the end point after your doctor reallllly is a bummer! Walgreens please address this issue.

I would also give a zero if I could. During my two months in Nashville, I was there several times a week. With the exception of a young man in the pharmacy (who was not only friendly, but professional and competent), I found all the employees to be either rude, obviously not wanting to be there, or acting as if they couldn't possibly care less. (Even when mistakes were made, they just kinda shrugged.). And I could only talk to a pharmacist one time during my many visits, bc they were always wearing a headset and taking calls nonstop. I once stood in a line with 9 people behind me, and no one would even look up or say, "I'll be right with you" - after 20 minutes, I gave up and left. And worse, there always seemed to be a problem with our prescriptions. I advise anyone who needs a Walgreens in the Green Hills/Harding Pike area to drive the extra miles to get to a better location. I have visited Walgreens across the country, and it was the worst store/pharmacy location I have ever shopped.

Pharmacy took 20 minutes past my scheduled vaccination time to even pull up the paperwork. Then I was told my vaccination couldn’t be done for maybe another half hour. I left.

I don't think this pharamacy cares about the review. But to anyone going to this pharamacy please think twice and go somewhere else. There is a very rude and racist lady that works and I can see from comments that she is working there since long time. So hats off to such a bad customer service Walgreens."Karen works in this pharmacy"

Pharmacy is awful. I never thought I could have bad experiences at a pharmacy but they consistently proved me wrong. I waited for a significant amount of time each visit to their pharmacy. They need to up their staffing. There are long lines all the time and only one or two people are balancing both the line and drive thru while four people are in the back. I have encountered inexperienced techs who contribute to long waits due to incompetency.If you visit this pharmacy. Be prepared for long waits and incompetent service.

The staff was super sweet, but I have to say not very efficient. I have paid two visits to this clinic in less four days, the first visit I didn’t feel the doctor on duty even cared. Didn’t seem like she wanted to do what should have been done on my first visit which was flushing my ears. So after dealing with a ton of pressure/pain in my ears & headaches for five more days I decided I was going back bc they need to do what the clinic is paying them to do.Thankfully today I did receive the ear flush I should have gotten on the 1st visit, however the drops they prescribed blocked my ear right back up. After calling it in I found out they gave me the wrong drops (oil base/not solution) & was told incorrect instructions that I caught & had to bring to their attention.I am not usually one to write a review, but want to save anyone else from experience this. Do yourself a favor & just take the extra time to go to your regular doctor.

Terrible. Took forever to get prescription filled. Drive through was ridiculous slow. One of the lanes had full on road rage due to wait time. Just hoping that did not screw up my prescription. One and done for this location. Buyer beware.

3/14/18Female Cashier argued the price of a Case of Water advertised on the floor 3.99. I questioned her on the price of 5.99 at the register. She was rude and would not believe me and I had to go show her the price. Instead of her just making the silly 2.00 correction. She said sale ended March 10 but floor person (not her job) forgot to remove the sign. Really ??? It’s not about the 2.00 it’s how she was RUDE.

Fantastic experience with the Pharmacy. The staff went above and beyond in order to get my prescriptions covered by insurance. With all of the issues, their attitude was always kind! Excellent customer service!

Choose a different pharmacy. Went to get my meds and tried to use GoodRx to avoid paying $300. The boy working the register and pharmacist couldn't get the GoodRX price 9f 40.xx. I chose to move all my business and will not deal with the immature eye rolling and looks from the kid they have working there.

Currently have been sitting in drive through pharmacy line for 30 min. Second time today since wasn’t ready 3 hours after dropping off earlier. Oral surgery done at 10 am this morning. Here we are 3 pm and in extreme pain waiting on a very flawed system. Take your scripts elsewhere!

These guys are consistently slow in the pharmacy area, it's kind of a joke and they lack customer service skills. The location on West End is much better, I only go to this one because it's close to me, but I'm going to start switching to the CVS.

I left the hospital across the street from this location to fill a prescription. They wouldn't fill it because my address wasnt local. So I have to be in pain while looking for a pharmacy to fill my prescription!
