I would give negative reviews if I could. The whole pharmacy team can not count. I have a 28 day supply of medicine. It was picked up in the 7th of march so 28days is April 4th. They say I can’t pick up until the 5th put me on hold and then say the 6th.The whole time I’m talking normally and they keep interrupting me saying to stop yelling. LolI promise if I was yelling u would know it.They do this every month. I would definitely recommend another pharmacy bc these people are freaking idiots.

This place use to be great. I wish I took a picture of it, but I received a bag full of some else's medication along with my own!! Very close to my name yet It wasn't me!!! I couldnt believe it. SOOO careless not to mention DANGEROUS. I took it back to them. Another mishap was I had a prescription they never have me until 2 weeks later! They were not out of stock it was one of several antibiotics I DESPARATLY needed! People, PLEASE CHECK YOUR MEDS FROM THIS WALGREENS!!!

Please don’t use this Walgreens AT ALL. The whole store is Trash and should be closed down or majority of the people fired. They are always short staffed, which means you have to wait. I spoke to 1 nice person over the phone win the pharmacy for them to change my prescriptions to them at 8a. I called back around 1pm and the lady was very rude and tried to lie about having my medicine (after I had already spoke to Krogers) I had been n pain for 3 weeks and the lady RUDELY said “we’ll call you once it’s filled” I was never called, so I never got me medicine. They need all new employees. They only got this 1 star bc I had to leave one to leave a review

The kid named Anthony was too busy over in photos to help me and another customer then had to change register then no receipt he thought I wanted digital and he was rude. If you're going to work in the public be nice to the customers or else they will not come back that includes me

I went to get a covid rapid test. The person informed me that it would take an hour to get results. 3 hours max ( specifically said it should NOT take 24 hours). I called the store since I hadn't gotten my result in 3 hours and the lady says it takes up to 24 hours. I truly believe they are confused. I had to cancel my plans since i didn't get my results when they said they would be ready. I suggest another Walgreens since they usually give out their results within 40-90 min.

Do NOT get your Covid test here if you need it back quickly. I made an appointment for a test 72 hours before my flight home to Canada and didn’t get the results back in time, having to rebook my flight. When I called the lab (Aegis) I was told that they didn’t receive my test until Wednesday morning (I was testing Monday afternoon!) so my test sat at Walgreens for two days? The Aegis website that I was instructed by the pharmacist to use to check my results DOESN’T WORK! It says “sample found” but the loading wheel keeps spinning and nothing ever appears. I called Aegis and they said results would load when they were ready. Even once I did receive an email from Walgreens saying my results were ready, the Aegis patient portal said the said thing and never loaded. When I opened the emailed results from Walgreens, it was from PWNHealthClinic, not Aegis. I don’t know who needs to clean up their system, but it was all off and cost me a flight home.

Walgreens just lost a lifetime customer. The pharmacist was incredibly rude, and told me my insurance wouldn't work, when in reality I just needed to call the insurance company and opt out of 90 day refills. She suggested I go to CVS, and argued with me when I suggested I could just call the number. Obviously, this pharmacist didn't want my business. I asked her to transfer my entire customer profile to CVS. She said she would right away, but when I went to CVS 20 minutes later, they hadn't received anything, and had to call Walgreens to have the profile transferred. I'll probably never go to Walgreens again, which is sad, because I used to love the pharmacy.

I have been using this pharmacy for a little over a year now. They gave me the wrong medicine this month and when I realized it after taking said wrong medicine for over 3 weeks, all they had to say is "we're sorry, we're not sure how we gave you the wrong medicine." The medicine they gave me incorrectly is affecting my body for the next month, and all they had to say was sorry. I truly can't believe the small apology and the semi air of "it's not a big deal" the pharmacist gave me. We're supposed to trust these people and not second guess them but from now on i'll be confirming medicine given to me by them with my actual dr right after.

I think it would be wise to have people pull around and wait elsewhere if their medication will take half an hour to fill so that everyone in the drive thru isn’t held hostage. Not everyone can go inside for service and this is ridiculous.

Review for CONNIE L RUSSELL (Pharmacy):I have suffered from chronic pain from a surgery years ago. Long story short they tried to remove a piece of my bowel. Cancer or "Whatever.". Chronic level 9-10pain with nausea, IBS and vomiting. I am on several medications to assist with this and they barely keep me from offing myself the pain is so bad. She refused to fill not one, but all of my medications because she claimed I had the surgery in Florida, thus I am quote "pushing pills" to minors and she would not fill.my script. This dinosaur needs to go. Seriously. What. A. Joke. Here I sit. Waiting for my meds. Probably won't even get them and have never been so angry or mistreated by a "professional". Not sure how she even has a license...

The WORST Walgreens I’ve ever been to. They’re rude and you have to wait FOREVER for your prescription. I purposely downloaded the app so I could refill my prescription without having to come and wait and it’s NEVER ready when I get here!!! Pick a different location!

If there is no stars at all I would choose it ... the cashier her name is valia she have a bad attitude I was so sick and I just bought cold medicine and she asked me for ID and I was on my BIJAMA because it's the nearest pharmacy and I told her I didn't bring my ID and am just buying cold medicine because I am sick and I need to take the medicine and she refused to sell it to me and I asked the manager also who said the system asking to have the ID too which is so ridiculous because how come is the system above the logic I am 34 years old my info is on their system why if I put my phone number they will know my age too why they were very stubborn with a not felling well person and just went to buy medicine and they make it worst for me ... I took the number for their GM but no body answer I hope he also do his work and see what this employees doing and read that message because I felt so bad for that ... and I will attach a picture for the pharmacy manager as well and his name is (Anthony) and the cashier name is vaila ... the worst pharmacy I have ever visited in my whole life .....

I got professional photos on my newborn printed here after spending hours resizing etc. THEY TURNED OUT AWFUL. The ink is awful, the quality of the paper they printed the photos on SUCK SO BAD there were lines all in the photos on my newborns face. I cried. NEVER GO HERE TO PRINT OUT PICTURES!! I still had to pay for them btw. Sucky sucky service I am so upset. They agreed with me on how bad the photos came out saying they "maybe they need to clean the printer" but I still had to pay. Wow just wow

Filled a prescription 3 hours ago! The pharmacist said it would be ready in an hour. I purposely waited to give them time. My prescription is still not ready. Now I'm going to be late for work due to miscommunication.
